i liked how you mixed the butter with the rubber spatula and then added suger with rubber spatula before using the mixer. I will try that next time as it seems like just using the mixer takes forever.

If I were to cut the butter as you did, how do you think they would taste if I added an extract I picked up recently labeled “butter cinnamon” flavor? I haven’t used it yet because I can’t decide what recipe to use it in; but, it seems that, since the extract has not only cinnamon flavor but also butter, it might work. What do you think? So I kept the hole black butter and reduced the regular butter to 90g, I think it will probably work with 80g too - I always do that when I can, I reduce the butter little by little and see the effect, you can cut off lots of calories!- I think some cinnamon would be nice! But use only one small spoon! Maybe just a pinch of ginger too! And you can adjust to your taste within time too =) maybe if you want a little bit more cinnamon add 2 spoons, but I don't recommend more than that, it can be too strong.

맨날 영상으로 보면서 맛있겠다 생각만 하다가 오늘 큰맘먹구 만들었습니다. 근데 콩님처럼 버터거품이 저는 포실포실 풍성하게 안 올라오더라구요ㅠㅠ 약간 무거운 느낌의 크림상태(?) 제 휘핑기가 약한건지는 모르겠지만 역시 마음처럼 되지 않더라구요ㅠㅠ 콩님처럼 밀도있게 구워지진 않았지만 바삭하니 식구들도 맛있다고 칭찬해 주었습니다. 하나하나 배워가는 뿌듯함에 다음에 또 도전해 보겠습니다! 감사해요~😌

노른자는 실온을 사용하시는게 좋습니다. 반죽은 냉장을 하면 끈적하지가 않아 모양잡기가 편합니다. 모양에 크게 의미를 두지않는다면 바로 구우셔도 무관합니다.

뭐가 잘 못 된 건지 다 굽고 달라 붙어서 떨어지지가 않았어요. 버터쿠키고 영상에서도 버터칠 안 했길래 잘 나올 줄 알았는데 겉을 부스러 뜨리면서 꺼냈습니다. 맛은 있었어요 ㅜㅠ 굽는 내도록 맛있는 냄새가 퍼져서 맛 있을 줄 알았습니다. 눌러서 표면 정리 하는 것도 단단해서 잘 안 되더라구요. 다음엔 더 잘 해 봐야 겠어요. 틀에 아주 튀겨 지도록 버터 칠 할테다...
쿠키를 빼내실때, 상온에서 식혀주신뒤(온도가 내려가면 수축이 되기때문에 좀더 쉽게빠집니다) 손으로 쿠키를 회전시키면서 빼시면 좀 더 수월하실거예요. 화이팅!
