I honestly enjoyed the interview. It felt like I was talking to my friend about life and marriage. If your case is real, there is no reason to be worried.
I do not think you are right where you said, "If your case is real, there is no reason to be worried." Trump and those who think like him do not care if your case is real. Like this lawyer just said, they are seeking to reduce both illegal and legal immigration. And one way to railroad or deny a "real" or genuine case is to deny it on the grounds that the applicant foreign spouse will become a public charge. Under that guise it will not matter if your marriage was real.
My brother in law was interrogated like it was a crime investigation. Luckily, the marriage was on the news in his home country and all over the newspaper (my mom is a celebrity over there )and that was what finally kept them silent.
As long as your marriage is not fake, there is nothing to worry about. Even in getting a citizenship, it felt like i was just having a casual conversation with my friend (immigration officer). I wish you all a good luck.
Had an interview back in 2014. We had a 2 year old and been married for 2 years. No pics needed. No separate rooms etc. just make sure you understand the main questions in the application when asked It was so nice and not scary like many tell us. Even for the citizenship was like I was talking to someone I knew.
The main goal of any lawyer is to instill a sense of worry and anxiety in you. This is because, in such a state, you are more likely to seek their help and give them your last savings. If you start feeling uncomfortable while watching their videos or speaking with a lawyer, it means they’ve successfully manipulated you. A lawyer’s goal is not to help you but to earn money for themselves, covering their education and mortgages.
That is rather narrow thinking. For one, although a lawyer tries to earn from his profession - as he should - his services simultaneously help the individual. And why shouldn't a lawyer market his services as anyone else? Isn't it a fair exchange - his services in exchange for your money? In fact, in every job on the market, it is an exchange - your services for a pay day. To deny that seems to indicate malice. Secondly, there are lawyers who offer their services pro-bono, where the client gets the legal service and representation free of cost. For pro-bono lawyers, are their services acts of manipulation?
You sound paranoid. Lawyers want you to do well because word of mouth gets them more clients. What advantage do they have in you bombing the interview and get denied?
Exactly! I am an immigrant and I sensed the same when I was consulting lawyers about my case. I eventually decided to do the whole thing by myself without lawyer help and it was definitely not as dramatic and difficult as they wanted me to believe it will be. I am a happy US citizen now!
And God says to respect the Law. Illegally entering the US is not God's will. To pray to God to help you get away with a criminal action is just wrong. God cannot sin so do you really think you and your family will be blessed....NAW
@ I am a US citizen. We came here legally ma’am. Through passed all the interviews. We were waited for almost 11 years for interview call. Otherwise I don’t comment here ma’am.
@fernandomillan1843 americans wonder why so many people come illegal and I'm not talking about the criminals from other countries. I am talking about good and honest people. They come illegal because our immigration system is completely broken. If the government wanted my taxes they wouldn't wait 2+ years.
May I ask what country of origin your wife is from? Just curious because many people mention that some countries are harder than others. For example: if they’re from Latin America = longer to approve. From Asia or Europe = smoother
Kindly advice parents being citizens of America and sponsor the children . How will it affect at this time and how , will it be rejected or how long will it take the sponsorship to be approve . Thank you
When we had our interview it was like speaking to a friend or a person you just met but for some reason seemed like you have known for years! Just a friendly conversation.
Did it in April of last year and revived the approval in few days after Christmas. Pretty straight forward. You do probably want to spend a day or two in applying for it or pay for an attorney to do it. Thankfully my wife is an attorney so that helped out.
I married last year but we've been together for four years have a 3 years old baby..but we might end up divorce before we get an interview. I never care about green card but with a child I want to be here for him..
My wife and I started our petition back in September of 2020. Her waiver was approved recently and we are waiting on a response so she can go back to her country and re-enter the states legally.

You are correct, a family member got his interview waived. If it has already been waved, do you think they can retroactively ask for an interview before making a decision?
My husband recently got approved for his I-130, we were not sent anything for an interview with that approval, and he is already in the states. Do you suspect us to have an interview when we apply for his green card and adjust of status?
You stated a logical fallacy. You said that in rare cases interviews were waived. Then you said eliminating waived interviews would greatly increase processing times. But if those cases of waived interviews are rare then they made ancc do will make little difference.
My lawyer is taking too long !!! It’s been two years and barely on process of submitting my financials … after this process what’s next?! I need help and answers
How soon after filing the I-130, I-485, and I-765 did everyone submit evidence? My wife spent a lot of time making a scrap book, but when we took it the lawyer to submit with it, he told us he didn't need it. I'm wondering if I should duplicate digitally and submit via the USCIS website?
Honestly I did the same and when I had the interview our three kids were with us. The immigration agent went through the interview but mostly laughed jr out because she said “if you were willing to have 3 kids… well that probably means it’s all real.” When I pulled out my book she waived it off and said she didn’t need it and approved me. So it all depends on your case but only submit when asked for it.
Anyone here could share their experience with the public charge policy that Trump implemented last time he was in Office? I heard a lot of people didn’t apply for green card because they were afraid of being denied because of that.
Do you recommend sending proofs like pictures or travel itineraries thru the USCIS Website while you have the two years condicional permanent residency?
So my wife(immigrant) and I(US citizen) filed back in 2023 and we should be hearing back from USCIS soon as we had to give a response for a civil surgeon examination back in Nov 2024. Also, we had a child together back in Dec 2024 and I need my wife to have a greencard by March so my family is insured for healthcare. Do you think processing times will be delayed for our case as well. We filed forms I-130 and i-485.
Why is the interview a problem? You make it sound like it is. Well, maybe for your business and money is slower to be made for your services. The USCIS staff has interviewed so many and have a good idea if the marriage is fake or not pretty quickly.
Bureaucracy it's real, it's not just piling up people and interviewing them for 5 mins, it's a long process, 2 to 3 hrs interview sometimes, also there's officers that has no empathy at all and people get nervous, even when they know everything is legal, more resources are used...

What basis do you have for saying that? Everything he said here seems very reasonable based upon the stated intent of the Trump administration & his previous term as president.
…I bet buying a house and paying for food and college was nothing as well. Nostalgia opinions are dangerous to people going through the situation currently as well as those who are preparing to do so.
The America of 1985 is a totally different society to the America of today. Please don't compare the two. The president in 1985 was Reagan, who'll be considered a liberal by today's MAGA. Two different societies.
I filed an I-130 for my wife in September 2024. Her i-765 shows that the card was produced, but tracking has not been loaded. Reaching a person at USCIS seems impossible. My application also says I am past step 1, and awaiting step 2 (decision). Could you make a video or offer advice on how to reach an actual person on the phone, as well as how i can get her i-765?

What basis do you have for saying that? Everything he said here seems very reasonable based upon the stated intent of the Trump administration & his previous term as president.
He says what he pretty knows.
Gotcha many many are in limbo because of ppl who prey on them
You're in denial about what's happening.
agree!! always negative trying to scare people.. all his videos are identical lol
It would be easier to watch your video without the music, it is really annoying, thank you
Hi,
Iam from pakistan my case I 130 for brother and sister was approved in 2010 now how much it takes time can you please help me
My husband and I went through a interview back in 1985 it was nothing.
That’s a longggg time ago, that is 10 presidents ago 😭😭😭 definitely not relevant
…I bet buying a house and paying for food and college was nothing as well. Nostalgia opinions are dangerous to people going through the situation currently as well as those who are preparing to do so.

That was a good year, it was before all these racists got their wings
The America of 1985 is a totally different society to the America of today. Please don't compare the two. The president in 1985 was Reagan, who'll be considered a liberal by today's MAGA. Two different societies.
How about applying in 2024, but still waiting approval in 2025?
So it’s not about doing it legally since he makes a process that’s already complicated and long, more complicated and longer
Revenue collection.
What is the new law for immigrants married to citizens in 2025?
This is beautiful... i want more red tape
Can you tell me more about conversation F1 Student Visa to F2B Immigration Petition
Call USCIS number and when asked for the issue, just say date of birth update. This will connect you to a live agent.
@emmanuelsherman3066 I will try this first thing Monday morning! I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!
@@PonderThis-jn3tyOr say “INFO PASS” when prompted to say the reason why you’re calling. I use this every time and I’m always connected with a live agent. Just have all the information ready with you upon calling.
@@KikoPoet thank you so much! I really appreciate your answering me!

Why don't the immigration hire more workers?
Why asking a foreign country something that you can’t ask to your proper country ?😊 how about to stay in your country ,boom , problem solved
People who started papers legally should always hire a good lawyer if you don't want to wait years.
Can you still apply for citizenship if your I-751 form is not approved?
My wife is from Colombia, moved to U.S to live me in March of 2024, we married, and applied for Change of status and work permit. Was given work permit and now we are in month 9 waiting for case to be approved. On the USIS website, it says interview waived, yesterday it said 2 months, today it says 6 months. :( Does anyone here have any information about what they think may happen here..?
Was watching the news and they will be heavily investigating your the of union to see if it’s fraud. You will be interviewed with this new admin.
It’s backed up because of the migrants
The same happened to me... One day, it will come by itself. Don't relay on time showing on the website or at your status page ...
She came on which visa? Did you apply for AOS?
Already i485 processing time taking years.. now what???
Nuff people getting it with in 3 months to a year
No people are waiting for 4 years now in employment based immigration
So this is gonna make it harder for people to get married to immigrate even though they’re not actually wanting to be together everybody knows this is a loop hole that has been exploited
I recently discovered that my marriage is fake and want to have it exposed to the USCIS in Tukwila Washington, Yet they make it so difficult to even talk to someone on the phone about my Dilemma so I can prove my discovery 😮
They will say you participated in the fake marriage just keep quiet i think would be better
So YOU committed fraud? Is that what you're saying? 🤔 Are you trying to turn yourself in?

@@Joselo-o2uyou obviously don’t understand how these scammers work to get you to marry them. Think of how the elderly get scammed out of $1000. It’s the same way they pray on the emotions of the young and lonely.
I came in L1A and applied GC (140, 485, 130, 765 all same day ) last Oct 2024. My 140 was approved December, but not yet any other 485, 130 or 765. In USCIS portal, it shows as in the decision pending state all. 485 shows 11 months. Is this normal ? or do i need to talk to USCIS? I am from Sri lanka
My wife and I trying to get her daughter here on a k2 visa can it still happen
Im applying green card last year, married a us citizen. Is there a changes or afffecting my papers with trump administration?Im still waiting my green card.
Yes, it will now make it harder and a longer delay. I have a friend that said her stuff was denied 2 days ago and she been here 5 years. So idk what they are doing for others but I believe this administration will make it harder for those that were doing it the right way.
They all should go thru interviews process wats wrong with it but that’s true on the other hand they need to figure out processing time
Any idea on adoptions? I800s and I600s?
If i did applied for I-130 for my spouse back in 2023 month of December still haven’t heard not a single thing and it just shows waiting on case decision , is this normal ?
