Hi Ray, Unless I've misunderstood, don't you end up with exactly what you started with in the video? You already had a widget configured for all the channels, including live chat using the original version. That's what you ended up with using V2 except it was only for live chat. Unless you can have multiple bots working independently across different channels, I don't see the point of V2. Am I missing something?
I see what you are saying one advantage I did not go over in the video is the ability to transfer a contact to another bot after they book an appointment, but again I asked GHL whats the point of that when getting the appointment scheduled is what you are looking for. It's a great platform, but sometimes they release things before they're really ready. There must be tremendous pressure to do that prior to Level Up day, for example.

I would have to say no. I do not know how the booking bot would know what time zone a person is coming into the website from. Nothing that the bot collects would tell it that so the time would have to be local. Thanks for watching.

I’m setting up a chatbot using V2 right now, and while testing it for appointment scheduling, it keeps saying that the time slot I’m requesting is already booked, even though nothing is on the calendar. Have you experienced this before? If so, what would you recommend to fix it? Or would it be better to just have the bot send a calendar link?

I have not had the issue about conflicts since the bot should be looking at the calendar then providing appointment times. Thanks for watching.
