Maybe it’s an acquired taste. Kerry gold is definitely creamer but I’ll keep eating a little at a time and pray it gets better. I fell hard on for long time (a year). Living with daughter’s family -carb haven. It’s so hard. I need to prove to them that this works for health and weight loss. They are both pharmacists and by in on a lot of the crap info. I am having trouble with cravings so I need to up my fat. Only gained 10 pounds but gained several inches. And I had 45-50 to go when Husband and I moved here (Alaska from Ohio). Ugh!!
BBB&E candy, never had them with bacon YET, BUT when I make butter bites, I cool them in an ice bath and whip them with a hand mixer till thickened then pipe it into a silicone mold. It incorporates the bits into the butter preventing separation. 😎 VERY YUMMY!
Oh, that looks and sounds so good! I learned some months ago that when I crave tater chips, it's really the salt I'm craving. Now I keep a sea salt shaker nearby constantly. I also have a near constant craving for chocolate (dove, most recently). A couple days ago, I tried some homemade chocolate ( thanks Rain Country Homestead) but didn't have any cacao butter. So used coconut oil and cacao powder in mini muffin pans (lined). They were quite bitter, so I added about 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter to each cup. OMG! Almost as addictive as chunks of dove. I love these types of videos. I NEED SNACKS! At least sometimes . THANK YOU NEISHA!
I know there are carnivore "chips" available, of course they're pricey. Pretty sure I've seen people make their own, by dehydrating. Look for some vids :)
I invented them. I originally made mine with browned butter, which is naturally slightly sweet, but I make some with the bacon fat left over from cooking my bacon. I melt two or three on my eggs to get a bit of bacon flavor. I make mine with the bacon crumbled, and the bacon fat poured over the crumbles in a small ice cube mold. I love just eating one or two as a snack in the afternoon or before bed so that I'm not starving in the morning and can push my meal up further in the day.
I have to laugh when you say look I am not dead. This past couple of days I was in HEB shopping for eggs and bacon and squid oh my. Just me being funny. The eggs I normally get were out of stock so I had to get something which was two 36 packs and two 30 packs of eggs. Then I go down to where the bacon is kept and as I am grabbing three packages of the three pack bacon which is nine pounds. I tell the guy scanning that the eggs I get are out. He looks at my cart and asks if I run a restaurant. I said no I am carnivore, he says you can lose weight. I told him how I lost and have kept it off with carnivore and tried to tell him about Dr Berry. He went wow and his face lit up but that only lasted about five seconds as he went back to scanning. It was worth a try and I got my squid and went on my merry way home.
This looks amazingly delicious. It might be easier to pour the browned butter into the pan if you pour it into a glass measuring jug and then into the tray. I love your bee plate too. Thanks for the video.

Algorithm's got me. I look up meal prep videos, click on the chicks and now I'm here. Damn these babes who cook.
I made these last night - without the bacon. Brown Butter Bites ROCK! Thank you for posting this recipe!
Thanks so much for this I started back on keto January 1 !!!!! You guys are both an inspiration and I love all your ideas and recipes 😊
I love love love browned butter. I make browned butter and mix it with rendered bacon fat. I strain out the milk solids and tiny pieces of bacon so I can cook high temp without them burning. That's what lives on my cook top and I cook everything in that.
bacon fat all day every day!
This is my second year making them. That are fantastic and your tutorial was perfect. The mailman, garbage men and UPS delivery etc all love them. Thanks for the video 👏👏👏
I made these and they were awful! What am I doing wrong?!….Is there a “sweet spot” for cooking time? I thought maybe I cooked the first batch too long and the second batch not long enough - but they were so so so gross that I’m scared to try again! 🤪 Do they ever get sweet-tasting or is it more of a salty butter taste?
Oh my goodness-new to this lifestyle!! Such a game changer!!! THANK YOU as I’m removing cheese for July-this will help soo much!!
Your poodle is fascinated by these, too!
Looks great! thank you for sharing Neisha. Love both of you guys . Keep up the great work . You both inspire me .
Love browned butter bites..I did mine in a glass dish froze and cut..don’t have fancy molds…yumm
That dog is sooo cute! He's very interested in what you're doing.
Thanks for this, Nurse Neisha. I put it in the freezer for about half an hour, then whipped it with a hand mixer.
I did end up subscribing to LMNT, so am looking forward to trying whipped brown butter with Chocolate Salt.
looks great I will try these. I have been off my keto for a little over a week. I feel horrible lol but we knew that! My ankles actually swelled up for the first time in a couple months since the last time I cheated because of the soul, I had in overdoing it with potato chips, so I am back on track today. I hope I am I'm going to just tell myself and not cheat. Thanks for the good recipe.
Just made these for the first time today- life changing!! So good! Thanks for sharing!!
Ok, I'm late, I just make these today. I knoticed that they made me feel very relaxed after eating them. Anybody else experience this 😊
Several folks have commented they eat at bedtime and it helps them sleep.
And far tastier than the traditional “cup of warm milk” that your great grandmother probably drank before bedtime.
I watched this video when it first was posted and I finally got to make some! In love. I’m pretty flexible on my diet and I’ll eat pecans from time to time and I chopped some up and put them into a couple and they’re bomb. All of it is bomb!
Thats incredible, goes against everything we were told not to eat for years. I must try it.
Just stating, the only flavor of LMNT that does not contain the mystery ingredient "natural flavors"--which the FDA accepts as anything natural--which could be sugar, is the unflavored.
Neisha, these saved me last night. Girly hormones were screaming, and I mean LOUD, I almost caved! I ate the frog! I 5,4,3,2,1'D and made the bites just like you said, my system calmed down and I made it without caving into the cravings! You rock and are making a difference in my life...THANK YOU!🥺❣️❣️❣️❣️
I've made brown butter fat bombs a few times. They last a long time in the freezer and they melt into coffee beautifully. That is if you don't add bacon! I've made them with keto chow in them too and cream cheese. So good. I think I got the idea from Wendy. Anyway, I have to try these with the bacon.
Oh wow these are just what I needed to help me avoid the sweets. Thank you!
Love watching your husbands channel for facts (along with Dr. Chaffee’s) and your channel for the fantastic recipes! Thank you so much!
Love Love Love! Thank you for sharing 🙂 I made them for my Carnivore boyfriend, but want to keep them all for myself. I didn't have a mold, so just poured them in a small baking pan....To me, they taste like almond roca! Just got some LMNT chocolate salt to try in a batch too :-)
I made this with Land o lakes salted butter x2. Each time it turned completely brown to dark brown and tasted like crap. (I did not burn it.)I was very careful used low-medium. Just used Kerry Gold butter didn’t turn brown. It turned Carmel just like you showed in the video. It’s in the freezer. I’m anxious to try the taste difference.
Ugh!!
@@maryswick774 so how are things going now, carnivore wise?
Good to know.
As an Aussie (never heard of these) I've gotta give these a go!
If only there was a LOVE button!! Thank you!!❤❤
Saw the ketogenic women make these a few months ago on her channel. Made them right after. Soo good. 😊
BBB&E candy, never had them with bacon YET, BUT when I make butter bites, I cool them in an ice bath and whip them with a hand mixer till thickened then pipe it into a silicone mold. It incorporates the bits into the butter preventing separation. 😎 VERY YUMMY!
I have been wondering...and now I know ...thank you Neisha 💖🙏💖
i add them to my coffee in the blender just plain ones of course
What a great idea!
Thanks Neisha! I like seeing you demo it. I can see how easy it is to do it.
I'm eating one right now with my black coffee. Great replacement if you're lactose intolerant and can't have heavy cream.
I do equal portions cacao, coconut oil, and sf crunchy peanut butter with 1 squirt stevia in lined mini muffin cups. Like reeses cups. So good.
Marlaco can you share your recipe 🤷♀️I’d love to try the coconut oil recipe ty if you could please
OMG who knew that butter could turn into caramel goodness and with bacon!!
This is a great tip for evening cravings!...thank you, Neisha
I just love them. Can't wait to see the chocolate salt ones.
Omg, thank you for this video. I just tried your recipe. It totally has a salted caramel flavor to it! Delicious! Thank you again.
I have been on ketovore but I have taken away almost all veggies and I prime. I feel way better mentally and I've lost 10lb in a month.
I made these with the chocolate salt and they are amazing!
May I ask what were the measurements for the chocolate salt butter bites?
Did not know you could basically make butter scotch without the sugar. This is probably delicious. Can't wait to try it out myself!
I made these, without bacon first. Holy they're salty lol. Didn't expect that. Rich for sure. If I add bacon, I think I'll use unsalted butter.
Your dog watching each spoonful go into the mold..😂. I know that look.:)
I love them in my coffee with heavy cream. Delicious 😋
Made these for the first time today and man are they good! Reminds me of Werther’s. Thanks for sharing!
This looks amazingly delicious. It might be easier to pour the browned butter into the pan if you pour it into a glass measuring jug and then into the tray. I love your bee plate too. Thanks for the video.
Thanks gonna make this for my woman's bday on the sixteenth of this month, Happy New Year to you, and Dr. Berry
Haha the last little humph at the end was funny Yummy can’t wait to try them
Just wow. Dr Berry is a lucky man!
LMNT chocolate salt will trigger those sweet cravings, the stevia is really sweet in LMNT, I have to cut them in half
Yes, I can't use a whole packet of any of the flavored ones. Too sweet.
Love them though.
Usually just get raw unflavored.
I had forgotten you and I started keto about same time- spring 2017, and here we are still ! And yet I hear people say ketosis not sustainable!
I just finished eating a plain batch. I will add bacon to my next batch 🥓 😋
