Thanks! I’m pregnant at almost 42 by following this diet. I was seeing fertility specialists for a while, and they weren’t getting me anywhere and we’re mostly wasting my time and money. But now I conceived naturally since following this way.

Congratulations from one 42 year old delivering mama to another. 😂
Our youngest just turned 5 months.
I'm in a group of moms who lost babies due to cervical incompetence. We all needed a surgical procedure to close the cervix and make it weight bearing. Many moms in my group had the surgery but still are infertile. I really want to tell them about this diet but I'm afraid of getting hopes up. Any advice. I would have to post it in our online FB group, btw.

Dr Kiltz (man in this video) is an OBGYN and fertility doctor. The 'conceived naturally since following this way' and 'really want to tell them about this diet' being referred to in the comments above is a way of life/diet (it's a way of eating, a lifestyle) he promotes. It is the carnivore diet. The carnivore diet helps with many (if not most every) health condition. It helps with conception because it makes us/people very healthy and nourishes our bodies so completely. I've seen lots of interviews with Dr Kiltz and that is what is being referred to in these comments. Watch some of his videos.

This is how we made ice cream 60 years ago. Mom simmered it on the stovetop, then into a hand crank ice cream churn. We lined the machine with salted ice & started cranking the handle. We folded a blanket to put on top of it & the younger kids sat on the blanket to keep the ice from popping out as the older kids took turns turning the crank. It was a family activity, and the ice cream came out of the machine frozen, ready to eat. it was the best ice cream in the world!

Freeze 3 hours for 1/2 cup heavy cream, 4 hours for a pint. only 1 dirty dish that way and no extra appliance needed. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CARNIVORE ICE CREAM.
It's a great way for me to get more animal fat. I'm 9 months+ into Carnivore and loving it. I'll never go back. I went from 120 down to 99 lbs and seem to stay there. I always used to like a little ice cream or something a little sweet to change the flavors of dinner. Now that dinner (and every other meal) is meat & eggs & butter. This helps me be so happy on Carnivore. We bought the same ice crm maker you did. It's been such a fun blessing, and we don't abuse it. However... the nights we DO have this, I sleep sooo well!!!
THANKS for being a doctor we can TRUST! ❤
PLUS...I wish I had YOU for my fertility doc when I was a Host on QVC (outskirts of Philly). My diet while being an overnight Host was atrocious. Cereal was the only thing that I could eat after a shift. Then the Ensure & Boost because they (food makers) told us it was a good meal replacement 🤦🏼‍♀️.
Then, with overnight hours so irregular, my body said SO...YOU THINK YOU WANT TO HAVE A BABY? FAT CHANCE GIRL. Course, added to that, I was in my early 40s, too. I bet Carnivore and your help would have changed that outcome, though. Anyway... you are appreciated ❣️

Made this ice cream yesterday with the heavy cream I had left which was around 650ml, 3 egg yolks and also added two scoops of vanilla protein powder (Amazon own brand called Amfit). That adds plenty of vanilla flavour and sugar free sweetness. Tried it initially with one scoop of protein powder but the vanilla was too weak. Two was perfect along with one teaspoon of vanilla extract. Delicious. 🙂

The egg white and yoke are in a sterile environment in the shell of the egg. It's the exterior of the egg that can cause salmonella. When people crack them it can come in contact with the exterior of the shell transferring the salmonella to your food. Wash your eggs with soap and water before cracking and you should be good to go!

Another delicious recipe w/o eggs: 2c heavy cream, 1/3 c . alternative sugar like allulose, erythritol, monkfruit or a blended sweetener, 1/8tsp salt, 2 tbsp vodka, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp vanilla paste; mix together. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours. Put into ice cream maker for 20 minutes. You will have a delicious vanilla keto ice cream! Yum.
Store ice cream in freezer in glass or carton container.

      Quick Tip
Don't skip the 2 hour refrigeration step when you are making this keto ice cream recipe! You should wait 2 hours before starting to churn as to give the flavors time to be combined together within the heavy cream. It also helps with the texture of the ice cream as it makes it softer and creamier, which is how you need the ice cream to be.

Recently made ice cream with heavy whipping cream, vanilla flavoring and paste, egg yolk powder & water, and allulose. Low carb and I guess near carnivore. Happy to hear any thoughts about allulose. I like it because it doesn't crystalize so the ice cream remains soft.

That's what I heard about allulose, that's why I got some, but now I'm dairy free, so can't try this recipe. If I did make it, I would probably use a combination of allulose and stevia, with some cacao and coffee. Apparently, some people can tolerate these sweeteners, and others can't. There are pros and cons with everything, you gotta do what works for you.

@@jtpcwife1486 He offers two ways of making it, one with 1 TB sugar and one without. There's also an option to use 1 egg, or 5 yolks. I use 5 yolks + 1 TB sugar method. Ends up being 3 grams carb per serving. Yes, I know that sugar is the devil but if the 3 carb per serving keeps me from eating worse stuff and keeps me on track, I feel the trade-off is worth it to me. I don't even eat this every day. It's been over a month since I've made a batch of this ice cream, in fact, so it is becoming more of a treat for me than a regular thing, fortunately. Good luck to you.
