PANCAKE ON KEFIR - a quick recipe!

Delicious kefir pancake recipe!
This amount of ingredients will make 20 pancakes! (halve the quantity if you need less) 😉
Kefir - 400 ml
Eggs - 2 pcs
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Flour - 320 g
Sugar - 65 g
Soda - 0.5 tsp
Baking powder - 5 g
Salt - a pinch
1. Combine dry ingredients: sifted flour, salt, sugar, soda and baking powder
2. With a whisk or a mixer, eat eggs at room temperature until smooth. Add kefir at room temperature and butter - mix.
3. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients while whisking constantly. Knead the dough until smooth.
4. Bake pancakes in a preheated skillet over medium heat.
