    Bhaiya Mai Uttarakhand se hu.... Bhaiya mera weight 79 kg tha Mai bilkul running nahi kr pata tha Lekin mujhe army Mai bhrti hona hai 3 saal se mehnat kr rha hu aaj mera weight 60 hai or hight 175 Meri timing 5:20 hai abhi next month bhrti hai ....aapka workout follow krta hu main
