    First day I had done 7 km in 35 minutes. today was my 2nd day and i ran 1600 mtr in medium pace then i did 200 mtrs 8 times in your given time ...I just run once a day can not do 2 shifts becoz of busy schedule. I am really slow in progress and weak in running,hoping that your guidance will let me reach my gaol .....5:30 minutes is my target ...i wanna finish it with ease when the time come to show.i will follow ur guidelines no matter what will happen and i will come again to tell my result.

      Starting mai long jaye 1 mahina 8,10km bhale hi ruk ruke ke jaye yeh base banayega uske baad next month se hafte Mai ek din long 8km,ek din 400 ka set,fir slow fast aur 200 ka set,fir 3km ka time lagaye 13.30 tk l,fir 1200,1000,800,400 ka set maariye fir Saturday ko 1600 ka time note kariye Sunday ko rest minimum 3 mahina chhaiye beginners ko 6 min ke liye usse pehle duniya ki koi takat aapko nhi laa sakti 1600 6 min mai.
