Once a google calendar is linked how can we have times blocked off dynamically as other appointments are booked. For context we are a small event space so we are setting up a calendar for venue tours (followed your instructions to set this up) but when we link our google calendar times are not being blocked off where we have events already scheduled- we can’t give a venue tour while an event is happening.
Is there a way to have fix this so tours can only be scheduled when we have nothing booked on the google calendar??

To ensure that your availability reflects your existing Google Calendar events, make sure that your Gohighlevel calendar is set to sync in real-time with your Google Calendar. This should automatically block off any times when you have existing events scheduled. If it’s still not working, double-check your settings in GHL to ensure the integration is configured correctly. You might also want to check if your Google Calendar events are set to "busy," as GHL needs that status to block off times properly. If you’re still having issues, consider reaching out to GHL support for more detailed assistance. Hope that helps!
