सर साहेब मेरा वजन 99 kg है और मुजे 5 km 25 मीनटमे पूरा करना है। मेने रनिंग शरू किया,पहले तो दौड़ ही नही पाता था लेकिन 15 दिनके बाद आज 5 km पूरा कर लेता हूं। अब एक दिक्कत आ पड़ी है। मेरे घुटनों में बहोत दर्द होना शरू हो गया है। में अब 5 km पूरा भी नही कर पाता। आपने बताया ऐसा खाने से दर्द कम हो सकता है ??? आप कृपया करके मुजे मार्गदर्शित करे,सर जी 🙏🙏🙏
Sir main varanasi se bol raha hu Sir mera sac cpo ka physical hai lagbhag 1.5 month baad aur majn pichle 20 din se practice kar taha hu lekin meri running bilkul nahi ban rahi hai aur maine ek din time laga ke check kiya to mera time 9 minute aaya
Sir 5 km ka aap bahut sara workout bata diye hai last 20 to 25 days left ha ssc gd 5 km running me mera abhi timing 27 min approx aa raha ha kon sa workout follow kare sir please bata dijiye.
