    trong 15 ngày tớ giảm được 6cm bụng tớ dáng người khá cân đối chỉ là bụng nhiều mỡ nên kh lo vấn đề cân nặng. mn tập luyện cố gắng ăn theo 80% chế độ eat clean 20% sở thích tập thêm bài cadio mỗi ngày sẽ giảm nhanh hơn ai đang tập bài này mà đọc được thì cố gắng lên để có dáng người như ý nhớ iu iu

    the workout is really nice because i went down with 10 kg for 1 month and this actually changed my life i started to feel like myself people stopped making fun of me and i grew up confidence

    I started my sports adventure in February thanks to this video. With a healthy diet and enough exercise, I lost approximately 25 kilos in 8 months. Before, I had no courage or strength to try to lose weight and do sports, but this cute girl and her videos somehow gave me strength, so everything is thanks to her!     Going to do this everyday
    Start Weight: 136.2 lbs
    Waist: 30.5 in
    Day 1: ✅ Felt a good burn, did this along with 20/20 strength train + cycling
    Day 2: ✅ Really felt my love handles today! Was active outside, ate not as well but I’m going to stay consistent 💪
    Day 3: ✅ Good burn & mood booster, felt deep abs today
    Day 4: ✅ Broke a sweat and felt great difficulties but persevered! Consistency is key
    Day 5: ✅ Had a hard time with the first 3 but the rest was a breeze!
    Day 6: ✅ Wow! I’ve seen such a huge difference in my ab strength, today was really easy! 😁

    Day 12: ✅ I’ve been doing this but forgetting to update! The exercises have become really easy and my abs have become stronger.

      @@sullin22 Keep in mind, muscle weighs more than fat so weight and BMI are not very efficient ways of measuring fitness unless straight up weight loss if your goal (also you cannot target fat loss if specific areas of the body but overall and it also has to do with genetics, which I mean individual fat distribution but this cones down to individuals YOU GOT THIS!!) so once you grow muscle and see results of loss in fat it doesn't always mean you'll weigh less, I personally ditched the scale a long time ago, hope this helps!!

    But now I understand that it's not just about weight loss it's all about being in healthy weight with muscle💪 😊
    In this 28days journey I gone through alot like I don't wanna do exercise daily but i have to fight with myself that no get up and do your exercise.....in stress I eat too much that's why next day I regret that WHY CAN'T YOU JUST CONTROL YOURSELF so yeah I didn't loose weight only bcuz of my mistakes and not having self discipline so yeahh......

    Doing this workout for 2 weeks or more!
    Day 1: Today was kind of easy and not that hard I have been drinking a lot of water and I will start eating less and eating more salads and fruits and protein! (I am doing this workout with other workouts too!) ✅
    Day 2: I was sore today, but I still did it! (I really don’t know what else to put but I will start Putting check marks that I did it) ✅
    Day 3: ✅ (My legs were really sore😭)

    Day 5: ✅ I see a little bit of change I see that my waist got a little bit smaller, and my stomach is flatter!

    Update: Hi guys it been a while since I updated! I am sharing the results I got my stomach got flatter and I lost a lot of weight. I stopped doing these workouts for a while because some stuff was happening so I was burned out and tried, but I am doing these exercises again and this time I’m doing it everyday with excitement! I will update in a few weeks or maybe in a month! Note:If you are doing this exercise your not alone don’t give up!

    Kesinlikle işe yarıyor. 23 şubatta başlamıştım, bu programı sabah ve akşam olmak üzere günde 2 defa tekrar ediyorum. Sadece 5 günde belim 2cm inceldi, ayrıca göbeğimden 5 cm kaybettim. Herhangi bir diyet uygulamıyorum, sadece her gün mutlaka en az 10 bardak su içiyorum. Ayrıca spordan sonra protein almaya çalışıyorum ki kaslarımda erime olmasın. Onun dışında günlük beslenmem her zamanki gibi. Aşırıya kaçmadan yiyorum tabii. Kilom da ise herhangi bir değişiklik yok (kilom boyuma göre ideal denilebilir). Sadece gram farkı var ve bildiğim kadarıyla bu iyi bir gelişme. Kastan değilde yağdan kaybettiğimi gösteriyor. Motivasyonunuzu kaybetmeyin ve en az 2 hafta devam edin. Sonuçlarına kesinlikle değecek.

      @@zeynepokutur ben dediğim gibi kilo vermeden belimi ve göbeğimi incelttim. Kilonuz idealse ve egzersizi yaparken kas kütlenizden kaybetmiyorsanız, kilo vereceğinizi sanmam. En fazla 1 kilo falan anca, o da eriyen yağlardan dolayıdır. Bel incelten başka programlara da bir göz atın bence. Kilo verdirmek yerine vücut hatlarını şekillendirmeye yönelmiş olan birçok egzersiz programı var. Bende göbeğimi istediğim gibi erittikten sonra o programlara geçiş yapacağım zaten. Belim için.

    Day 1 I felt the burn and im sweating and for me it was kinda easy and remember never to give up!
    Day 2 it was easier and I was sweating alot again
    Day 3 I forgot to tell but its was so so so much easier
    Day 4 didnt do bc I need to rest
    Day 5 IM NOT EVEN JOKING I GOT ALREADY RESULTS OMGGG. When I did it today it was kinda the same like the first Day kinda hard but not too much and I was sweating again
    Day6 I was sweating again and I felt kinda more strong and it was now easier than before
    Day7 it was so so so much easier and I wasent sweating alot this time
    Day8 I forgot to update yesterday but it was good it was easier and I was sweating a bit

    10day I was sweating alot today too some procces made already
    Day 11 I didnt do it bc I was tired from the all the tests at school and I needed to read for the tests
    Day12 I was sweating so much that even the floor was slippery but it was easier than before!
    13 I wasent sweating alot but enought and it was so so so much easier
    14 it was easier and I was sweating ALOT and I see some results already😊

      ​@@nehasolanki5002well I eat 2-3 times a day so its breakfast Lunch and dinner but I eat dinner before 7.00 O'clock and I dont eat any bad sugar only honey and fruits. I use olive oil in my cooking bc its the healthiest oil I know

    Finally starting to do this exercise!
    Day 1:✅Had to take breaks and felt a burn in my stomach🔥
    Day 2:✅Was a LOT harder than day 1
    Day 3:✅ Still have to pause to take short breaks, but I can see a difference already!

    I started working out now because during the summer I will be busy, so I decided to start now. I am mostly doing these workouts because I want to lose belly fat not weight. I already did exercise 5 days ago before this one!!
    Day 1: ✅ okay so, my stomach hurt when I was doing two of the exercises but time went so fast I did another 6 minute one 💀
    Day 2:✅ I got my period today but I did it anyways! I was still a bit sore from yesterday, but I finished them today, it felt more difficult compared to yesterday but i finished!
    Day 3: ✅ it was much harder today, but I got it done. A couple exercises hurt to do but I pushed through 😭
    Day 4: ✅ I was so tired and was actually going to take a break today but I finished! I’m not sore anymore but the exercise are more tiring.
    Day 5: ✅ it was still difficult, but it was easier than yesterday!
    Day 6: ❌ I was out the whole day didn’t get to do it :/
    Day 7: ✅ for not doing it yesterday it was actually pretty easy, I had allergies but I did it 💪💪
    : ONE WEEK; my waist has definitely gotten much slimmer since I started, my belly fat has started to get smaller but there is still some there!!

      Day 9:✅ it’s getting easier again, building stamina 💪
      Day 10:✅ I did three exercise’s yesterday (idk why lmao) and I was a bit tired but I did it and time flew by so fast
      Day 11:✅ I didn’t write yesterday I completely forgot, it wasn’t that difficult!
      Day 12:✅ IT IS IMPORTANT TO EAT BCS I DIDN’T EAT THAT MUCH TODAY SO I WAS TURED
      Day 13:✅ I ate well today and i felt time fly during the exercises!
      Day 14:✅ I didn’t eat well again, idk how but I forgot. It was kind of difficult but time flew by today as well!

    This is July 1
    And this is my first day of doing this
    I'm gonna do this workout for 30 days
    Hope I'll see some results!
    My starting weight: 65 kg
    Waist line : 33 inches
    Bellybutton line : 31 inches
    Upper belly line : 30.5 inches
    July 2 day 2: ✅
    July 3 day 3: ❌ I didn't do it!
    But i did a lots of stretches & cool down workouts!
    And a quick update
    My upper belly is now : 29 inches
    Waist line & bellybutton area is the same as before!
    July 4 day 4 : ✅
    July 5 day 5 : ✅
    July 6 day 6 : ✅
    July 7 day 7 : ❌ ( I went to my aunt's place)
    July 8 day 8 : ✅
    July 9 & July 10 , I intentionally missed! I was depressed and burn out!
    But I'm back again....

    Upper belly : 28.5 inches
    Bellybutton area : same as before 😭 31 inches
    Waist line: 32.5 inches!
    Most importantly Now I can do this exercise without any break & tiredness!

    I didn't do it cz' I was on my period
    I had bloatings , cramps and for this I ate everything I saw that time

    Bellybutton area is 30 inches
    And lower belly button area(waist line)is 32 inches
    And shockingly my height increases up to 1.5 inches
    It won't work if you don't do this with a strict diet plan
    I'm not going to do this anymore 😞😭
    This wasn't meant for me I guess.

    doing this along with other workouts because im tired of myself
    Day 1: It was hard, because I don’t have any mats. At some points I wanted to give up because my muscles felt so weak, but I had to push on and not give up. I was begging myself to stop, because I’m not a typically strong person, but it’s okay. Some parts were easier than others, which gave me the break I needed.
    Day 2: Tiring, worse, horrible. But same as Day 1, I want to improve myself for the better. I felt really negative the whole day and the hard parts demolished me, but it's okay. I'll be back tomorrow and hopefully happy to continue. My stomach does have pain, so I assume it's working.
    Day 3: I saw RESULTS already… I’m already okay, but sometimes I think I can do better than how I am right now and I’m willing to put myself to change for the better. I saw my reflection look unreal, I began looking like what I want to see, but despite having prominent results, that’s not stopping me. I have to maintain it, even if it still pains me. I have to overload anyways if I want to get stronger and better. I feel motivated by this and by the replies too. The pain stopped because I worked out, so those waste-like acids probably broke away (the only thing I remember from biology). I’ll push through the pain. It doesn’t hurt that bad I guess, it’ll be better the more I go.
    Day 4: I actually felt myself being able to do this easier and I could follow along better. Maybe I just needed to get accustomed to the routine and workouts first. It was still harder at some points, but it wasn't as dreading as the previous day. I don't have much to journal today. I don't feel pessimistic nor ill, so that's good! The results are staying too, thankfully!
    I didn’t update because I overall forgot too, but don’t worry, I’ve been keeping up with the days!
    Day 5: My legs were still a bit shaky, but I’m overall continuing to keep up with this and I’m taking far less breaks compared to the first day. There’s nothing else to comment about this, but I feel more optimistic about continuing.
    Day 6: I’ve felt an urge to continue as I’m just loving the results, I’m glad that this is actually helping. As days go by, this has been getting far easier and today I only took one break to catch my breath! Which is pretty good considering that I’m not that athletic and was dying on the first day, this means there’s definitely progress for me and I’m glad about that. For once, things are looking for the bright side, and these have gotten to the point where I can actually sort of relaxing even if I’m in the middle of the workout since I gotten used to it surprisingly fast.
    Day 7: Same as the previous day, but absolutely better. I’m not gonna say much since it’s like Day 6, but it’s worth noting I took no breaks today and went to do it for a second time in a day. I never knew I was able to improve like this.
    I haven’t edited this in God knows how long… *But all of these work so well*
    For the first couple of days I only did another separate workout and still got amazing results, but after adding in another one I felt even better honestly
    Stuff has got pretty tiring at points, but I swear to you I’ve been keeping up, I just haven’t been editing this comment 😭
    *But like… I’m going to edit this again… Since it’s been 28 days and I have to restart this workout streak!!*

    Hola, llevo aproximadamente 2 semanas haciendo esta rutina junto con la de plank de 3 minutos y he visto muy buenos resultados. Todavía no llego a mi meta pero vamos bien.
    No hice una gran dieta, intenté comer mis tres comidas al día (con atracones de por medio, lo siento) y tomar mucha agua.
    No solo me ayudó a bajar un poco de peso, si no que me ayudó a mejorar mi resistencia. Siento mi cuerpo más fuerte y firme. Estoy realmente feliz.

    Updating every day I do this workout and hopefully a full 28 day streak (: No diet changes (I eat mostly vegetarian) or extra workouts unless specified in my updates (:
    Day1:✅ - felt really heavy and sluggish/tired which was weird but got through it
    Day2:✅ done! I also did a bit of walking/running before I showered this morning for around 2,500 steps before doing the workout.
    Day3: ✅ did the video two times! It felt a lot easier and didn’t really feel a burn so I did it a second time lol.
    Day4:✅ done! Walked for almost 2k steps before hand too
    Day5:✅ done!
    Day6:✅ done !
    Day7:✅ done! Yaaaay one week! Will update what I’ve noticed for the week soon
    1 week update: not seeing a huge difference but some slight definition is noticeable. I’ve messed up my eating from eating more meat and stuff so it could be why I don’t see a lot of change. I need to get back to staying on my vegetarian diet, a lot of meat makes me and my body feel awful

      @@AmalmiDul my tummy is already pretty flat, and I didn’t take any progress beginning photos unfortunately but I do believe my stomach appears flatter than it usually does! There are so days where it looks puffy and bulky from the sides like i feel it did before I did this workout but most days my stomach is flat. Hope this helps (:

    Started this 28 days challenge . I have a hectic schedule as I study nursing but 10 minutes I can dedicate to myself 🧿

    Day 1: some of the work out were hard but I did complete it 🎉
    Day 2 : skipped a lil in between but completed the workout , my abdomen hurt the whole day along with my shoulders but I did finished 🎉 ✅

    I’m going to log in every time I do this workout.
    “I’m not trying to lose weight cuz I’m already at my lowest weight I’m just trying to have a better relationship with exercise and food”
    Day (1): when I did the bicycle crunches I felt the burn in my abs.
    Day (2): I woke up feeling so sore my bloating got a little better than before.
    Day (3): the soreness was worst than yesterday but when I did the workout it felt so bad. I finished the whole workout and I feel so proud. my bloating is getting a little better.
    Day (4) : it wasn’t hard at all nothing really changed ofc but for some reason when I did the plank I can feel a burn rather than that nothing else.
    Day (5): same as day 4 but the plank was totally fine and I feel more energetic than before.

    Starting this today ie Jan 1st 2023.
    🍀 Jan 1st ie Day 1 - I am happy that i was able to do it all but i got quite breathless during the first few exercises. I don't have my yoga mat rn so i feel like i couldn't do these to the best of my abilities. Hopefully I'll have it tomorrow!
    (Weight: 56kg, 36 inches/91 cm belly circumference)
    🍀 Day 2 - i did it in the morning and evening (only the second half of the video). I found the second plank exercise really difficult and was unable to do it for 30 seconds. Same for the last exercise.
    🍀 Day 3 - I'm so proud of myself for doing all the exercises and holding for 40 secs each. I was able to do the second plank. My abdomen area hurt quite a bit during the first half which didn't happen the first two days.
    🍀 Day 4 - today i focused on my breathing. I realised i wasn't breathing in and out as per the captions of the video. I was able to hold the plank for the specified time which I'm proud of, but the last exercise killed me again. Idk why I'm finding it difficult hmm. I also made sure to do some stretches after the workout.
    🍀 Day 5 - i got my period and was in so much pain so i just did a couple of the exercises without really timing it :(
    🍀 Day 6 and 7 - didn't do it today bc I'm in so much pain aaaa
    🍀 Day 8 - done
    🍀 Day 9 - was almost not going to do it but i got into a nasty argument with someone which motivated me to work out so, lol, day 9 done.

    🍀 Day 13, day 14 - didn't do
    🍀 Day 15 - almost didn't do it coz i was too sad, but i figured instead of crying i might as well work out so yay, done. lol.
    🍀 Day 16 - didn't do it
    🍀 Day 17 - bicycle crunches are still so hard
    🍀 Day 18-21 - i hate the last exercise lol but yay i did it
    🍀Day 22-23 - didn't
    🍀 Day 24 - 26 did it wohoo
    🍀 Day 27, 28- didn't do it (weekend)
    🍀 Day 29,30, 31 - did it
    Results: so i didn't do it for almost 8 days buut i have lost 2 inches and my weight is the same! That's still a win for me! I'm going to continue through the month of Feb and document my final weight and circumference post that

      • so i was doing this exercise with an elliptical machine workout and i organised my way of eating and drinking enough water and had enough sleep doing all of that made me have flat belly in less then 8days !! I kept consistent to this programme and made it as a habit it really made me look great and feel great as well

    It been 1 week since I started One meal a day diet along with this exercise and I can already see some changes on my body especially on my belly, although I still have fats on my belly but it's more smaller than before and I believe after few more weeks, I can finally achieve flat belly and drastic weight loss.

    So, I started this workout because I'm starting feel uncomfortable with my own body. Been doing this for 3 days. I will update this comment whenever I finished the workout.
    ✅ Day 1 : ho boi, fresh start, I somehow did it but my body starting feeling sore until tomorrow.
    ✅ Day 2 : did it again but I cannot do well at some movement because I just too confused, but yeah after workout my body still in pain, I cannot walk without feeling sore in my entire body 😅
    ✅ Day 3 : I just finished it, I can finish majority of movement except one because still... It's confusing to me and kinda hurts too.
    I also doing other workout at evening before taking shower, I also haven't measure myself because I don't have stuff to do it but I remember my weight is 57kg which is kinda bad for me hdjsjsjs.
    My goal is below 53kg, hopefully 40kg. But you know what? I just want to get a flat belly, I don't mind how much weight that I will get later.

    Day 1 ✅ started this exercise routine. Finish all the workout but cut short of repetition for the reverse crunch . Actually ive tried this exercise before and hell yeahh i was out of breath the first time doin it! But re-starting it today was alot easier since ive lost 2kg from iF for a week now.
    Day 2 : ✅ still cant finish the reverse crunch! A lil bit tired today to do all the workout, but im glad i did it till the last one 💪🏻
    DAY3: ✅ instead of doin this week1 workout, i did the 5min week 2 workout bcuz i just did a weight training before and my arms and legs is just sooo sore.

    Gonna update everyday so I don't forget and I can get my summer body 😎
    *I use other warm ups/workouts as well:
    -> A 5 minute full body warm up
    -> A 15 minute full body workout
    -> A 5 minute full body stretch after workout
    I also don't eat breakfast but I eat at midday (lunch), then I will only eat something light at night like popcorn or some cereal. I drink a lot of water too.
    Started workout: Monday 19th June
    Starting weight: 65.4kg
    Goal weight: 55kg

    I had to take some breaks because my body simply wouldn't comply but I managed to get through it all 🗿

    It was very hard once again, but I didn't take as many breaks. Thought about giving up multiple times, but i need that summer body to fix my problems 💪
    Day 3: ✔️
    I almost didnt do the workout today because my body was just so painful. I ended up only doing this workout and not including my other ones. All in all, today was better and I took less breaks and was able to do exercises for longer. Ready for tomorrow now 💪

    I haven't been well so I haven't been able to workout. I'll be back tomorrow though to start from day 4 🙏

    Doing this for a few weeks before I go on vacation!
    Day 1✅: very good! So much progress!
    Day 2✅: so much pain especially in my stomach!
    Day 3✅: I’m in even more pain 😭✋ but I’m actually starting to see results, my bloating has gone down!
    Day 4✅: less pain! And I’m seeing a different from day 1!
    Day 5✅: sweating more! And the workout is starting to be a little easier from day 1. (Favorite music helps push through!)
    Day 6✅: I’ve also been hitting the gym and now I can really tell a difference in my stomach!!
    Day 7✅: OFFICIALLY A WEEK! I feel so good and proud of myself, yet I do experience a little pain still but you have to breathe and try to focus on something else!!

    Doing this workout 3 times a day for 4 days and also going cycling everyday

    Day 1✅was kinda tiring but not very hard I was sweating at the end but wasn’t too intense i measured myself at the end I lost half an inch and lost 1 kg which is insanee
    Day 2✅was sore all over and it was easier than day 1 I felt stronger and was able to do all 3 times consecutively without waiting more than 5 mins or so before replaying the video I was sweating way more than yesterday but was so worth it and I feel way stronger
    Day 3✅I definitely have become stronger I was able to do it 3 times consecutively without getting tired overall except my legs started feeling a bit weaker after the last few exercises especially in the third round I didn’t bother checking my waist cause I was still kinda bloated from dinner I’ll check tmrw in the morning
    Day 4✅sorry I'm late I finished it yesterday but it was so late that I went to sleep and just came back from scl now so basically my stamina has def improved esp with simple exercises like these overall tho my waist reduced by like 2.5 inches in 4 days and my weight by 1kg these exercises will actually work if u do them consistently for around 2 to 3 weeks and I can already see the difference in 4 days tho I did it 3 times a day
    I def recommend this to anyone who wants to get a flat stomach ig doesn't do much for w8 unless u diet which I didn't do but does being a vegetarian count tho anyways I only did it for 4 days cause that's how long before scl was supposed to start. I did see results like less bloating ig. Overall it's basically a good way to build stamina and a yea build a slightly more toned physique. And this can be like incorporated as like a simple workout in a daily routine cause it's honestly a good way to atleast be fit and stay in shape

    Хоть тренировка и короткая, но выматывает знатно. Начало просто огонь.
    Я уже выполняла эту тренировку пару дней назад, .. стоит ли это считать за день.. Думаю не стоит
    1 день - + 1 подход 🌸

    Ууух, это было огонь. Моя футбулка аж промокла
    3 день - пропуск
    4 день - + 1 подход 🌸
    5 день - + 1 подход 🌸
    Первое упражнение стало делать легче, теперь не так трясусь, а второе все еще трудно дается.
    Низ живота визуальнее подтянулся
    6 день - пропуск
    7 день - пропуск
    Это хорошие тренировки, но не думаю что буду продолжать. Причина - желания нет, сейчас я делаю упор на ноги.
    Но моя талия стала меньше - 57 см.
    Может потом еще сюда вернусь

    i've been doing this workout 3times a week for a month now with a balanced diet. my nutritionist said I lost 300g of bellyfat (3cm circa around my waist) and my arms are a lot more toned. I'm in love with this workout!! ❤

    Só quero voltar a um peso ok e sair do sedentarismo ja que trabalho de casa e não faço caminhada
    Também vou fazer faculdade em Agosto e quero estar com uma disposição e resistência melhor
    Dia 1✅️ - tive que fazer algumas pausas pra respirar e alguns exercícios fiz com 5s a menos mas fiz o workout até o fim e passou rápido. Vou fazer uma janta low carb tbm. (1 mistura e muita salada, sem arroz e feijão)
    Dia 2 ✅️ hoje eu senti dor muscular, resultado de se exercitar ontem e tive dor de cabeça ontem. Hoje foi um pouco mais fácil e mais rápido, fiz poucas paradas. O sentimento de estar mexendo o corpo é incrível. Estou sem dor de cabeça hoje e vou fazer um alongamento agora pra evitar a dor muscular amanhã.
    Dia 3 ✅️ - ontem eu tive uma leve dor de cabeça dps do meu registro (mas nada se compara ao primeiro dia) e com o alongamento que fiz não senti praticamente nada de dor muscular hoje. De longe o melhor dia, mesmo o 3 exercicio sendo difícil pra mim e fazendo algumas paradas pra respirar!! Mal posso esperar pra fazer amanhã de novo. Estou fazendo low carb há 2 dias.

    Já senti um leve desinchaço na cintura (sensação que está mais reta).
    Dia 4 ✅️ Um pouquinho mais fácil que ontem. Ainda fiz pausas mas to bem mais resistente na prancha. Achei que não ia conseguir fazer exercício hoje. Eu já sinto uma diferença no corpo e faz 3 dias que estou de dieta.
    Dia 5 🔜 guys nesses últimos 2 dias eu fiz caminhada longa e não aguentei fazer o desafio por dor muscular, mas serviu pra substituir o exercício. Estarei voltando hoje com ele de novo. Eu me pesei e estou com 65kg, muito feliz e quero continuar com os exercícios pra definir o abs.
    Dia 5 ✅️ ainda difícil de terminar todos e muita queimaçao mas é incrível como 10 minutos passa rápido 😅

    So since everyone writes a comment, I think this will motivate me to continue this workout 🙈 since corona and me working in remote, I'm mainly sitting at home, I don't move at all. (and taking the pill added weight, but i don't take them anymore, since I broke up with my ex 2months ago).
    I've gained 10kg since these 3 years 😢 I used to be thin. I wanna go back to my original weight.

    Doing this exercise right now because we will be going to Siargao!
    Jan 7; Day 1: It was tiring. I wanted to stop in the middle but pushed through because maaaan, it’s just 10mins of my life.
    Jan 8; Day2: Sore stomach but I want that 11 in my core. 10mins and it’s over!
    Jan 9; Day3: So tired to do the exercise but did it anyways. My stomach hurts when I laugh, I guess it is because it is working. Hehe
    Jan 10; Day4: Not much sweat. Finally getting used to it ey?
    Jan 11; Day5: A bit hard for the last part but it went by pretty fast! Didn’t notice the time.
    Jan 12; Day6: wasn’t able to do the exercise because I needed to get the flu vaccine.
    Jan 13; Day7: Hehe should’ve not missed yesterday’s exercise. It feels like the longest 10mins.
    Jan 14; Day8: Turns out I got so lazyyy. Didn’t do it.
    Jan 15; Day9: Woke up early to do the exercise.
    Jan16-Jan21; Day 10-16: Not sure what happened here. I forgot about this week. Hahahaha
    Jan22; Day 17: Should’ve not took that long break. I mean it’s just 10mins. Feels like I’m back to Day1 level of tired.
    Jan23; Day 18: I’m back b*tches. Whenever I’m tired, I’ll just picture out myself running in the beach naked and feeling good. Won’t run naked tho. Hehe
    Jan24; Day10: Done. Hahaha no more msg chuchu
    Jan25; Day11: Body feels so light. I’m thinking of trying microblading while exercising. Maybe that’s why.
    Jan26 to Feb1: Rest because I don’t want my newly microbladed brows.
    Feb2; Day12: Exercise felt so good!
    Feb3; Day13: So happy to be alive! Lez go!
    Feb4-8; Day 14-18: Nothing much changed but my body feels good after the exercise so hephep hurray!
    Feb9; Day 19: Well that was easy. But it’s just 2 more days before Siargao. I guess I’ll be eating less from now. Hahahaha
    Feb10; Day 20: Look at that! Just 8 days remaining! Dooone. See you tomorrow Siargao. Lablab.

    day 1 ✅ it was hard, i took a lot of breaks
    day 2 ✅ it was more difficult because I had not exercised for a long time and I was very sore
    day 3 ✅ I almost didn't feel my legs but I managed to complete
    day 4 ✅ it was getting easy and I've been sleeping much better, I don't know if it was just a psychological change, but I've been having more comfortable nights
    day 5 ✅ I still need to take breaks, but it's not as hard as it used to be.
    day 6 ✅ I had a horrible mental crisis and I almost didn't complete it but even though I was sad I was determined
    day 7 ✅ I'm getting used to it and I'm having fun now. I put on a bunch of different outfits like I'm a hybe artist or something lmao (day 7 was in 20/07/2023)

    I will be doing this workout for the next 28 days and update yall!
    16 Feb: I could feel the burn, didn’t complete the whole exercise because I did running right before this and was so tired.
    17 Feb: I didn’t do it (sorry guys)
    18 Feb: woke up this morning and did this exercise, it felt a lot easier.
    19 Feb: along easier today but could feel the soreness in my muscles.
    20 Feb: I was super busy today and unfortunately couldn’t do it, but will add up my missed days at the end
    21 Feb: I’m not sure if it’s slight results showing or me being less bloated but I do notice my stomach getting flatter

    doing two rounds of this every evening. I'm not on a strict diet, but I'm cutting off soda, junk food and large amounts of sugar.
    start weight : 58,7 kg
    goal weight : 51-53 kg
    ✅️ Day 1 : finished, burns like hell
    ✅️ Day 2 : finished, two reps are tough but it's a bit easier now
    ✅️ Day 3 : finished, both reps were really tough this time because my body was still sore, but I pushed through

    Was more easier than 1 day but my muscle were still hurting

    Very easy and felt more confident . My weight was 44.8

    I could feel much lighter and my muscle didn't hurt . My weight was 44.2

    trong 20 ngày em giảm được 5cm bụng. em thuộc tạng người skinny fat (bị mập ở bụng). Em tập bài này kèm theo bài tập thắt eo của Yuuka Sagawa, ăn theo chế độ IF 16/8. 1 ngày em chỉ tập 1 lần thôi ạ, uống từ 2-2,5lít nước.     Literally using this to hold myself accountable 😭:
    Day 1: ✅ hurt so bad and took lots of breaks but I got all the way through
    Day 2: ✅ was aching from yesterday, but managed to get through it with a few breaks - definitely a lot better than yesterday!
    Day 3: ✅ this genuinely shows me how unfit I actually am, I still took breaks but I’m doing better!
    Day 4: ✅ not really aching today, but I only took 3-4 breaks which is really good for me!

    Hello, i'm doing this starting from today 15 May
    (Currently I am on a diet and trying to drink 1.5 liter of water daily, I will exercise on empty stomach, I usually walk 12,000-10,000 steps a day however I can't currently due to uni exams but I highly recommend walking daily✨)

    day1: ✅ (i'm struggling with knee tucks)
    day2 :✅ (knee tucks are easier now, i feel good i think i can do this everyday, breakfast time✨)
    day3: ✅ i felt like passing out but im glad i did it

    day5: ✅ everything feels so easy even though i haven't slept at all.(time to eat✨) don't forget to breath guys🤍

    Mình tập đc hơn tháng rồi, ko ăn kiêng gì cả chỉ ngày tập bài này 1 lần + squat 150 cái thôi mà bụng h lên y ảnh trước sau của bạn Nitang. Đó giờ thuộc bài rồi nhg ngày nào cũng bật clip tập cho có động lực 🎉
