WOW! Just received Dr. Sam’s gel
cleanser, along with her Flawless Moisturizer. It’s “The Bee’s Knees!” No other cleanser has ever left my face feeling so calm and moisturized. I only wear mascara twice a year, so I don’t even need an oil.

Sounds wonderful! I believe Dr. Sam has the same very fair, redness-prone "Celtic" skin type that I have, and I'm very hopeful that she's developing a tinted sunscreen that I could actually use. (I think I heard her mention casually in a video that she's working on it.)

Your skin has improved a lot since June 2017.
I hope she makes this easier to get in the USA. It sounds amazing for my sensitive, dry skin! Also, by keeping it direct to consumer, she is able to keep the price lower. Retailers ask for a huge mark up on products. At least for clothes, prices are so high because retailers expect a 2.5X markup.

I’m so glad you did this video because I cannot wait to try her cleanser. I have ordered it. I am amazed you still have skin on your face with all the products you try and then review. I love your honesty. Thank you. My skin cannot tolerate a lot of cleansers and so many irritate. For me I always come back to Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser. Even with SLS it does not irritate. I am trying to get away from parabens though. I hope this cleanser works for me. Your hair is really lovely.

I have been using the cleanser for a week now. For my skin it is really great. No itching, burning or stinging...really gentle and i found it to be the most gentle cleanser I have ever used. I am a fan!!

I love this cleanser, it feels lovely on the skin and the aloe has done wonders for smoothness. The only drawback is I’ve nearly finished it so the pump won’t dispense anymore and I have to unscrew it every time to scoop the remainder out. The packaging also isn’t really travel friendly and I don’t like decanting so for that reason I give it 8/10.

Dr. Dray- so you don’t need to double cleanse if you use this cleanser? Will it remove water resistant sunscreen (Elta MD UV physical with ZnO and Ti2O) as good as how the hada labo oil plus Cera ve cleanser together did for you? Thanks!!

i am not sure as to the powder vs extract, but if sensitive to aloe, then yes it can be problematic
Great review! You mentioned you still use an oil cleanser to remove your mascara. So, could I use this with my double cleanse approach layering this over the Hadalabo oil? Is that how you would use this product?

I’ve been using it for a couple of months and love it.......I’m glad you do too! Do you think cleansing in the morning is necessary for acne prone skin if I am using azelaic/salicylic acid leave on products? I use tretinoin and Obagi hydrate in the evenings. Thank you as always!

Dr. Dray have you tried La Roche-Posay Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Cleanser if so what are your thoughts on it? I recently got the Lipikar balm AP+ and my skin is loving it. It has made such a difference to apply on wet skin right out of shower as per your recommendations.
