Hi Ray - You are my new favorite YTer for all things HL. Question on the Reviews AI - looks like an added cost for customers. To account for this, do I charge $10 or $20 extra a month?
Its up to you how you want to handle. If you have the agency pro account you can setup a certain "credit" for each customer every month. Once they go beyond that credit then your service agreement will have to explain what those charges would be for usage and you will have to bill them for that usage every month based upon what their chartges are in your service agreement. For example an email is .007 cents to send but that does not mean that is what you charge your client tyo send an email. You can charge double or triuplle or more than that. Great video, just starting with ghl and the one challenge i see with text back is not only do i have to get the a2p cost that goes with and have customers getting approved which could take a few days.

Agreed a2p has slowed people down for sure with onboarding clients.
