KETTLEBELL FULL BODY STRENGTH Workout / Follow along No Repeat

  • In this kettlebell full body strength + Bodyweight workout we will be challenging each muscle group at the time. At first we will be targeting the legs, then we will switch to some push movements targeting the shoulders and the chest. After that we will continue the workout by targeting the back muscles and after that once again hitting the legs! After a short rest we will target the chest area and from there the biceps, triceps and the abdominals.
    We will perform each movement for 40 seconds and with 20 second rest between the movements.
    If you want to increase the intensity of this workout you can simply increase the weights of the kettlebell that you are using or/and add 2-3 more rounds to this workout so you can increase the volume of the workout.
    In this workout I'm using a 12kg, 16kg an 20kg kettlebell of KettlebellKings :kettlebellking...

    16. 15:20 Stiff Leg Deadlift To Reverse Lunge

    New subscriber and this was my first workout with you. I love my kettlebells but don't have a lot of experience using them in complete workouts - so this was a great workout - nice variety of exercises and loved that it was no repeat. I had to do quite a few modifications due to the number of lunges & pushups in the workout - but was able to modify to my abilities. I will definitely revisit this workout after I have explored others on your channel. Thank you!

    Another great one Daniel! I loved that you targeted the upper and lower bidy quadrant with a nice mix of abs and cardio elements. The move i struggled on was the rotational push up. That was tough. Did a couple on my toes then dropped down to my knees. Loving the no repeat format and as usual looking forward to future content.

    Love this workout. NO REPEATS!! Only suggestion offer a modified option for some of the more difficult exercises. Specifically the one arm press hip thrust. The rest of the workout was manageable or I knew how to modify to my ability. Thanks I look forward to more workouts from you.

    HEY, HEY Daniel, Thanks for another Sweaty, calorie burning, heart throbbing workout. This plus the 15 min KB core workout killed 936 Kcal, 161 peak HR, 132 avg HR

      @@DANIELPTFITNESS well let's not forget Daniel, I'm pretty I weigh more than you, I am around 278, 280 with a muscle mass weight of nearly 200lbs, plus I use the my My Zone workout/heart rate monitor to keep a pretty accurate check, since it's around my chest. Also you've been doing this much longer than me and are younger. I'm 51, not that I think that makes a difference, I definitely think the weight ratio does. What are your thoughts.

    Great workout! Awesome body.
    Do you recommend this kind of training for hypertrophy because of the short rest periods between sets? And I must say you are very strong!

      Great question! If you really want to use this routine for that matter you can maybe work with reps instead of timer, stay between 8-12 reps with each exercise and choose a weight for each exercise that is really challenging for that movement and muscle group. And try to do each exercise At least 3x rounds! Hopefully this helps 🙏

      Push up from the knees , instead of side drag just plank and instead of transporter pike touch ? Hope this helps

      Thnx for the suggestion Kyra! Will definitely consider it, the thing that these cameras can’t record for ore then 30 minute straight! So I have to make sure that there is no much of a intro haha.

    I have a question Dan. How is it at the end of each workout my mat looks like it’s been recovered from the bottom of the Indian Ocean, whereas you look like you could put a shirt on and go clubbing right after each workout? Zero sweat 😅

      🤣🤣🤣 epic again! Well if you look closer you can see the I’m sweating as hell as well… so bad that sometimes I have to clean the mat before doing the next block! But in case that I want to go clubbing after the session I put on a shirt and go anyways because I will get sweaty there anyways 😂😂😂
