Also how does the check in thing work, does go high level have access to their client logs to know who came in for an appointment and who didn't? And also how about the recurring clients for the business will they always get a review link after every visit? Sorry if its stupid questions.
The review ai feature has been included in the AI Employee bundle. It comes with the starter plan but you still have to pay for usage. As far as people who already left a review you would have to tag those people and then check for the tag before you send out a new request. Thanks for watching.
