Hey guys ! For the problem at : 2:45:22, I've experimented a bunch and found that the best way to stop the Bot from saying "Based on the information given" or else, you should also ask to "Never refer to the knowledge base" in the prompt for the question (last utterance) and not only in the Knowledge base settings.
I'm using this in french as the question: "Répond à la question de l'utilisateur sans dire que tu réponds avec "les informations fournies":
{last_utterance}"
Which translate to: "Answer the user's question without saying that you are answering 'based on information provided' " and it seems to work a lot better now :)

Hey man, I’m stuck at 2 hours and 51 mins in, don’t seem to be getting the same answers as Liam when running the tests for the chatbot. Sometimes we’re getting the check for # of messages and else other times it doesn’t appear. We get often very long responses, the chatbot is supposed to introduce itself and how it can help the user in like a few sentences.

I built and tested my first chatbot in Chatbase in less than 10 minutes using the book I wrote on hiring. The answers were almost exactly what I would say to the questions. Absolutely amazing Liam! I can't wait to build and test the next 8 chatbots!

I've been building and repairing computers for 30 years and in that time I've dabbled with coding and programming in several aspects but never really fully committed to it. This new push in AI evolution is the opportunity I've been looking for along With, I guess, the incentive. Agents and chatbots seemed to be the logical place to start for this and I like what you have to say as well as how you're offering it. A straight-up honest person who knows what they're talking about is my proffered source if I'm gonna commit to learning it. Besides I'm 55 years old disabled and still working a manual labor job to make ends meet. It's well past time to improve my situation
I actually come from an educational background, and I'm super excited to use it in my classroom to help me answer the most common questions that come up EVERY year. It'll save myself and others so many hours and hopefully provide quicker / clearer, concise and similar responds as another teacher would in the same domain.

I am a creative visionary, but not technical, so this video is going to help me develop enough foundational knowledge to at least get the ball rolling and be able to manage dev projects and dev teams more effectively.
Appreciate the value Liam! Nobody else is creating content like this in the space... we are all kind of relying on you lol and you deliver every time. My biggest struggle with chatbots is taking them to the next level using basic coded features and integrating the bot with automation, Flowise , and/or StackAI to create more advanced functionalities. Something that would be valued is a pre-coded template we could just plug and play (similar to the prompts you provided) and create these enhancements with little to no coding skills.
after watching this, do you still see value in flowise and stackAI? Im just on Voiceflow right now and see a lot of potential in this alone .. just wondering
If you want to expand outside of chatbots and create AI Assistants using LLM's then yes. It's more so if you want more advanced LLMs.

I am loving this tutorial. I have wanted to build AI bots for some time, but thought it was too complicated and I didn't even know where to start. I have always enjoyed programming, but lately have been having a hard time learning it with raising a family and working full time. I have some great visions to build a chatbot for my work. I am going to use where I am at and my 25 years of knowledge to help my company grow and be more successful. After I get the bot build and it working well I am wanting to start my own AI building business. I am trying to get off shift work and the company won't let me change positions, so I am trying to do make my own way out of here and life doing what I love to do. Thank you again for your video and time. This is a great tutorial. I haven't completed it yet, but I didn't want to forget to leave a comment after I complete the video.

Hi Liam, thanks for this amazing video. I'm halfway through and I have to say the Chatbase bot is AMAZING. I love the way he answers, typical ChatGPT, super friendly and engaging. I just followed your first Voiceflow bot setup and it is okay but you are right, I'm really missing the tone of voice that Chatbase has.

Just hearing about the possibilities is enough to provoke some insane ideas in my mind. You have a great ability to speak and I know this because your words are enough to stimulate my mind. Currently an apprentice engineer (1 year left) so I'm very good with my hands, but very keen to learn a 'digital skill'.
