thanks great info, does the conversation AI version 2 bot book appointment taking into consideration the time zone of the prospect. I had tested this and it failed before few months. Have you tested this? Thanks.
I would have to say no. I do not know how the booking bot would know what time zone a person is coming into the website from. Nothing that the bot collects would tell it that so the time would have to be local. Thanks for watching.
Hi Ray,
Unless I've misunderstood, don't you end up with exactly what you started with in the video? You already had a widget configured for all the channels, including live chat using the original version. That's what you ended up with using V2 except it was only for live chat. Unless you can have multiple bots working independently across different channels, I don't see the point of V2.
Am I missing something?
I see what you are saying one advantage I did not go over in the video is the ability to transfer a contact to another bot after they book an appointment, but again I asked GHL whats the point of that when getting the appointment scheduled is what you are looking for. @@HLGuy It's my pleasure, Ray. I really enjoy your videos, and they've helped us a lot. We white-label GHL for our niche in the UK (care homes). It's a great platform, but sometimes they release things before they're really ready. There must be tremendous pressure to do that prior to Level Up day, for example.
You know a lot of people don’t teach us how to keep track of payments in prep for taxes in GHL. This will be my first business. Can you make a video on this topic?

I’m setting up a chatbot using V2 right now, and while testing it for appointment scheduling, it keeps saying that the time slot I’m requesting is already booked, even though nothing is on the calendar. Have you experienced this before? If so, what would you recommend to fix it? Or would it be better to just have the bot send a calendar link?
I have not had the issue about conflicts since the bot should be looking at the calendar then providing appointment times. Thanks for watching.

I'm actually running into an issue with conversation AI used in automation workflows in GHL. For some reason, it has a delay of one to two minutes in its responses. I'm thinking about that as a human-ish conversation experience, but this delay eliminates all the benefits of the conversation AI.
Have you run into the same issue, or does it go smooth and fast for you?
No you just have to setup your response time in the ai settings on how long it should wait to respond. Thanks for watching.
For those setting up chatbots for businesses to handle appointment bookings: Do clients generally prefer the bot to provide a calendar link for self-scheduling, or do they favor the bot seamlessly scheduling the appointment through a conversational flow?
That is really a preference choice. I prefer the bot to schedule the appointment and not send link. Thank you for watching.
