Hey Max, Whenever you sit in a CAB, always ask them to run it by the meter or use an Uber instead. I think its ridiculous what they do to people who don't know. Its a rule
This is for all the foreigners , coming to India whether you are In Mumbai or Delhi tell them to go according to meter , meter is attached on the dashboard which you can clearly see or in AUTO (In Delhi , tuk tuk is known as auto) /TUK TUK it is on your front , it will be fair and beneficial ride but they will not go with meter as they can't earn more profit so , . best is to use UBER /OLA CABS or For electric cab use BLU , we Indians use that at least in DELHI everyone use that from that we would know the exact fare . happy journey
