      Not it works in other countries but be cafeful because sms messaging overseas can get expensive.

    I'm wondering how to get over the hurdle of the client having to change their phone number. That's something they have on all kinds of marketing materials that aren't cheap to replace

      The cvlients keeps their number you just add a public facing number to their business listings to measure future customer activity. Their existing number still works and their existing customers can still cakll them on it but any new customers will use the new ghl number so you can track it and use the features within the platform to communicate with them. You just forward the new number to their existing line.

    H Ray, this is powerful stuff. The only objection that comes to mind is having to change their phone number. They may have it listed in a lot of places that would need to be changed, etc. Also, they may have VOIP or other setups that would be impacted. Any advice on this objection or any real-life examples you or your students have experienced?

      That is a objection you will run into. Let client know their main number will not be changed so existing customers can still call that number and get the client directly. You will implement a new number in ghl that will accept new customer calls only because you will change it online either manually or thru yext service. The number in ghl only is there to monitor NEW clients not existing clients. Thanks for watching.

    This is a great video. I'm super new at this and studying up on High Level. Do you have a video showing what the client sees when they need to connect their Google business listing to your (Digital Marketer's) High Level account to enable Missed Call - Text Back? I don't know how to explain that to a small business owner.

    Ray question for you. If these are new leads calling me don't they need to opt in to receive text messages from me before I can text them back even if its a missed call?

    Thank you for this fantastic walk through. I was wondering if you have done as similar one for the app....is it possible to just sell the app and toggle off features not needed for a specific customer on the app....example is selling it as a universal inbox only and shutting off everything else...is that possible??

      The features you have access to in the ghl desktop version moves over into the mobile app. You can turn off all features except conversations but you would have to test it. Thanks for watching.

    Question. You you're saying the telephone number we set them up with hl has to be changed on their advertising, website etc. Not sure many will do that. so now that the customer calls them on this hl telephone number after doing business with them how do we solve the issue if they have a question about a bill or something has gone wrong? since it's the only one they have for this business is the hl # im sure they don't wanna go thru faq. . I mean we should be able to forward a number somehow. It just seems stupid to have them call another number after the 1st encounter. Something doesn't sound right. 😊😊

      The HL phone number just forwards to their main business line if they already have a system in place but if you want to use the new AI voice feature you could use that. Yes it will need to be changed online. You can use a service like yext to change the number across systems if you want. Hope that helps.
