Exactly and what I love about this system is because I’ve built the system myself - I can play around with it and tweak it to cater to any scenario Like the one you just described!
I also think it'd be great to show the *Make* side of applying this... I personally don't like Zapier JMO but I do like Make and still a newbie at it as well. Be nice to see this laid out in there as well. How quickly have you seen it respond to clients, and does it seem like a bot/autoresponse where it's replying in mere seconds? Also, do you need higher ChatGPT account for this to work accordingly? Lastly, if you have ChatGPT paid model(s) would you simply be able to use the Assistants setup in developer playground to essentially create full fledge assistant and have it running in similar fashion?
@@brianmiglionico5835 Definitely - if you book a call I’ll be able to show you what the make module looks like In terms of response time it’s pretty quick I would say the longest response I’ve ever waited for was 2 minutes max You do not need to pay for gpt4 for this to work - it’s OpenAI key based - which is free to signup for you only pay per token usage ($0.001)
This is crazy bro thanks for sharing this, is there a way to get it to send reminders when a customer hasn't responded to the bot for a while, and can the bot book directly into a ghl calendar or can it only send them a link, also whats the cost of this compared to just using appointwise or close bot, once again thanks so much bro
@@ArcyMonkey yessir we have a separate appointment reminder workflow (this is cleaner and less messy) - it also ties in with having a user book the appointment themselves manually. I’ve tested both angles - using the bot to book - and having someone book through a link What I’ve found is that when someone books through the bot - the show up rates are terrible Someone who books manually shows more intent - I’ve seen it to be more effective
Tons of value from this video. If it doesn't work with the Chat bot company we're working with now. Then we'll make our own. Thanks man!
This is really good information.
@@Chosen1Jackpot appreciate you 🫡
Was a solid video 👏 👏 👏 👏 I'd like to have seen a, "if X responses come back as no response" then consider the lead dead.

yes you can customize the assistant and only send in relevant information
