With a paid community, how does the customer get username and password after purchasing the membership?

Great question. You would provide access to the community/training courses through your workflow. The person would use their email address and whatever pwd they setup to access. If they stop paying you can also remove access to the community using workflows as well. Hope that helps.

Great video! How does Kollab handle creating a member resource library? I'm thinking about a section in the community where members can access pdfs, docs, videos, etc.

Those resources can be in a channel or in a course. Keith Besherse

      This is absolutely correct.

You would have to build a course to hold the data or use a community post to share the data. Hope that helps.

@@HLGuy @BaldGuy-Marketing But then you need to be a paid member of HL to be able to add a course to your community, isn't that right?

Inside a GoHighLevel community not a GoKollab community can members only see one community (The one you setup for your members only) OR do they see all communities on the GHL platform?

I hope I understand what you are asking. Inside every sub account you can only have one community portal but are allowed to created multiple, unlimited, community groups and channels within those groups. When a user signs into your community url they will be able to "SEE" all the groups in the community that you allow. You can make groups private and hide them from all users but members would need to access the group directly via url, like a bookmark, to access the group. I hope this helps you. Thank you for watching.
