Thank you Kseniya for your videos very informative. Big request, could you share information for adjustments of stays for asylum approved people. As all the videos with I-130 forms makes it a bit confusing. Would be great to know all the list of documents that required and not for those who got the white card but yet need to file for adjustment of status. Big thanks ❤

    Great video. Very Informative.
    but have few questions:
    1. If parents are outside of USA, and I-130 already filed. In a meantime if they come to USA, can the process to convert to adjustment of status and can the interview to be avoided as they are in USA now?
    2. can they travel outside USA if their file is in process (assume filed for adjustment pf status) while they in USA as they are currently on visitor visa?
    3. typical duration of process time for both scenarios, inside and outside USA?
    Thanks.

May God bless you for helping us with this process. I’m trying to file I-485 for my parents concurrently with I-130. I’m having difficulty to fill I-485 specifically for parents on B1 visa. Especially with question saying ‘ subject to public charge’
Who is suppose to answer this question? Me or my parents ? They are on b1 visa never worked here and has no assets and liability over her. I’m really overwhelmed with this question

Thank you for sharing all this information ! I would like to ask you 2 questions:
if a US Citizen living out of the US, files
an I -130 for a parent but his/her parent lives in US and its working legaly (with some " gaps" between work permits). and have 40 crediits for the social security Administration.(10 years payimg taxes)
His/her parent may apply for the I - 485. Sending an I-864w with the application ?
Or the petitioner has to file also de I-864 at the same time during the AOS process?
Question 2 : during the parent process of adjustment of status does the petitioner needs to have the address in US or be present in USA?
This is in case you know about a case like this in the past. Not many people know about the I-864 W , since most of the applicant do not have 40 credits of SSA when they are doing the process or AOS.
    Thank you very much !

    Hi mam
I have little bit tricky question
Say if parents are on visitor visa ( 6 months )
Can we file i130,i485 all together ??
And while we file for them
    What’s their status ?
Adjustment of status pending applicant or still visitor visa ??
And if they don’t get green card in 6 months then they can still stay in usa while waiting for their green card ???
Or they have to leave after 6 months ??
Because on visitor you can only stay 6 months.

Thank you for the detailed information, it is extremely helpful. I still have a question about the I-693. My Mother in law is in the States already and she came here on Humanitarian Parole and now is on TPS status. Anyways my wife is now a citizen and she is filing an I-130 for her. I know for my wife we had a medical exam from a USCIS approved civil surgeon. My mother in law did not need that or get that. The exam was mostly them looking at Immunization records and making sure she was current. Here is my Question, What if she did not need to go for exam to come and what if she does not have immunization records? Is the I-693 actually necessary? I hope you see this.

Don’t need copy of parent birth certificate and passport in i130 form? Is it necessary on ds260?

      @Electobike 10 месяцев назад

Yes it's necessary, because most of the DS260 form is about the beneficiary. If you petition for your dad and marriage certificate also included .

Hi. Will I be able to petition my wife’s mother to the USA?. I am a US citizen. My wife’s mother is in the Philippines 🇵🇭

Hello I want to petition my mom in the Philippines, her name in my birth certificate spelled Marife but in her birth certificate and all her national ID’s spelled Mary-fe. Which one should I do: should I change my birth certificate in the philippines or she should change everything? Since I’m the petitioner. Should I just get a legal letter saying Marife and Maryfe is one person do you think US immigration will accept it. Please help thank you.

Hi kseniya, I've completed my IV application form DS-260 and submitted it. What would be approximately the gap between the submission of all the requested documents and the interview appointment date, please? I've listened to numerous videos but none seems to explain it to my understanding. Hope you can enlighten me better on this. Thank you
