40 min Kettlebell LEG Workout ( No Repeat | Intense | Strength Focused +ABS )

- In this 40 min Kettlebell LEG Workout we will have a 8x bundle of 5x movements in total targeting the legs + abdominals . We will perform each movement for 40 seconds and there will be a 15 second break between the movements and a 30 seconds break between the bundles.
The kettlebells that I am Using:
20KG (Purple on the Left )
16KG (Yellow in the Middle)
12KG (Blue on the Right)

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x rounds in a row.

My hockey season ended yesterday (England Hockey National League). We are league champions and I ended being top goal scorer and have to thank you Daniel for these workouts as I did 15 minutes of your selection of lower body workouts every morning of game day this season. They were part of my rehab plan initially and then were just part of my pre-warm up routine. (Basically I do a Daniel work out everyday … 🤷🏽♀️). So good! Thank you so much!!! ❤

If the definition of quality is to be at the level of your client’s/ viewers expectations. You have outdone yourself. When. I ask for that at the beginning of the week, didn’t know it could so surprisingly differently hard! The twist you gave to all these movements was outstanding. Core was spent by the end of it. That lateral lunge with the good morning in the middle😮and the staggered stance with lateral; not sure what was working harder. Thank you! Thank you!
