Been doing this for a little over a year now and over time went from 20lbs to 25lbs kettlebell, 3 minutes of jogging/15 body weight squats/ 20 push-ups / 30 upper&lower body crunches before doing the kettlebell workout and my life’s changed, went from skinny and self conscious to having a full body with lean muscles and confidence of a lion. @@leodavis9824 every other day! Haven’t stopped since I made the comment and I also do not diet what so ever basically eating whatever I want when I want and my physique is better than I would’ve ever imagined. Best thing you can do is just stick to something comfortable and add over time!

Hello! Amazing workout, I've been doing this for about 3 weeks now (3 days per week) and noticed some quality progress in my strength. I'm 48kg myself so I started with 4kg kettlebell but I am doing it with an 8kg one now, so proud of myself! Never knew I'd be able to lift much, thanks! You give nice tips throughout the whole workout :+)

Thank you for this video! I love the fact that your video includes the warm up and the stretching! So often I feel sore after working out because many other videos do not have any warming up and winding down at the beginning and at the end! So, thank you very much!
I did this workout during my lunchtime at work and now I've got to take a teams meeting looking like a hot sweaty mess 🤣 fantastic workout. I liked how you could modify the weights as you went on so i found I was using anything from an 8kg to a 16kg (16kg for leg stuff mainly)
This was solid man! Exactly what I need. Working with 40lbs and trying to perfect technique with strict nasal breathing. Great job coaching while lifting, not easy!

Hey, what’s your weight? I’m 64 kgs, should I get a 12 kg or 16 kg one ?
I don’t want to become huge, but grow some muscles while staying lean (I also do combat sports so becoming a brick is not an option), I have no idea if 16 kgs is good or too much
@@cosmicsection1263 I also have been doing combat sports for over a decade, and my advice would be that by using a 16 KG you won’t suddenly wake up one day and become huge, but if you can use 16 kg with proper form and technique then I’d say go ahead and use it, you can always de-load if the need arises

Alex I am on week two of doing this workout 4x/week, still hitting fatigue on every exercise, failure on some (especially the tricep extension, LOL!). I’m using 25#, got the 35# ready to go as soon as it gets a bit easier. Thanks brother, I love it!
Great workout! Used a 35 lb for all but shoulder press (20 lb). Excellent stuff for a total body workout here.
Best full-body KB routine I've found on YT to date, after A LOT of lockdown research. Liked the focus on simple, compound moves, and thanks for including warm-up/mobility too - a lot of videos forget to do this. Also the constant technique tips were appreciated. Only other improvement I could suggest is 40sec countdown timers for the individual sets, but not a biggie. Thanks again for this one!

Love doing this workout! I used a 30 pound kettlebell for most of the workout. I used a 20 pound kettlebell on one exercise and a 25:pound on another. I weigh 108 pounds.

Started this a month ago. Bought 2 kettlebells to start with, 12 and 16. Started on only 12 but have moved mainly to 16. I've not done much training before but kettlebells are my jam now. Loving these routines. Thanks Alex.

Amazing workout. I do it twice a week with 24, 16, and 10kg kettlebells. I also add a single arm chest press and some ab stuff for completeness

I quit going to the gym (new covid wave here in Canada) and this mixed with the kettlebell chest workout in alternating days is just an amazing challenge. Been doing it for one week and I can tell you: this works everything, head to toe, no more plateaus, felling amazing and dripping in sweat as I write this comment. I'd just like to say thanks, I do this routine 4 times a week and seeing great results, the swings have really helped strengthen my back, started with a 16 and 12s now on solid 16 which is comfortable but challenging.

Used a 50lb in the first round and for the rows as well. Transitioned to my 20lb for the rest of the workout. This was excellent, I was drenched! 💪🏾 thank you, Alex!

By the time I got to the curls and tricep extensions the 12 kg KB was really slippery with sweat. White-knuckle gripping it through the last six sets seriously burned my forearms in addition to everything else burning. Good stuff, thanks! I'll be sure to include this workout every once in a while.
