Ray! I love your videos! I saw a video from Clay Lawrence from Review Harvest who's done well signing up Service based businesses purely for Review. Somehow he's got his HL system set up where he gets them reviews without them ever having to sign in to thieir HL acc.
I was wondering if you know how to do this or how should this be set up where for example once the business owner (e.g Plumber) serves the customer and is done a reveiw request is sent automatically or somewhat automated?

Thanks for your question. Yes its possible. You can have a workflow automation setup to contact customer multiple times after service appointment. Once review is received then Review AI can respond to the request creating a completely automated system. Hope that helps you.
