I was actually deported myself……im waiting on a u visa but i think ill have to get around the admissibility because i was never inspected…. Im kinda of lost hope for myself but i want to have my parents informed 100%. I lived in the US since i was 2 years old. Im 25 and got deported 2 years ago. So thats 23 years of my life living that all went down the drain. Is there anyway i can email you? Ill have them get in touch with the number provided but i really want to have interactions myself.

I overstayed my visa as a canadian because I was a victim of DV here in the USA. I have 2 us citizen kids and have married a us citizen also. But basically you're telling me I have to wait 10 yrs until my bar in the USA is up to file for adjustment?
I filed for a Uvisa but it has been almost 4 yrs and haven't heard anything yet just more waiting I guess. Please answer me and as far as the bar I have to wait for the 10 yrs to file adjustment? I came here in 2016 so it's been 4 yrs . I have till 2026 I guess..
    Thank you in advance
