Hello everyone! I hope all of you are doing just fine 😃. I would like to give you all an update about my NVC processing timeline. We received an email from NVC last night stating that my father’s petition has been approved an currently in documentarily qualified status. Finally we are done with the NVC stage and our case/petition is now being transferred to US Embassy, Manila for further processing and interview scheduling. To those who are still waiting, I hope your case will soon move forward too! Godless us all😍 Please leave a comment if you have any questions 🙏🖤.

Question for California I-130: 1. How many months would we receive our Mother's greencard after her arrival? 2. After receiving her Green Card can she right away petition my 19 years old brother?? 3. What if my brother turn 21 before the petition get approved, would they consider it? as we petition him when he was 19???? HELPPPP!!!! Thank youuu!!
Hi Ms Maricel, did you send your original affidavit of support form and federal income tax return to your parents? Do they need to show the those original docs upon interview? Or pede scan copy lang po?
Hello Ana! I have not sent it to my father yet but I will be mailing it to him soon. I believe the Us Embassy requires all original copy of the document. In my case, I’ll have them bring my affidavit of support’s original copy. I think the tax forms, they can just print it there as it didn’t need any type of signature. Hope this helps. Best of luck to us🙏🏼

If i petition my parents to come here in the US while they are in their home country, will they still be able to come visit using their tourist visas while the petition is ongoing?
Hello! I apologize for the late response. I am not an immigration atty. just for disclosure. Your parents may still try to apply for US tourist visa while their case is still pending. But the consul might think that your parents will not come back in the Philippines as they already show intent to immigrate with the pending I-130 petition. Meaning they might think they will just stay their and wait for the case to be approved. That’s just my theory though. 🙏🏼

Hello J! Sorry just seen your comment. I just want to disclose that I’m not an immigrant ion lawyer. 😂. But, if you are only petitioning your mother, it shouldn’t be a problem. You need to put her marital status as married (still) unless you can provide a annulment or divorce decree to supplement the “separated” status. By law, technically if they haven’t been divorced, they’re still married. I-130 petition focuses only on the relationship between the petitioner (you) and the applicant/beneficiary (your mother). Did you only submit 1-130? or you've submitted 1-130, affidavit of support , etc.
Thanks
Hello. You will have to submit your I-130 petition first then the USCIS will review and gives decision after few months (my case 6 months).
Once your I-130 petition is approved, your case will be transferred to NVC and that’s when you submit your affidavit of support.
I hop this helps. Best of luck 🙏🏼
@@MaricelSuniega thank you so much for responding. how's your case?
@@MaricelSuniega thank you so much po. Pero need po ba mag fill up ng forms online ang parents from NVC po? hindi kasi computer literate ang mother ko.
@@randomlylove3983 hello. No need to fill up any forms in your parents side. Just fly out for the affidavit of support. Their part is to send their supporting documents 😃
@@MaricelSuniega oh...so I will fill out for them? also, where did you request PSA birth here in the US? any helpful links, po?
Thank you
Hello I’m so excited to petition my dad as well I don’t know if anyone here know about my situation so I have a minor brother pwede ba sya maisama ni father ko? Thankyou and Goodluck saating lahat 😍
Hello Familia. Thank you for commenting. In some cases, yes and no. If your minor brother don’t have anyone will to rely on over there then you can probably. Like Wala ka ng ibang kapatid or other parents na mag aalaga sa kanya. You will have to prove it to USCIS Lang po.☺️
I have a video coming up. I called the US Embassy, Manila last night. And I recorded our conversation ☺️
Please stay tuned🙏🏼
Have a good day ☀️🌿

My uncle can petition me in US?
Hi Ms. Maricel, can I know what's the state that handled your father's petition? My case number starts with IOE, which I believe is currently being handled by Missouri Service Center. I just want to know so I would prepare myself as to how long should I wait to get my parent's petition approved.
Hello Jennylyn! When I submitted my I-130 Petition last year, it got sent to Nebraska. Then I checked after 2 months, it got moved to California. I will link the website for processing timeline below:

Best of luck to you and your family 🙏🏼🙏🏼
How long does it tale to wife and one year old daughter
Hello Faiza. It depends on si many factors.
1. Are you a green card holder or US Citizen?
2. Where are you from?
3. In which country does your wife resides?
Here’s the link for the visa bulletin where you can check their processing time per visa category:

Hello Mora! I apologize for the very late response. That is strange. I suggest you call the USCIS regarding this. Have you received a receipt notice via mail?
Yes I received All the receipt for all the 3 my wife and my stepchildren I send a message thru the website 2 weeks ago but no response yet but I want to thank you so much for responding back I appreciate it for the help
@@fabiomorales2029 Hello. That’s good news. Please try to call the USCIS to check about your case status.

Thank you for commenting on my videos too🙏🏼 it will greatly help reach more viewers 🙏🏼🤞🏼
Maybe they forgot to change your status from "Received" to "Actively Reviewed" after they received your documents 🤔
Because usually they receive, then immediately change the status from Received to Actively Reviewed and then it takes a long time before "Approved".
Mine is not approved yet. It’s since one year I applied. I’ll still showing actively reviewing. So frustrating 😢😢 don’t know how long will take to get there.
@@USALifeDiaries I have exactly the same situation. One year since they received my case and still "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS".
What is your exact date when they received your case and what office?
@@vvniverse I filed the case on 22 January 2022. My husband is USA citizen there in Seattle and my baby girl is 2 years old. She too got her citizenship. Mine is still pending! When did u apply?
@@USALifeDiaries You need to count from the moment they received your case (receipt date). They received my case on January 7th.
For example, in the Texas office, 80% of cases are completed in 11.5 months. 100% about 15 months.
It's so frustrating it takes so long and then the second step is NVS 😩
@@vvniverse so generally will take more time in NVC and consulate ?
Is there any way makuha ko ang info mo? I really need help petitioning my mother🤧
Also question, my mom is married with my father who is divorced “not together “ in the Philippines, but there is no such thing as diverse in the Philippines. Now my father is currently married to another woman here in America. Will that affect my petitioning ?
Your father will be out of picture ☺️
Hi how long petition for unmarried daughter over 21 from Philippines my mother petition me she is US citizen..
Hello Mayette. I’ve asked a lawyer in regards to this since I have 4 brothers that we want to petition. As of now, US citizen parents petition to unmarried child over 21 takes 5-7 years process. Please refer to visa bulletin. Here’s the

Hello. Thank you for stopping by in my channel ☺️
Which office processed your I-130?
(California, Texas, Nebraska, Potomac or Vermont)
Hello V. When I submitted the Petition, they said it’s being processed at Nebraska. After 3 months I called the Nebraska field just to ask something and they said my application has been forwarded to California Service Center.
@@MaricelSuniega Wow.. good to know they can forward it to another office.
I received my first letter from Texas USCIS (that they received my application) and my second letter was from California (how to create an account), I am from California.
