Thank you so much! This is a great video. I have a client that already have thousands of email, a lot of them are already clients of him. Do we still need to do all this to launch an activation campaign? TY
Excellent video ! Any chance you could make a video on how to automate the follow up with all these leads you contact with GHL ? This feature is available on softwares like Instantly or GMass. Curious to know how it works with GHL, and also how to split the sending domain between them
You would just use a workflow to follow up with leads. You can use the email opened action to start the process or email email reply. Hope that helps. Thank you for watching.
Hi Ray! Quick question, when using multiple emails how do you set that up(where do you add them all in)? Also how does the workflow know to use each email a max of 40 per day? thanks!
Thank you! This is helpful. If I am understanding correctly, you are suggesting to create a new domain with several email users and then using a subdomain of the new domain in GHL with LC Email. Does warming up the new domain help the deliverability of the subdomain? Wouldn't you have to warm up the subdomain as well?
I suggest using a similar yet different domain then your primary to send email in case it get blacklisted. You should warm up the new domain so emails dont go to spam folder.
Hi Ray, Your video is great always. I just having a sub-account client need for doing email outreach around 800 cold list in GHL. Just wonder before there were some GHL’ers said using sub-domain as dedicated domain setting can avoid root domain get SPAM and Banned, is it the statement if using it for cold outreach? Regards,
Hi Ray, Really good content, as usual. Around the 31:20 mark in the video, you mentioned that the system will rotate the email addresses. Is it possible to set up more than one domain on a subaccount? Or are the various emails from the same domain? I got a little confused on that one.
Yes it is possible to setup more than one domain in a subaccount but GHL requires you to have a default domain and that domain is what is used for all emails. You would need to have multiple user accounts in the default domain to use to rotate for outbound emails. Thank you for watching.
You're shouldn't cancel Warmup. This needs to be ongoing as this will help keep your open rates and replies high which is essential for deliverability.
So do you just use one domain for all emails? Alot of advice out there saying maximum 3 emails per domain, some say 5, some say it doesn't matter. Interested to hear your thoughts.
Yes use one domain for all emails but make the domain slightly different then your primary business domain. So if you are abcmarketing.com then choose abcmarketing.biz for your email domain so it looks similar.
Let's say I am using 5 different domains, with 3 inboxes per domain, for a total of 15 inboxes. Because I am using 5 different domains, does that mean I would need to setup 5 different sub-accounts in GHL? (or, if I can use all 15 inboxes off of 1 GHL sub-account via the dedicated domain, does that affect deliverability?) Great video! Thanks for sharing.
Setting up a dedicated domain increases deliverability as well as warming up your inbox users before sending. You would need to use one email domain per sub account. Not sure how else you can do it.
How do you setup the limitation on the amount of emails sent out? In other words, in order to not get flagged as spam or blacklisted (as you mentioned), it's best to send around up to 40 emails per day per email account. So, how do we ensure that the campaign workflows caps sending to said parameters?
That is a great question. Its two part answer. First you can limit the number of people you send to a workflow to start them in the nurture campaign. This can be done by using the drip mode feature of the CRM. The second part is using the assigned users action in the workflow and adding all your users to that action so each time the workflow fires it uses a round robin approach to using each user equally when sending out emails. Hope that helps and thanks for watching.
@@HLGuy I'm still not so clear on this point. By any chance you would have a video touching this point? What you meant is that If I assign many users in the workflow, the system would use a sequence approach to pick them and send the email that is connected to each of these users account?
Thanks for the great video. BTW, if we are using LC email service, how do we warm the email with instantly??? LC email does not provide with SMTP credentials...
Not directly but if sub account 1 is linked to a google calendar and subaccount 2 is also linked to that same Google calendar both subaccounts can update and have access to the calendar depending on how you setup the sync.
It depends on how many emails you send out per day. If you want to senmd 50 emails per day then one account will work but if you send 500 per day with one account my bet is that email address will get flagged as spam and your inbox delivery will go down.
so i already have a sub account for my business with a phone number that is a2p registered so do i have to do another one for my email subdomain too..a different number?
@@sarahnayes4868 No its like setting up a fake company. No ein but you will need to register the phone number as personal if you want to include texting with your campaign. If you just do cold email there is no need to setup a phone number or a2p registration.

The way GHL is setup you can only have one dedicated domain as default per sub-account. You can have multiple domains setup but only the default can be used to send emails. Thanks for watching.
@@MateoNeuhaus I am not sure how you want to use email. Are you using 15 domains just to send emails one one product or offer or do you haver 15 different offers? If you just have one offer then I suggest using one domain with multiple email accounts. Keep emails to say 40 emails per day per user so 500 emails per day would be 13 user email accounts. That would work. If you have 15 offers then you should create 15 sub-accounts and have one email domain per sub-account and use each sub-account to sell your product service. Hope this helps.
