I've been learning so much from your videos as a newbie to GHL. When it comes to the calendars/scheduling if I mark my availability the same for each calendar, even if the calendars are in a different group, will my calendar update to show a particular timeslot as unavailable once booked? I'm hoping to avoid being double booked.

I am wondering what kind of triggers you can make. Can you use a phone number that you got in a different form and sent through Zapier for instance? I am thinking of connecting Kajabi forms with the whatsapp function of GHL. but I don't know if that works.

Ray just to clarify because your title says the all encompassing 'AI V2', these options you mention are already available in AI Voice such as collecting Date of birth etc. But they are not available in 'Conversation AI' yet. Love your videos. Regards Neil

Massive thanks again Ray. How do we get the bot to stop asking for info that is already in the record? For example the bot is trained to ask for name, email etc when booking an appointment, but if that information is already in the client record why does it not realise that and skip the questions? Also, if some messages and introduces themself with their name, the bot is clever enough to reply with their name yet when getting to booking the appointment it will not skip asking for the persons name? This just seems obviousl, and has actually lost me 2 chatbot sales.

OK, I am REALLY confused as to how this feature would be used with almost any business. EVERY business you talk to is already going to have a phone number that is on their Google profile, their website, their social media pages, directory sites, business cards, flyers, on the door of their business, etc. It sounds like this feature ONLY works with numbers you get inside GHL. If so, is the business expected to take on a new phone number, and then change EVERYTHING they already have set up?

I am confused with the missed call text back. If the business already has a landline number (maybe for the last 50 years), will this even work? Or does it only work with numbers we buy in GHL? Maybe I misunderstand, but how would you even sell that to a business that already has a landline?

Is it possible to do a similar video like this but for Funnels?

What am I missing? It’s ChatGPT it can know all departments, why the need for multiple bots and transferring? Why not just train it on multiple wikis?

Thank you for your tutorial! I encountered an issue while navigating the client portal. We have published multiple courses on the GHL platform, but after users log into the client portal and access the All Courses section, they see the message: "No courses found. You have yet to enroll in any courses. Please reach out to your instructor to initiate your educational journey." instead of a list of all available courses (both free and paid). However, when a user subscribes through an offer link, the subscribed course correctly appears under the My Courses section. As per my understanding, the All Courses section should display all available courses (perhaps as a list with minimal details, even without enrollment) so users can browse and select courses based on their preferences. Once subscribed, the selected courses should then appear under the My Courses section for easy access. Could you please clarify if this is expected behavior or if any settings need adjustment? Kindly help me with more details.
