Hi Ray, I think the ideal response time, if it would be human, is roughly 20-30seconds, customer chat support uses canned responses nowadays and it is pretty much a copy paste thing. :)
AI takes over when an sms message is received by GHL. When the chat widget starts it sends outbound sms but AI will not respond until the person responds. If someone sends sms directly to your phone its an inbound sms which means AI will respond directly to it if setup to do so. Hope that helps and thanks for watching.

Yes that is a strategy to have chatgpt gather a list of commonly asked questions to train the ai bot. You can also research other comeptitors on the web and use their faq.

If you are talking about the unlimited AI feature then yes it would be. Just have to figure your usage to determine if its worth it.
