As a U.S. citizen, you can bring your child to the United States through various immigration options, depending on your child’s age, marital status, and whether they were born in or outside the U.S. Here are the main pathways: 1. If Your Child Was Born Abroad and is Under 18 • Automatic Citizenship: If your child was born outside the U.S., they may already be a U.S. citizen if certain conditions are met, such as having at least one U.S. citizen parent who meets residence requirements. • Apply for a U.S. Passport or CRBA: You can apply for a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) and a U.S. passport for them at a U.S. embassy or consulate. 2. If Your Child is Not a U.S. Citizen • IR-2 Visa (Immediate Relative Child Visa): If your child is under 21 and unmarried, you can petition for them using Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative). Once approved, they can apply for an immigrant visa and green card. • Adopted Children: If you adopted your child from another country, you may need to follow the Hague Adoption Convention or Orphan Process and file Form I-600 or I-800. 3. If Your Child is Over 21 or Married • You can still apply for them under the F2B Family Preference Category, but wait times are longer compared to immediate relatives. Steps to Bring Your Child to the U.S.: 1. File Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). 2. Wait for Processing & Approval. The H-1B visa program should help U.S. companies recruit highly-skilled aliens when there is a shortage of qualified workers in the country. Yet, too many American workers who are as qualified, willing, and deserving to work in these fields have been ignored or unfairly disadvantaged. Sir I came to us in dec 2022 on f1 but was out of status for 1.5 yr and got married in April 2024 and have applied for I 485 in Nov 2024 and my interview got waived off after my biometric in dec 2024 and I am waiting for the final decision . My question is can trump revoke my waived off interview and can I have the interview in 2025 or my case will be approved without interview ?
If Trump implements stricter immigration policies in 2025, USCIS could reinstate interviews for certain pending cases, but if your interview was already waived and no issues arise, your case is likely to be approved without an interview.
Good day sir! How about the F3 category. PD is Nov.2006 from Philippines...
What is the context for existing Green Card holders looking to renew? Current expiry is 2029
So it was never aboutt doing it legally
Everyone want to live in Mystery Babylon aka USA. The Golden cup in the book of Jeremiah and the shining city on the hill in the book of Revelation.
I am glad the changes are coming because it's all about making America Great Again. America needs people with ethics not with dirty minds to achieve their own dreams and goals putting America behind.
You must be an underachiever please clarify what making America great again has to do with what you just said.
@ggilestate please clarify what an under achiever has got to do with ethically acquiring an H1B visa.
I believe they are doing a commendable job if they make it more challenging. I have witnessed numerous spouses and couples leaving their partners after obtaining their green cards. president Trump intends to ensure that family members remain together, not only for the purpose of obtaining green cards, but also to prevent individuals from disregarding their families’ ties to the United States based on their residence in the country. Furthermore, president Trump emphasizes the importance of loyalty to the United States of America.🇺🇸
Dude, can u please speak slowly and clearly? No rush. 😅
1:00 i have a question,
If someone with an expired extension on their visa marries a US citizen, can they get a green card? Or is there some way that a marriage wouldn't be enough? Specifically i'm wondering if the US citizen has to be a sponsor or anything like that? What kinds of restrictions may there be?... I'm so confused and stressed this whole situation is really horrible. Thank you
I believe you just need to apply for the change of status 🤔 ,if you are in USA but over stay ,you never crossed illegal ( border fence, rio bravo) hurry up and start the process before new administration decide change things 😎🤔 ,is a lot to do and your husband is the sponsor ,he need to fill the paperwork ,
Your spouse has to have a stable income and enough to sponsor you, they need to have filed taxes for the last years, and if it's a sham marriage just for imigration you will be in trouble, it will take years to get it no matter what
What about F 4 visa.
Please make a video on f4 visa
Yes for sure!
The H-1B visa program should help U.S. companies recruit highly-skilled aliens when there is a shortage of qualified workers in the country. Yet, too many American workers who are as qualified, willing, and deserving to work in these fields have been ignored or unfairly disadvantaged. Employers who abuse the H-1B visa program may negatively affect U.S. workers, decreasing wages and opportunities as they import more foreign workers.
Do you know what’s process of adult adoption?
Great
He's now going ayer the most American people in America-Native Americans. This world will soon end.
How ?
How about staying and fixing your own country’s problems instead of being a tax burden on American taxpayer citizens
Bunch of liars, you lie for LIKES? He has not been for upto 1month, how come backlogs are already there? #SOMETIMES, Y'ALL NEED TO CHANGE THE SONG (#SongOfFear
So, hang on. First you make a point of saying under biden things were moving faster in the past 6 months, at the same time 2 states are at 5 and 7 months waiting on an ead card ? Help me make sense of that part. Sounds like bidens people started to skip work?
I do have a valid question. What would really be the main contributor that would push a visa bulletin backward on an eb3 based program. Also, do you believe that comes march, that we might see that visa bulletin go backward? Especially in categories 3 and 4 ?
DV LOTTERY on Interchangeable status, Any news ???
What’s the current visa bulletin for F2A
HIRE AN EXPERIENCE IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .
Can you post an official link to the govt issued notification, rather than expressing your own opinion to gain clicks. None of what you say is official. Please don't misguide people.
Where are you getting this information?
Can a make a video on the repercussions for talking shit about the government on social media if you have DACA ?
I wonder how long before everyone has to interview. 3 months? 9 months?
This guy is CAP GUYS. ALL WILL BE FASTER DONT WORRY. HES JUSY MAKING MONEY BY FEARMONGERING
Once you overstayed your Visa, you shouod be made to go back to your home country to Adjust your Status/Greencard!!!
@@JAM2USA2018 How would that benefit you personally? Do tell…..
@ggilestate It doesn't have to benefit me personally, it will benefit the United States tax payers for not having a high number of Visa overstayers because they know they cannot adjust their status in the US. Clearly you looking for what's best for yourself, I'm looking for what's in the best interests of the United States of America
Why?
@JasonVenable69 That's how it is done in England so why not the US?
This including you following the laws right
I've been waiting for 14 years i am f24 famuly based 2020 i got email feom nvc that im documentarily qualified.
What if you came on a green card as a teen and never renewed your green card ?
Do you have any advice for resident alien card holders that have not become citizens yet? Thanks.
Will this still effect people who applied in November or will those applications get to be processed before the laws change?
Stay in your country! Don't you have ears? Nobody needs you in America!
If the U.S. under Donald offered Canadians U.S. citizenship, I would gladly take it. Canada is cooked.
You think no fact yet 😅😅😅
Not worth it anymore
Is it just me or the video a bit choppy?
