I've been learning so much from your videos as a newbie to GHL. When it comes to the calendars/scheduling if I mark my availability the same for each calendar, even if the calendars are in a different group, will my calendar update to show a particular timeslot as unavailable once booked? I'm hoping to avoid being double booked.

Great question and that is very common question to ask. You would sync all your calendars to say a google or outlook personal calendar then set that personal calendar as the conflict calendar to check before booking. This way you can have multiple calendars and availabilities but not double book. Have a great day and thanks for watching.

Hi Ray, love the vids. Is there a way to make bookings for longer periods such as a few days for an Airbnb or rental type calendar? At the moment I only see a max booking of 12hours

For airbnb ghl calendars are not going to working because each calendar has a fixed time reference where on aurbnb the customer can choose the amount of time in the location. Just not how ghl calendars work right now.

Thank for this video. I've already integrated PayPal, but I can't enable the "Accept Payments" option in the calendar. Pls help

Wow accepting payments is pretty straight forward. Just edit the calendar settings. Go to Forms and Payments and them toggle on accept payments and fill out what your charges are.

Hey Ray, I am a newbie Is there a way to add a section to charge a deposit while booking? one of the businesses that I am working with asked for it (they want to avoid no shows). Thank you in advance
