I wear the Jack of All Cards title and ride the Magicked Card with pride. That was a multiple month grind involving millions of MGP, thousands of duels, hundreds of dungeons, raids and trials, and freaking EUREKA. I also got good enough at TT tournaments I started placing top 3 regularly for a few cycles. I did it all during 5.5 and now I'm contractually obligated to keep my card collection as full as I can get it.
@@specstreTV Sildihn Subterrane is currently the block between myself and a full collection once again, need to grind it out for two more cards that they should really just add a TT NPC duel for considering that's what they've done for most of these types of special locations with multiple cards in the past (Eureka, Bozja, crystal tower, HW FATE cards, etc).
Don't forget the PVP Series rewards because they are Time limited. I think it changes every patch, and the Season rewards are two seasons per patch. And no spamming chat actions over and over and over because you can get banned. 🙂

Complete all sidequests. I'm close to done. The map is clear and only relic and job ones are left. There are quite many interesting ones. Obviously not majority, but for finding out more about characters and world they are great. Basically all quests added in post-patches are worth doing (moogle mail, shcolasticate, Doma reconstruction and such). For beast tribes - ARR-HW-SB end quests for completing them all are quite good. Some tribes also have a good story themselves. I would recommend Namazu, Amalja, Dwarves, Ixal and Kobolds. Others range from "fine" to "dreadful".
Biggest trouble with this is in ARR where a vast amount of the sidequests are genuine fetch quests for no reward (like, even the lore and worldbuilding is extremely minimal). And there are so many yellow icons littering the map that just when you think you're making progress you discover 5 more yellow quests underneath the one you just finished. But man, it is extremely satisfying you finally have a pristine map in all of those zones, and it's a good head-empty way to wait for dps queues.
sidequest gamers terrify me.... you will never get me to unclutter my minimap by fetching laundry off the drying pole. i cannot be asked... that said i respect that there ARE some good ones like you said, and i really liked the scholasticate stuff (the drippy coat was a good incentive)

The interesting about those complain for lack of content, is the fact they have no idea what's truly out there in the game. Also another nice thing to kill time, is go find those Sightseeing Logs. Smell the air and gain some deeper insight of the world of Eorzea

PotD isn't *that* bad. The frustrating part about it is, you're going to spend hours and hours getting to floor 150 or so, where it starts getting challenging and then could die... so you need to do it all over again. Maygii, Finh Bezalh, Angelus Demonus... have some of the best guides out there for it as well. I'm not a streamer, but if I was a FF14 streamer, it does sound like an easy way to farm "content".
As someone who started only a year ago and is now at Shadowbringers (barely halfway through the MSQ and already lvl 80 btw oops) and is slowly working through the EX mounts (have all from ARR and HW, doing StB soon) I doubt I'll ever not have something to do.
It's a pain, but the drop rate from brown chests DRAMATICALLY increases after floor 100. I've been picking away at Necromancer myself, and I have an alt run file that I started @ 50 (so technically can't get Necro on it) and am just running for the sake of farming potsherds. It's a pretty substantial diff once you clear 100! Still agreed, it's not ideal. :(
a true content king -- we love to hear it. i'm in 2 ulti statics atm after having finished the savage tier, and while it feels like i'm working a full-time job doing so, it do be fun
I had started in November and finished EW actually when 6.3 Dropped, so since then I've been unlocking non-MSQ Content to do as well as leveling my Jobs (Capped my RDM about 2 Hours ago actually). On top of my Roulettes, been juggling Bozja, Beast Tribes, Hunts, Wonderous Tales, current Alliance Raid tier, as well as some personal goals like grinding Nier 3 for a top I want. I've already grinded all the EX Mounts from ARR-ShB, and I am a little bit worried about doing EWs or if I should wait an Expansion. Occasionally I'll hop in Party Finder to help EXs I have done for Tank mount Farms from the achievements. I think my big personal concern is settling on a class as my "Main". I don't wanna commit to a Relic Grind if I'm not gonna use it often ya know
People call this drought content....while people on pso2 have yet to move from Spend real money on loot box-> do same event with no real change-> hope u get your weapon->spend ac->do same event->hope you get weapon cycle
Funnily enough I only just started Eureka and Heaven-on-high because some of Triple Triad cards are locked behind them. Don't really care for any of the mounts or titles, I just want the cards.

Could be /scheme (ballroom etiquette - ideal gossip), comes from Eureka Pyros, or /reprimand (ballroom etiquette - refined reproaches), comes from 15k PVP Wolf Marks as they're both hand on hip and gesturing ones? If it's the one later on in this video, that's Reprimand.

These are things that people already done lol, you cant do these in every content drought season since those of one time content. but if you haven't done those, then yes. But if if you already done pretty most of then well yeah there isnt much besides pvp and some other stuffs are just kinda boring to do nor worth.
I just can't justify the sub these days, maybe 3 months every 2 years. I can justify my sub on Eso way more tbh, so much content unlocked with a sub, but also don't need to sub if I don't want to and can still play

I'd also recommend min ilvl raiding. Lots of people weren't around when it was new and it's still fun to do!

The frustrating part about it is, you're going to spend hours and hours getting to floor 150 or so, where it starts getting challenging and then could die... so you need to do it all over again. I loved BLU right up until the Masked Carnivale stuff that came after Azulmagia because they are MISERY
I've gotten lazy with lynxes after completing previous exes, I will get to it sometime but I'm working on the relics from ARR to HW pipeline.
