First day I had done 7 km in 35 minutes. today was my 2nd day and i ran 1600 mtr in medium pace then i did 200 mtrs 8 times in your given time ...I just run once a day can not do 2 shifts becoz of busy schedule. I am really slow in progress and weak in running,hoping that your guidance will let me reach my gaol .....5:30 minutes is my target ...i wanna finish it with ease when the time come to show.i will follow ur guidelines no matter what will happen and i will come again to tell my result.
