Hi! Yung mother ko ay pending pa sa result ng cultured test. Ang interview ng mother ko is Aug.28 then yung St.Lukes pinababalik sya sa Sept.27 para sa result. Sinabihan nila ang mother ko na sila na magsasabi sa US Embassy. Tama po bang hindi kami tumawag sa US Embassy para ipaalam o kaya icancle yung interview? Pls reply asap. 🥲

I sent one and I wasn’t actually qualified but they approved us. It’s worth trying even if you don’t qualify.

Hi, I have an issue in our case. I just received a printed mail from the DOS Visa yesterday, it indicates an Approved I-130 Petition filed by my sister. She filed a Visa Class F41 for me decades ago, when I was still single. My concern is that I'm already married and have an infant. I already mailed them through their public inquiry form, I requested an update for our case. But before that I have already added may husband and child as Derivative Applicants and uploaded our marriage and our child's birth certificate. The question is, how long will it take for it to be reviewed? And how long until the “pay now” button will appear? Hope you can give me a hint or anyone here has the same situation. Thank You in advance.

Before you call US embassy manila, the NVC sent you an appointment interview schedule already, right? I cannot call US embassy to secure an appointment if NVC does’nt send an schedule? I am petitioning my father also and i am waiting for the interview schedule from NVC.

Hi Ma’am Maricel! My parents went to SLEC yesterday (may 8, 2024) and they need to take the sputum test for may 22-23. The SLEC staff said that their visa interview on May 13,2024 is cancelled. How can we contact or atleast inform the us embassy or the NVC that they cannot push through on their interview? Or should we even contact them or not? Thank you so much!
