I’ve found a treasure with you! I ate Keto for several years - until I began regaining weight! I realized I was one of the people who has to keep my carb intake under 10 grams per day. That’s when I stumbled on the Carnivore diet. Perfect! I’ve been eating it for less than 1 week and am already seeing results. Weight is melting away and other issues are improving in both of us. I’ve been married and cooking for 55 years, so I understand how to handle this, but you’re the frosting on the cake! Thank you so very much for doing this. I’ve subscribed to your RUclips channel and am enthusiastically watching - and watching … Thank you again and God bless you!💖Carol

@@candyluna2929 I have the same issue. I started keto 3 years ago. My daughter age 30 was in ketosis, and I kept falling out of ketosis. I have a blood monitor and realized I was never more than "slight" ketosis and some days, I wasn't in ketosis at all--blood check tells all. Meantime, my dtr was losing and I was struggling. (Age 65 and lots of issues at the time--over 200 pounds--I quit weighing) Intermittent fasting, carnivore and Dr. Boz 3 days of sardines made a big difference for me. I lost 60 pounds and am at 150 now. No more meds--BP or pain or metformin.

Then a few months back I saw a butter bites video and thought there's no way I could eat plain butter or butter bites, but watching this video I decided to take the plunge and give it a go. Hello from England! I can’t thank you enough for sharing these recipes,I’ve been on Carnivore for 5 weeks and have lost around a Stone but I’ve been struggling to get fats in and had been attempting to increase my fat intake but using Beef tallow to cook with and adding chunks of it into my scrambled eggs I’ve been adopting this approach as I really really dislike butter and to be honest was soldering on with the beef tallow outta necessity, well I’ve just made my first batch of Butter bites and I’m absolutely stunned how good they taste if I’d been offered one with a cuppa and was told that it was a caramel I wouldn’t of thought any different! Absolute game changer for me as I can now up my fat intake with something affordable and palatable…well absolutely tasty infact I may have to show restraint when dipping into the ziplock freezer bag full of my new favourite treat😄 Thanks again! x

I just made some butter bites yesterday. It's Autumn and I was craving maple flavored candy, pancakes, anything maple flavored.
So I had some maple extract, which I added to my browned butter, along with a little liquid allulose. WOW! They are perfect! I could add bacon bits. That might be good the next time I make these. Thanks Anita!!! 😘👍🎃🎃🎃🎃

I was going to be in a hotel for a month so I made a huge batch so I could have 2 a day for a month. At week three I had went a couple days then popped one in my mouth and it tasted crunchy. I opened the bowl back and there was white mold all over them. Lesson: Keep them in the freezer if you plan on keeping them for more than a week or so. I didn’t realize it went bad so fast.

I love your video on the brown butter because you explain it so well as well as show what it should look like. I have been adding just a little bit of flavored extract to my butter bites for something different recently. Just a couple drops of lemon or vanilla give it a subtle flavor without adding sweeteners. So good. I have been buying the cheaper store brand butter because it was $3.28 USD. Yesterday in the store it had jumped to $5.98. Holidays are around the corner. It is a good butter and very flavorful. Thank goodness I had been buying extra along the way so I won't run out before the beginning of the new year when hopefully prices will drop again.

Hi Anita! Well I made the whipped brown butter and the regular brown butter and both were a success and delish! I put caramel macchiato stevia flavoring and sweetener along with a little brown sugar swerve for my husbands. I too am staying away from sweeteners for the most part. Like 99.99 % of the time. I will take taste testers of my husband's items and those were amazing. I used a turkey baster to put the brown butter in my molds. It really helped. Thanks as usual for your excellent videos. I put a tablespoon for each egg into the pan first, once melted I cook my eggs either scrambled or fried, them dump the eggs and all the extra butter into a bowl and chop it together and eat it with a spoon. I know it's not ideal, but I'm easing in, I melted a tiny layer of dark chocolate on top and was able to get about 6 tsp in me by the end of the day. Still working up to it. I think I may do a tiny bit of stevia. It's getting easier.
