      My Conversation AI is unable. to crawl my instagram profile link, it throws an error everytime , saying "someething went wrong or page is restricted from crawling"
      could you please guide me on it, i have talked to gohighlevel support but they were not at any help

    Hey Ray! I found a cool technique you might like.
    in the workflow i selected Eliza instead of conversational AI and after the first message the system defaults to the "conversational AI training" and IS ABLE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN THE WORKFLOW!
    Pretty neat!

    Great video! I completely agree with you that everyone who makes bots 🤖 thinks theirs are the best. The ones that use zapier are overly complicated IMO 😅

    Instead of booking an appointment, can I use ai booking to send a special sign up link?

    Ray this was such a helpful video! Question for you, I know that you showed in the start how you can train the Ai bot via giving them Webstie URLs or Google Docs to "read/study" to learn how to reply back to. My question is, if I create a workflow that the initial step is not the ai bot, but lets say step 2 or 3 based on conditions etc, can I train the AI bot to respond to those conversations or will it not work as you showed as it will not be able to read the initial/previous messages then either?

      You will not be able to feed that initial information into the ai bot conversation. You would have to store that communication in like a custom field then feed that custom field to chatgpt via workflow and ask for response but I can't see how to make it work with conversational ai.

    Awesome tutorial. In the case of physical appointment, how do you get it to confirm the address, and then capture that address in the appointment?

      Great question. I will have to test this but it would make sense that you add the address fields to the calendar form for the appointment and the bot should be able to pick this up if they are required fields. You can also adjust the intent to have the bot confirm the address before scheduling the appointment. I will investigate furthur. Thanks for watching.

I see just a couple of days after you have done this video HL have released the new Conversational AI memory Keys with a few different options on how to use it. This now offers us a ton more options but Im a little unsure how best to use it. When are you planning to release a video on how to use the new AI Memory Key in Conversational AI and workflows?       Im not saure whewn I will create a video on this feature. The problem is you can now access past conversations but the initial problem still exists that the workflow can't interpret the initial message either via snms, website chat etc. Thanks for watching.

    Question, so would it be possible to implement some logic into the bot? For example I have a base price for the X service, and to give them an accurate estimate I want to ask them 3-4 questions that could either increase the price or keep the price the same. Then once the bot is able to vet the lead by asking them the questions based off a formula ie(they answered yes to Question 1 so add $10 to base price) it will be able to give an accurate estimate for the price of the service. Ive tried to ask chat gpt and its suggesting to use custom values but idk if that will work

    I want to use Appointment booking bot using the Live chat. But it cant book meeting without the contact details (name + email) whats the best way to make sure the bot have this before it starts to book appointments? (don want to use SMS/text widget - to expensive for segments outside US)

    For some reason my bot isn't going to sleep when my VA stpes in any reason why this could be happening. I have it turned on to go to sleep

      @@HLGuy I'm using the conversational ai and it has an off and on trigger for when someone responds but it's still responding after the fact

      @@WILLNELSONCOACH The core conversational ai feature does not go off once set to autopilot mode. If you are using conversation ai action in workflow you may want to check the workflow settings to see if it has a time period window set. Thats all I can think of.

      Note: the conversation AI should follow the toggle (I don’t have a recent test to confirm/deny whether it is working).
      The workflow AI doesn’t obey the toggle, the VA would need to remove from workflow.

      The AI can only crawl pages that do not have any security on it and I believe with instagram the platform requires a sign in first before viewing pages. Thanks for watching.
