Yes, thank you! This is the next thing I was going to search for today, and as usual, you always come through! Following all your advice, my husband got conditionally approved for marriage based green card in just 3 months! We applied in the first week of June and just got our approval letter today, no interview! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Looking forward to the next steps in the process❤️
@@JS-kc2xs I sent, marriage license, bank statements, internet bill, pictures with explanations and dates (while we were dating and after we married) pic of medical insurance card, and pretty much everything else they ask for in detail. Having a cover sheet or checklist really helped. I provided everything apparently and since we didn't miss anything, there was no need for more evidence.
I got to tell you you’re absolutely awesome. You have helped one of of my friends go through this process now we’re just waiting for the approval. You are so meticulous and so caring. I can’t thank you enough. God bless you.❤
Thank you so much for this video! It’s an incredibly approachable and sweet way to ease the anxiety when preparing the application and making sure one has all the things needed! My partner and I are in the process of applying and this truly helped to remind me and give me ideas of things to include!
Awesome video! My wife and I are going through this at the moment, which really helps sum up all the different types of evidence. A helpful hint I found whilst going through photos is that if you have your location enabled on photos you can look at the information which confirms the device, location, and time it was taken. So for instance I looked through my Google storage which shows my devices and then my wife went through her own storage showing her devices which can prove many links to each other and the timeline of your relationship!
This was a great way to lay out evidence. Straight to the point with easy to understand explanations and visuals. From your list I have mostly verifiable evidence!
For us just the birth certificate of our child, photos from the six years we were together, and a letter explaining why we had just gotten married (I was laid off recently) got me a green card without interview! Looking forward to reviewing Ksenia's 751 videos in a year and a half!
Thank you for always sharing so much valuable information Kseniya . I went ahead to buy you a 10cups of coffee but it’s nowhere near enough for the information and documentation process that you share, my husband and I watched your videos religiously when putting together our packet, we submitted in March and I received a case approval for my Green card today, just here to show my gratitude and to say keep being amazing
Hi Kseniya, can you make a video of the steps after submitting all the documents to NVC. The pre-interview process for the overseas US embassy, please.
Overall you put a lot of work into the video. However your first item in the "Best Evidence" section is a 401K which is 100% impossible. These are ONLY individual accounts. The only thing that you can show is your spouse is the beneficiary of said 401K account.
Hi! I have a question, this is an awesome video by the way-super helpful!! What if you live with your spouse's parents (like, your in-laws) & you are not paying any rent/have mortgage YET because saving for a house - in this case , does this make the case weaker or stronger that you moved in with his family? Also, what is a good explanation in this situation, maybe writing a letter by explaining in a few words why we did not included lease agreement/rent between the evidence? Thank you!
Have the same case I live with them but the difference is that my husband is the owner too, I was planning to print and explain the reasons why my name is not under the billings 😅 and show that the house was bought years ago by them
@@yecely2530 I think that should work. We had this in college when we got married the house was his & his parents as cosigners and I moved in with him, but didn’t have a mortgage agreement or nothing so after we graduated & moved together I just uploaded another proof/evidence of our first apartment leasing together but did not send anything about housing when I first filed max. mail I got at that address… I think with explanation it should be fine, we had no issues with that part but again, after that I also uploaded the joint lease agreement. Now in this situation probably we’ll need to explain again but showing both of you receive important mail at the same house address should help somewhat!
Hi @Kseniya thanks so much for making this. Quick question, how many of the pages of account statements and bills did you send in? Each of my statements have tons of pages (sometimes random disclosures and blank space).
What if I only put the legal marriage (12/20/24) certificate, the church certificate, affidavits, and pictures of the wedding, us together over our 1.5 years. Is that enough? We don’t have a lot of financial evidence and I would like recommendations on if we should apply without this evidence.
Some items require the spouse to have a SSN. But in order to have an SSN, she needs to be approved for I-765, which should be based on the approval of I-130. And then, the approval of I-130 is dependable on the evidence of bona fide marriage. How do I break this loop???
Kseniya I love your videos and it has helped me tremendously though i need help on clarifying before collecting my evidence, my husband and i has been married for like 14 months now and were only applying for the AOS. with that being said we also created a joint account, he put me with his life insurance and health just recently as well (like literally this month) do you think sending these docs are still considered red flags knowing that how we just created all those this month when were about to send my packet? i really hope this wouldnt be an issue since we do have a genuine relationship. YOUR HELP IS ALWAYS HIGHLY APPRECIATED.
For Form I-751, do I need to submit bank statements for every month over the two-year period, or is there a document from the bank that can summarize the account activity?
So is everything listed here supposed to be either copies or screenshots? Are they just ALL supposed to be printed and put into one giant folder which is mailed?
Hello! We were wondering if my spouse (a U.S. citizen) can include a photo of my passport where her name appears in the ‘Spouse’ section. How strong of a supporting document is this?
Ive watched your videos. I have a question that i cant find the answer. If i am applying online how do i sign the i130? I know ive been told not to use adobe or sign electronically n it must be signed with wet/black ink....but how can i do this if im filing online? Im very confused. Thank you in advance.
Hi Kseniya! Thank you so much for your videos and helpful content. I wanted to ask if you recommend translating documents yourself or with an agency? Thanks
