The great thing about youtube doctors is they don't need sick patients to stay in business.
He’s a doc that helps ladies change their eating habits so they can have a baby. Perhaps you could look at what he does before before making a blanket statement.
No, just uninformed insecure people for likes!!!🤮🤢
Thanks! I’m pregnant at almost 42 by following this diet. I was seeing fertility specialists for a while, and they weren’t getting me anywhere and we’re mostly wasting my time and money. But now I conceived naturally since following this way.
Congratulations from one 42 year old delivering mama to another. 😂
Our youngest just turned 5 months.
I'm in a group of moms who lost babies due to cervical incompetence. We all needed a surgical procedure to close the cervix and make it weight bearing. Many moms in my group had the surgery but still are infertile. I really want to tell them about this diet but I'm afraid of getting hopes up. Any advice. I would have to post it in our online FB group, btw.
I'm 35 and sometimes I get discouraged. I've been trying for two years and nothing naturally yet. I might aeek fertility assistance but I really hope for a natural conception. What did you do?
@@veronicafravola7145Carnivore diet, look up Dr Ken Berry here on RUclips
Has anyone tried Natural Progesterone cream and Lugol's Iodine to increase fertility?
@veronicafravola7145
Dr Kiltz (man in this video) is an OBGYN and fertility doctor. The 'conceived naturally since following this way' and 'really want to tell them about this diet' being referred to in the comments above is a way of life/diet (it's a way of eating, a lifestyle) he promotes. It is the carnivore diet. The carnivore diet helps with many (if not most every) health condition. It helps with conception because it makes us/people very healthy and nourishes our bodies so completely. I've seen lots of interviews with Dr Kiltz and that is what is being referred to in these comments. Watch some of his videos.
This is how we made ice cream 60 years ago. Mom simmered it on the stovetop, then into a hand crank ice cream churn. We lined the machine with salted ice & started cranking the handle. We folded a blanket to put on top of it & the younger kids sat on the blanket to keep the ice from popping out as the older kids took turns turning the crank. It was a family activity, and the ice cream came out of the machine frozen, ready to eat. it was the best ice cream in the world!
ditto, the best
Boy does that bring back memories! Hot summers, backyard pool and homemade ice cream 😋😎
I vividly remember the glorious day I first tasted homemade ice cream 😍😍😍 absolutely magical
I use four yolks to a pint of cream. I don't even use an ice cream maker. I just put it in the freezer.
How do you prepare It? I do not have an ICE Cream maker! Thank you!
@@quicksilver6090 mason jar (or any clean old jar with a tight lid) Egg yolk, cream, shake for 3 minutes, freeze for 3-4 hours.
I guess you can put it in a blender for a few seconds to really mix it up then a mason jar, into the freezer
@@nataliemammitzsch4369 thank you very very much!!
@@LouCadle how long is it safe to leave in the freezer before consuming? Also with any leftover would placing it in the freezer be safe?
How can you not be cool with the Doc? This guy is just genuine 🙌
Whisk the whites, with a pinch cream of Tatar. Fold them in to the eggs and cream mix. This makes the icecream fluffier and doesn’t waste the whites
Nice, I will try that
some people are sensitive to the whites so nice to have a recipe where you don't have to use them. But your idea is good
waste? just drink 'em. Oysters of the land my friend.
@@zepguwlthistle7924who? Who is sensitive to egg whites? I’ve never heard of this before.
@@LILJROD90 i tested sensitive to eggs years ago. Dr Mercola recently stated that if you only eat egg yokes it might be ok cause it usually the whites that people are sensitive to. I do much better just eating yokes
Now I know I can spend the rest of my life on carnivore if I can have homemade custard 🤤
AMEN. Right!
It's so delicious.. ugh 🤤
Same here
Custard by Steak & Butter gal is simple & traditional.
I just put the yolk and cream in a mason jar, shake it, and freeze. (Dr. Atkins' recipe, though it may predate him too.) Freeze 3 hours for 1/2 cup heavy cream, 4 hours for a pint. only 1 dirty dish that way and no extra appliance needed. If you don't get to it immediately, stick it in the fridge for 30-60 minutes before eating so you can get a spoon into it.
Great tip and love the simplicity and no need for extra kitchen gadgets!
Thanks Lou - I'll be trying your way out since I don't have fancy gadgets.
@@johnsysays I don't know yet but I imagine if you add a bit of sweet vanilla extract it should be tasty...
@@johnsysays if it tastes like butter, you shook it too long! :) It's like cold sweetened cream. Not far off cream cheese + vanilla.
that sounds great im going to give your version a try. I dont have any ice cream maker either
I make this for my 1 and a half year old daughter (just cream and yolks), and she eats out every single day! She loves it, and asks for "eye kee" after dinner!
MOVE OVER GERBER, THIS IS SOME REAL BABY FOOD!!
Wonderful
Awww
We thought this was so cute - now we just call this recipe “eye-kee too

THANK YOU FOR YOUR CARNIVORE ICE CREAM.
It's a great way for me to get more animal fat. I'm 9 months+ into Carnivore and loving it. I'll never go back. I went from 120 down to 99 lbs and seem to stay there. I always used to like a little ice cream or something a little sweet to change the flavors of dinner. Now that dinner (and every other meal) is meat & eggs & butter. This helps me be so happy on Carnivore. We bought the same ice crm maker you did. It's been such a fun blessing, and we don't abuse it. However... the nights we DO have this, I sleep sooo well!!!
THANKS for being a doctor we can TRUST! ❤
PLUS...I wish I had YOU for my fertility doc when I was a Host on QVC (outskirts of Philly). My diet while being an overnight Host was atrocious. Cereal was the only thing that I could eat after a shift. Then the Ensure & Boost because they (food makers) told us it was a good meal replacement 🤦🏼♀️.
Then, with overnight hours so irregular, my body said SO...YOU THINK YOU WANT TO HAVE A BABY? FAT CHANCE GIRL. Course, added to that, I was in my early 40s, too. I bet Carnivore and your help would have changed that outcome, though. Anyway... you are appreciated ❣️
The following is essentially your ice cream recipe for us in a hurry & without an ice cream maker.
1. Put all your ingredients in a blender. On high it will blend / whip to a heavy whipped cream consistency in a minute give or take. Then either eat it as whipped cream, & /or freeze it as ice cream.
aldi double cream is a bag of shit, wont whip at all.
Ah, good to know! I use my mini food processor to make a keto ice cream without eggs currently, but I do want and need a much more powerful blender, so this will be my first food project.
Thank you for putting this "out here" so we can all follow it.
would you want to leave the egg whites in then ? im not real clear why the whites are left out
@@789trainEggwhites make it too liquid and not creamy.
I did this but my icecream came out really icey and brittle
Just made a batch with raspberry LMNT. This is dangerously good.
I wonder how the chocolate salt would taste 🤔
@@whewchile9818 I just tried it with the chocolate caramel salt and it is INSANELY good!
@@Diamondamber02 ok I didn’t know there was a chocolate Carmel. What’s that a limited edition?
@@Diamondamber02 I just got a box of this flavor. I'm going to make it tonight. Did you use 1 entire packet with 2 pints of cream?
@@Diamondamber02Nice!! I’d also like to know how much of the LMNT Chocolate Caramel salt you used in the recipe.
I went crazy with the egg yolks. I put five egg yolks to a pint of heavy cream! Wow is this good! So good with the Redmonds real salt.😊
This is pure genius! To turn one of the best desserts into a sugar free cream treat!
I've been craving ice cream more and more since going carnivore! Thank you so much for this video. 💗
Awesome that so many give ideas for those of us without an ice cream maker!
Yes!!! I learn so much from the “helpers” in the comments!! 😇
This is so great!!! The recipes you posted say 1 teaspoon of salt and I tried that and it is so extremely salty. You said a pinch when you were making it. The pinch is perfect! Thank you for all you share and for your boldness sharing the truth about fruits and vegetables. God bless you!
Haha yeah I saw another recipe they got the salt wrong in a keto dessert and it was extremely salty 😂
😂😂😂
Made the ice cream today!!, Absolutely delicious , the best ice cream I ever ate or ever made!! Thank you!
I’ve never seen one ice cream made so easily. I am definitely look into it, including that machine of yours. Thank you Dr Kiltz
I never have guilt when eating ice cream, just happiness.
Sounds amazing! I love something cold and refreshing in the summer 😋
Open the cream the old way with the flap skip the plastic hole you will get more!
I made mine wirh honey and a bit of vanilla and sprinkled salt on top and it's heaven!!!
Thanks so much for sharing. Looking forward to it when I reach my goal!
Eating healthy doesn't mean you have to give up everything and this recipe keeps me faithful to the Carnivore way of eating. I can't have it every day, but the times I need a sweet treat when the Grands are visiting. Thank you Dr Kiltz for sharing your healthy treat.
Oh my!! I love the iced cream!
Thank you
God bless you

this is nothing but - perfect rendition of pristine and great also notable dietary advice!
Who else thinks Dr kiltz looks like a proper gangster! Love your work brother.
Thank you for this wonderful recipe!
It's an awesome simple recipe with a delicious and satisfying taste. It's my new spurge! Thanks
You can use monkfruit erythritol sweetener to make this and it's still 100% ketogenic.
erythritol will make it crystallize. Allulose, pure monk fruit or stevia powder won't. FYI
You are the best ever!! Thus is an excellent teaching video. Thank you!!
😋Will be trying soon! Your radiance and lovely energy is so evident! SUBSCRIBED! God be with you!🙏
I've used 5 egg yolks per pint ... soooo good.
Hi Dr. Kiltz! I just watched you on Season 3 of the show, "Reversed" I had never listened to you before and really enjoyed what you had to say on the show. So I decided to look you up on youtube. You have a wonderful positive outlook that is much appreciated. Thank you for all you do in promoting and teaching people about living a healthy Carnivore lifestyle

We just had our first appointment with your clinic to (hopefully) bring home our IVF baby. Thanks for all your information on health and all you do for mama's in the making like me!
OMG, this is the holy grail. Finally, my favorite desert whilst on keto. thanks, doc!
Bought myself the Cuisinart machine that doesn't need pre-freezing. Made this ice cream yesterday with the heavy cream I had left which was around 650ml, 3 egg yolks and also added two scoops of vanilla protein powder (Amazon own brand called Amfit). That adds plenty of vanilla flavour and sugar free sweetness. Tried it initially with one scoop of protein powder but the vanilla was too weak. Two was perfect along with one teaspoon of vanilla extract. Delicious. 🙂
Thanks for that tip! I have some Paleovalley vanilla bone broth protein it should add just the right sweetness.
Please note: A pinch of salt, not a teaspoon.
My opinion, it needs a teaspoon
Once in a long whielx I do think Im going to love this as a treat, thanks for the recipe!!
Thanks so much for this!
And GOD BLESS YOU! I needed this!
Without ice cream maker, just whip up the egg yolks with the vanilla and salt until white and fluffy. Whip up the heavy cream and mix the 2. Then just pour it into silicone molds and freeze = parfait! And I use at least 1 egg yolk pr. decilitre of heavy cream 😉
Deciliter? So every tenth of a liter gets a yolk? So 2c (roughly half a liter or 5 tenths) gets 5 yolks??
@chadzwife1 Yup! At least. I usually get the pasteurized yolks in a bottle of 10 or 12 and use 1/2 to 3/4 liter of heavy cream for that. Lots of yolky goodness. Test around for yourself, it can get too eggy 😉
Do you fold in the ingredients after both get fluffy or a wooden spoon maybe? Sounds like a delicate mixing after they both get fluffy. Thanks
I put it in candy molds so I can have a couple bites here and there.
when you say you whip up the heavy cream, do you make it Into a proper cream texture, before you mix the two?
I LOVE YOU!!! Thank you so much for sharing. 😊🥳 Also, great to know you are my brother in Christ! ✝️ God Bless you too!
@Lea Hawkins Dr. Kiltz is a Christian?!? 😍 How did you find this out!
Cant wait to try it !
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LOVE THIS ICE CREAM!!! IT IS SO GOOD. THANKS DR!!!
This reciep is very addictive !!! Although for myself I dont use any type of sugar... I only add a pinch of vanilla or just nothing its amazing !
A Doc that gives me healthy Icecream receipe !? Hey never tought that could happen !!! worth to become memeber ! thanks ! 😍🍧
Will definitely do this. 💕
I live for the edits, so funny! 🤗
Thanks I am sooo trying this.
Thank you, I love ice cream too, and now I can make it and eat it!
Thank you. Great recipe idea
Love this!
I didn't know that raw egg yolks were safe to eat. After reading the comments, no one is having any issues with it. I'm making this recipe today. Anticipation.
The egg white and yoke are in a sterile environment in the shell of the egg. It's the exterior of the egg that can cause salmonella. When people crack them it can come in contact with the exterior of the shell transferring the salmonella to your food. Wash your eggs with soap and water before cracking and you should be good to go!
I froze my Kitchen-Aid mixer bowl and followed this [except I did temper the eggs and whip the Yolks + Cream until thick]. For someone without an ice cream maker, I am taking the bowl out of the freezer every 30 min and giving it a good wisk. I hope I end up with ice cream!!! Can't go wrong with h cream + vanilla + yolks!
*Treat yourself to a scoop or two and experience the delightful flavors without the excess carbs and sugar* 😋
Such a spiffy , healthy man.
Wowsers Doc Kiltz....just made this Ice Cream to go on top of my sugar free pumpkin pie to serve our guests.....they were blown away by the fantastic taste! Thank you!
I always heat my egg custard base first. I literally make a thin custard then churn.💜💜
I double the egg yolks too! It makes it amazingly rich and not hard or crunchy after putting it in the freezer.
This is awesome! 500 quadrillion times better than the best store bought ice cream. Gotta try it myself soon. Thank you so much for sharing.
Thank you so much for sharing🙏🏽
Excellent! Thank you
I use four yolks and I made some today with just raspberries for my boyfriend no sugar no nothing
You are a treasure. Thank you
Another delicious recipe w/o eggs: 2c heavy cream, 1/3 c . alternative sugar like allulose, erythritol, monkfruit or a blended sweetener, 1/8tsp salt, 2 tbsp vodka, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp vanilla paste; mix together. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours. Put into ice cream maker for 20 minutes. You will have a delicious vanilla keto ice cream! Yum.
Store ice cream in freezer in glass or carton container.
Quick Tip
Don't skip the 2 hour refrigeration step when you are making this keto ice cream recipe! You should wait 2 hours before starting to churn as to give the flavors time to be combined together within the heavy cream. It also helps with the texture of the ice cream as it makes it softer and creamier, which is how you need the ice cream to be.
What exactly do the eggs do for the recipe? Thank you 🙏
Sometimes I'll shave a little Absolute Black 100% cocoa (no sugar) over the top. Still guilt-free!
Treating, not cheating, it's part of life and a darn good one! Enjoy!!
Thank you so much! It’s my first Christmas being a carnivore - 120 days exactly- and this is a perfect dessert for my Christmas meal… and other days.🥳🥳🥳
I bought an ice cream maker just to make this….looking forward to it!
How did it go?
I too ordered the same ice cream maker because of this video. Plus I ordered vanilla beans.
Great, Thank You
I like to add a little bit Greek Yogurt for a fresh taste in summer so i even don't need Vanilla
Recently made ice cream with heavy whipping cream, vanilla flavoring and paste, egg yolk powder & water, and allulose. Low carb and I guess near carnivore. Happy to hear any thoughts about allulose. I like it because it doesn't crystalize so the ice cream remains soft.
That's what I heard about allulose, that's why I got some, but now I'm dairy free, so can't try this recipe. If I did make it, I would probably use a combination of allulose and stevia, with some cacao and coffee. Apparently, some people can tolerate these sweeteners, and others can't. There are pros and cons with everything, you gotta do what works for you.
I have read the same in another recipe… liquid allulose
I’ve made this twice now and it’s fantastic. Easy. Delicious. A definite game changer
I enjoy having cream in my coffee, but I can’t imagine this tasting good with no sweetness added? Do you miss the sweet in it at all? Or is it just as good? I MUST try this
@@jtpcwife1486 He offers two ways of making it, one with 1 TB sugar and one without. There's also an option to use 1 egg, or 5 yolks. I use 5 yolks + 1 TB sugar method. Ends up being 3 grams carb per serving. Yes, I know that sugar is the devil but if the 3 carb per serving keeps me from eating worse stuff and keeps me on track, I feel the trade-off is worth it to me. I don't even eat this every day. It's been over a month since I've made a batch of this ice cream, in fact, so it is becoming more of a treat for me than a regular thing, fortunately. Good luck to you.
@@dharmadreams4586 that’s what I needed to know! Thank you!! 🥳💪🏼
@@jtpcwife1486 You're welcome. Oh and even with that tiny amount of sugar, it tastes AMAZING

Thank you sir! My son and i make icecream on the weekend- im going carnivore after my fast and didn't know how to tell him i couldn't eat icecream anymore i will skip that conversation after seeing this recipe!
I really needed this for my darling who loves to snack❤
Just made a batch using raw cream and pasture raised eggs from a local farm. Added vanilla powder and a pinch of salt, no sweetener or sugar and tasted it before freezing. The flavor of the raw cream is just heavenly!! I’m trying your bebbis diet to help me and my husband conceive and I hope it works 🙏
I'm so lucky to have a local dairy that sells pure cream!! Absolutely no additives. It's so amazingly good. Im not an ice cream fanatic but thus is a once a year treat. Thanks.
What a lovely kitchen, monk fruit sweetener is very good , and you can get it in different flavors
AWESOME Thank you!!!❤
oh thank heavens there is actually a carnivore ice cream! im gonna make this!
Want it sweetened without sugar, aspartame, saccharin, or even stevia? Try liquid Monk fruit. I've been drinking it in my coffee and tea and adding it to homemade whipped cream for a couple years now. It's sweet, wonderful, organic, and calorie free.
sugar, sugar, sugar. The idea is no sugar ✌
I read in another recipe to use liquid allulose, ice cream stays softer.
I add a touch of Allulose for slight sweetness and keeping it from getting rock hard in the freezer
Best carnivore recipe yet, thanks Dr. Rob!
Just made your delicious ice cream but instead of using salt after it was done sprinkled a pinch of Lmnt chocolate caramel on top mmm so good thank you so much for all you do
I have got to try this
Yummy! May Jesus continue to bless you and your family
Thank you.
Thank you. ❤
Thank you for sharing. Inspired to try. Raw Cream would be even better. Don’t want homogenized and pasteurized if possible.
Can't wait to use this recipe in my Whynter!
Using a custard base cooking method. Then the eggs are cooked.
Using the ice cream maker makes your ice cream creamier. The other ways come out more icy. Both ways are great and delicious!
I need to buy myself one of those icecream makers. It's probably a lot more cost effective to just mix everything together myself, and definitely much healthier. Especially on keto/carnivore diet.
That's a nice reicipe!
Wonderful! I'd use English toffee monk fruit and/or French vnilla monk fruit ... :)
Ohhhhhh that's my Fave!!! I buy that vanilla in kuwait at William Sonoma
