I was hoping they would talk about the last line of "King Push" when he said "Best D-Boy, all I'm missing is a dash / difference between me and Hova". That was so fucking epic!
Maaaaan C-Town hit the NAIL right on the head when he said Pusha wrote Ross' verse. It was so obvious almost to the point where back in the day you hear Dre's verses on Chronic 2001 and you could tell Em wrote all his verses. When Ross says "when you feeding on hate you empty my brother, it shows".....something Pusha could come up with but doesn't fit Ross' rhymes or his content in the past. Good call C-Town. Excellent album.
Whhaaat you just killed me Bro ! I thought Ross was on some 'Devil in a new dress' shit. You know, sometimes he just has flashes of greatness and we're all like " ok, now I see why other rappers have so much respect for him"
Best track: Nosetalgia not only because of K. Dot but the concept and production was hot. Pusha T is one of those rappers I don't skip whenever I see him on a track with my fave rappers. He's live as hell and too underrated. He's definitely one of my top MCs
This shit is album of the year to me. King Push, Numbers on the Board, Suicide, Hold On, Nosetalgia, Pain, S.N.I.T.C.H. all amazing tracks. Kelly Rowland shit was the only bad song. I fuck with this shit
Myke being affraid of the ghost toy in the background was hilarious. Actually heard the album before this review but I can't agree with you guys more, MNIMN great album
Besides those three songs in the middle of the album, it's pretty much great. I can't think of a better project that released this year. Nosetalgia is probably one of the best songs I heard this year. Review was good, good shit yall.
@@matthalsey7808yeah some of the songs really didn’t age well at all. 40 acres deserves more love but those middle 3 tracks especially Let Me Love You are just not good
crazy good album. my introduction to pusha t too, i'll have to go back to that clipse album. I thought No Regrets was amazing, especially the beat on that track. in fact the production throughout was so perfect for his rapping. gona be repeating this for a while
Kendrick was better than pusha on nosetalgia but only by a little. The song felt like a rap battle to me. Kinda like pusha would be playing Kendrick's dad and Kendrick being himself.
the only 3 song i wasn't really fuckin with but as a whole this album was tight as a drum and solid as a rock the production was masterful. and pusha himself was a monster on this album
Myke always speaks truth. Also Feefo brings up great points, even though he gets ragged on a lot. Kinge, I really don't know how you think this album was going mainstream. Nothing on radio has verses and sounds like this album brought. It's probably one of hip hop's best albums for the year!
There's a rapper from Maine called Essence who just released her new album "An Unseasonable Spring" via bandcamp. By chance could you review this sometime, whether as DEHH or solo?
This was a solid project . I wish push T"s brother was more involved on this project . The positive thing I can say about pusha T is that he has never in his career compromised his art for more fans and I respect him for that. And I am not a huge push T fan.
Coincidently there's someone from London on the panel today - my city, and I was going to suggest you DEHH reviews UK artist Giggs' 3rd album 'When will it stop?'. He is widely considered the UK's most credible Trap Star, Gangster Rapper for lack of much better expressions. I'd say it's his best produced album to date, has guest appearances by Styles P, Anthony Hamilton, and production by The Justice League and Mark Ronson. Would be interesting to hear your guys' critical take on it.
keep doing your thing Georgina ignore accent issues, as long you have constructive opinions that is all that matters regardless whether I agree with you or not I'm from north london btw lol.
It took me awhile until I finally got around to this because I wasn't moved by his Fear of God EP and the snippets I heard from his mixtapes. I agree with Feefo about King push setting the tone for the album. This album was solid minus the song pain and the track Let me love you with kelly rowland where he sounded like Mase. It felt like I was listening to modern day clipse (minus malice unfortunately)
I feel like if he had more songs that sounded like numbers on the boards and nosetalgia it would be better. He should do a whole project with roc marciano and alchemist, that would be dope as fuck!
Finished watchin this review.. u guys were on point.. I agree eit everyones opinion. The production COULD'VE been betta but pusha is a lyricist.. u gotta listen to him.. not the beats BUT! #s on the boards is crazzzzzzzzyyyyyyyyy!!!!! Beezy!
kendrick's verse was one of the best guest features i've ever heard too, no joke, i mean think about it he came onto a track with pusha ton and managed to rap about dope but did it in an authentic way that was actually real to him and still extremely dope (excuse the pun). that shit is so clever
Hey guys. I'm a huge fan and I was wondering if you could make a video on Rap God? Or at least a review. I really want to know what you guys think about it.
"Ya'll talkin bout this man hair but didnt even mention that sexy as british shawty who was a featured guest." Maaaaaaaaaaan, true fucking words, my man. I really thought the comment section would be full of cats going on about how cute she is. Not about how uncute I am with my hair. Weirdos, man.
Kayne told pusha-t just do him on the album & don't worry about radio play (pusha says tht) kayne an pusha wanted a raw gritty album and it was mad dope!!!
Numbers On The Boards, Suicide, Pain are my three fav tracks on this album. Solid album. I usually don't like Pusha T albums either and this one is more listenable to me than his other albums.
I think it's Pusha's flow. Like he takes it and its kind of slow and all his words seem really important but I was listening today and his voice kind of doesnt captivate me. However when he is a feature it's always this change and he comes in and just makes magic happen. It might be the way he goes against the grain of the beat. If its too long against the beat I zone into the beat rather than lyrics. It might just need some getting used to though.
You guys have been putting in great work for awhile now and its good. We preciate it. But this was an alright album. I expected a little bit more but it was alright. I'll spin it for awhile. And I must ask why the hell are people so concerned with how people look on the show? Most of it is coming from guys too. I could understand if it was an all female cast. Well fellas what do you have to say for yourself?
i actually liked Let me Love You. It's like a campy homage to old 90s mainstream hip hop. He probably had a blast fucking around and doing his Mase impression. It didn't really fit on this project, but as a song, I got a kick out of it.
Bro i agree with Beezy why yall not talking about numbers on the board
I was hoping they would talk about the last line of "King Push" when he said "Best D-Boy, all I'm missing is a dash / difference between me and Hova". That was so fucking epic!
Nosetalgia is one of my fave songs at the moment
The way pusha ends his verse and Kendrick starts his verse they both ended and started with a boyz in the hood reference
@@t-god2439y’all peep the hidden gem rap genuis dissect of kdot yet?
@@LarrySwishamane oh yeah that was crazy didn’t even pick up on that the first 100x I heard the song

When Mike talked, Feefo sounded like a black woman in the peak of the pastors sermon
King Push is one of the greatest intros in rap history IMO. I had a hard time not repeating that record
i never thought i would see the day i would see someone from london england on a deadend hip hop vid good look dehh good look
"We growin' poppy seeds on our 40 acres" - King Push
Best track: Nosetalgia not only because of K. Dot but the concept and production was hot. Pusha T is one of those rappers I don't skip whenever I see him on a track with my fave rappers. He's live as hell and too underrated. He's definitely one of my top MCs
I literally subcribe to listen to feefo and mike. They actually give reasons as to why things are hit and miss. Keep up the good work you two!
The hell @16:32.
Real ghost spotted
In an interview with the breakfast club, Pusha-T explicitly stated that Kanye wanted "no radio music" on the album.
"Suicide" still bumps in 2017
DEHH is no longer just a show its a Movement!!
This shit is album of the year to me. King Push, Numbers on the Board, Suicide, Hold On, Nosetalgia, Pain, S.N.I.T.C.H. all amazing tracks. Kelly Rowland shit was the only bad song. I fuck with this shit
Omg I agree 100%
Loved the album.
this was the first full pusha t project i listened to, and i enjoyed this album
alot.
EVERYTHING IS PUSHA T! Great review y'all!
Myke being affraid of the ghost toy in the background was hilarious. Actually heard the album before this review but I can't agree with you guys more, MNIMN great album
Great review. Footage looks better and clearer than normal
LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE this review. SO SICK!

This show gets better every video. Good job guys! (y)
This album still bumps today.
Bored me tonight so many autotuned pop sounding songs, sad he sold out to Kanye
@@matthalsey7808yeah some of the songs really didn’t age well at all. 40 acres deserves more love but those middle 3 tracks especially Let Me Love You are just not good

You can already tell Myke about to rant just from the intro hahaha
I think I speak for everyone when I say we appreciate the comment about the work ethic. Cool of you to say.
Great review fellas, the girl looks a lot like the mc Eternia. She is beautiful. Like the Clipse music. Pusha killed it on this album.
Kendrick was better than pusha on nosetalgia but only by a little. The song felt like a rap battle to me. Kinda like pusha would be playing Kendrick's dad and Kendrick being himself.
One of my favorite rap albums ever. Especially for modern rap albums. Dope.
man, that ghost... I thought I was tripping out.
Cool discussion as always. Love you guys.
Props to DEHP for giving for showing the UK some love once again
why is everyone leaving out 40 acres?
I liked the kanye moaning (kanye shrug)
HfromHK yes?
kanye shrug lmao
Pause
I loved that shit lol. On some 808s shit.
great album for the fall/winter season
The more I watch these videos by DEHH the more bias I think Needle Drop is when it comes to reviewing hip hop.
40 Acres is my favorite track off the album, because to me it described Pusha's story with one track. Dope fuckin album.
the only 3 song i wasn't really fuckin with but as a whole this album was tight as a drum and solid as a rock the production was masterful. and pusha himself was a monster on this album
i was waiting for this review i agree in many ways
if u think this is dope wait til u hear darkest before dawn that shit is crazy
It's fuckin amazing just wayy 2 short 😩
+Matthew B well its a prelude to his new albums to realize in 2016

You guys should also do a review on the BET Hip Hop Cyphers like you guys did in 2011. Just a suggest
I wonder if the album is gonna go gold or not time will tell.
That ghost is so funny! Definitely gonna check this album out now.
There's a rapper from Maine called Essence who just released her new album "An Unseasonable Spring" via bandcamp. By chance could you review this sometime, whether as DEHH or solo?
yall gotta get some screen capture software or something its always so hard to hear guests on your tv
Thanks homie, goddamn ya'll videos keep making me study less aha

yeah nosetalgia is defin a fav of mine man, both verses are one of the best of this year. kendrick went hard on that track, really felt that shit..
I will check out the album, btw lol @ the ghost in the background (between myke and feefo) lmao
this is THAT album for the Fall/ Winter season.
Wraith of Kane an fear of god part 1 an 2 was crazyyyy!! Salute to King push .. Best shit out besides for that soultape 1-3 during this time
Its a ghost moving in the background in Feefo's final thoughts.
I feel like if he had more songs that sounded like numbers on the boards and nosetalgia it would be better. He should do a whole project with roc marciano and alchemist, that would be dope as fuck!
The only down spot on this album was big Shawn .. He should've been slapped for that verse
Ikr lmao
Nanananana!
Lmao well damn
Everyone been beggin to review CJ Fly new mixtape, i agree...review that shit pleaaaseeeeeeee
I agree with feefo and c town great album
You guys should really review Flying Colours by Shad!! Its really good!
This album is back to back fire.
I'm hoping for a Kill The Architect review next. If not next, I just hope it happens.
Kinda curious to hear what you guys think of the ILLFIGHTYOU mixtape. I was pleasantly surprised myself. :)
Thanks, bro.
Yall boys should check out that Oddisee - Tangible Dream mixtape. Super dope!
Myke gets so hype when talking about hip-hop.

and why there no Myke C-Town bio on DEHH staff page?
I couldn't hear a word Myke C-Town was saying. the pendant on his chain was too interesting
