Hi Alex My name is Steve Forrester, I’m a 62 year old social worker from Maryland. Working out has always been part of my life but recently lost motivation. In any event, I was inundated with kettle bell videos on Facebook and decided to invest in three kettle bells. I then went online to find workouts for arms, chest and abdomen and that’s where I met you. Thank you my friend I thoroughly enjoy your kettle bell workouts, they are intense but I look forward to them
I am quite the beginner, and I skipped the Pushups at the beginning because I can not do them yet, also I use an 8kg Kettlebell. This was the first time probably in my life where I was able to feel my chest muscles in a workout. Feels great, I also was able to do knee Push-Ups which being able to do so after the workout was such a confidence boost for me. Thank you for showing the world how to do this and allowing me/us all to get closer to our goals 😇
Am starting practically from zero as far as chest workouts so I had to go to my knees on the initial pushups almost immediately. But I powered through and ultimately hit failure on the last set of pushups. Definitely making this one a regular thing. Thanks for sharing!
Im 14 and been doing Thai boxing for over a decade now- gotten into kettlebells this past year or so and I’ve never had a workout like that- definitely intend to make this a regular workout, great work man- much love!
My goodness you are the man. This is by far the best kettlebell workout for chest I've done to date. It showed me that I really need more work to do when doing time under tension. Thanks brother 👍🏾👍🏾

Tried it with my 40lb kettlebell and it kicked my butt. By the end I was using my knees and struggling. Couldn't even get the pushups at the end. Very effective at hitting the upper body for sure. Thanks!

I feel like I've been doing the tricep extensions wrong.. Almost no activation in the chest area, only uncomfortable pain in the shoulders :( Any insights? Anyone, please? EDIT: Okay, I think I it figured out lol. It was literally just the first time I've done that exercise, ever. So yea, awesome workout, Alex. Thank you so much! :)
Great workout! I'll try doing it every morning. How heavy is your kettlebell? I wanted to know it because I don't think I can handle the same weights as yours.
I feel it in my arms but I definitely feel it in my chest as well. I've been doing this for a couple of months now and definitely see and feel an improvement. As Alex mentions in the video, make sure you are pushing your hands in to the kettlebell when doing the presses, pull overs and tricep extensions for that tension in your chest.
Bro, the last one is the most tired one. Ong, i have just finished the side push up with kettlebell and u keep continue more 20 push ups, istg my arms were dead after the kettlebell one😭, but anyways, this is the best workout ever! Tysm for this helpful content🙏👍
Omg. My arms were noodles by the last alternating push up set! After years of bodyweight only I got a 8kg kettlebell a month ago and started learning basic exercises like swings, but i wanted to expand a bit. Found this video and thought my training was lacking on the chest department so I gave it a try. Its great tho i'll have to find a substitute for the alternating pushups because my kettlebell is unstable in that position and it hurts my wrists. Otherwise awesome workout
I just started to workout I’m 190cm 81kg and bought a 28kg kettlebell I could do some but not the whole workout, I did as much as I could until my muscles started to shake and just stopped working hahahaha, but i will keep grinding until I can do this whole workout with 28kg

I agree with this. Seeing a gradual improvement in my chest over the past few months doing this every 3rd day. Up to 24kg bell for all but the flies.

No that’s ok, shoulders are working too. But really focus on the contraction in your chest to get them more involved.
