Bought it in a heartbeat Dr Sam. My Oskia Renaissance cleansing gel is nearly finished so impeccable timing! Super happy with the price too as I was considering trying a Tata Harper cleanser next but their prices are quite frankly ridiculous! I’m happy to see the ingredients have aloe in. I use a James Read face tanning gel with it in too and it gives such a smooth look to the skin as well as feeling really supple and soft. Thank you for all that you do...please please consider bringing out a thin consistency sunscreen for oily skin types next?! I buy Biore’s UV aqua rich on eBay from Japan and it’s literally the only thing I put on my skin in the morning after cleansing as it hydrates but also offers protection and is the perfect base under make up 🙂👍

I'm curious, how long of a usage do you get from Dr. Sam's products (the set)?
A quick question if I may. What about the neck? An extra pump there?
For me two pumps are definitely too much…is it still effective if I use less of it ?

I don’t understand are use a couple of balm cleansers and I have no residue or any tight feeling and my skin is left beautiful silky and clean!!!

I was very excited about this product and I tried it out but it burnt my eyes.
Will you make one without aloe vera? My skin reacts bad to salicylic acid :(

Read the inci. .. its a simple basic cleanser. . Im sure it'll be a godsend to acnaic maybe even sensitive skins.. but to use this a the only dedicated cleanser seems much... i use a few on rotation. . Slightly underwhelming but guess its not for normal skins ... any case there are plenty of options for them....
Is this product cruelty free?
Products that are made in Europe are automatically crulty free since there is no animal testing allowed.
As cleanser is supposed to clean your face it's great that this one is able to remove makeup and sunscreen but very gentle to your skin. I dont understand the idea of using a second cleanser that is not even able to remove sunscreen but just gentle on skin. I mean double cleansing is good but it's optional not must then why should I spend money on something likely useless? I hope this cleanser will be available worldwide.
Howling at the rejection of double cleansing but needing to use make up remover first. Complete contradiction.
It doesn’t remove eye makeup? But removes sunscreen? But there are lots of cleansers on the market that do both. I am really interested in this but am very disappointed that it doesn’t remove eye makeup ☹️

Those cleansers that removes EVERYTHING in one go are almost always quite harsh and stripping on the skin, better to remove as gentle as possible
Sira Mea I use several different things that remove everything in one go- no double cleanse required! First, I use Beauty Pie’s Japan Fusion cleanser. It goes on as a gel, breaks down to an oil then turns into a milk. I rinse away with warm water and use my microfiber cloth (magic eraser is the brand name) and every scrap is gone, including eye lash glue. The other fantastic choice is Avène Xera Calm cleansing oil that I apply with wet hands on a dry face. This cleanser is designed for super dry itchy skin and people prone to eczema but it is an incredible makeup remover too. It lathers up but very gently and it is super rich and luxurious and again, everything comes off with warm water and my makeup erasing cloth. My skin is very supple and comfortable with one cleanse. This cleanser sounds like it might be a second cleanse for me because I really hate oily or oil free eye makeup removers.
Balms do both
Maurey Berdoy I think it could but there is no way to rub eye area for 1 minute straight. It would be very irritating. I use oil cleansers for the job.
Congratulations on your new skincare line, I think you missed a trick by not telling us about the ingredients, you must know that most of your subscribers are skincare junkies who are interested in ingredients!

i love Dr. Sam but the market doesn't need another cleanser. We need better non-nano mineral sunscreens that are cosmetically elegant. How is this product anymore than just expensive version of what the drugstore offers millions of versions of?

hey Dr. Sam! no, I haven't. My current cleansers do a well enough job (neutrogena acne wash and sometimes even my body wash. I sometimes I go at my skin with St Ive's apricot scrub when it's not too sensitive from retinoids). I have always been told that cleansers are all basically same, and things with frills just get washed down the drain anyway. Maybe do another video comparing your item to leading non-fragrant cleansers on the market, and how exactly your product is different? I can't see exactly how your product is different and compels to try . The price tag is not crazy but def much more than those found in the drugstore. Also, I appreciate see-through bottles that allow me to see how much I have left. It also needs to be vegan and cruelty-free.
It is vegan-friendly and cruelty-free :)

Angela Neutrogena and St Ives both test on animals, unfortunately there are very few drug store cleansers that are cruelty free and vegan. Dr Sams direct to consumer model makes for the best quality, at the best price, without animal testing
