The entire concept of racism, or racist sounding names is still new in India. Yes, "Ching Chong" pizza might sound racist to a Westerner or a somewhat Woke individual but I doubt they had any malice in their heart while naming it that. For most Indians it's a funny yet catchy sounding name that also indicates it's a Chinese preparation. Nothing more, nothing less.
I bake my own pizzas i use stone to bake them and dog sake they come out amazing. i only miss the perfect mozzarella because i don't use rennet to make them so they are not as strechy as it should be. (rennet is made out of stomach lining of baby calfs)
