Nice little review. Can't wait to see that on the range.
Just got this in the pistol version to go with my G19...my CCW allows me to travel with this loaded and concealed...it’s my get home, truck gun...if stuff go down I can take this and hand my wife the G19 if needed....
very nice i like the price
I put a geissele 4.5 in mine run 500 rounds with no problems
Man I'm gotstin ta get one of these for my wife...throw a can on there...maybe I'll just get me one too👍
🇺🇸'Murcia!!
Wanted to see what the bolt Assembly looks like !!?
well I know what I'm buying next paycheck.
very nice
Ok, in the video I can see the upper receiver is not lining up with the picatinny part of the m-look rail, the alinement is off,, can you discuss that? One of my main issues,, thank you!
It happens sometimes on certain guns. I haven't tried to change it because we just slapped a reflex sight on it and called it good. It would only be an issue if you are trying to run iron sights.
I LIKE it!
classic is awesome....the amd63 (granted not a true 63 by purists definition) is for you.
Does anyone know if a folding mech can be added to the FX9?
Thank you!!
+DaveandDebe no problem
How about a side by side with the CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 Carbine?
+Elite Ammunition, Jay Wolf CZ doesn't work with us unfortunately.
I like mine VERY MUCH.😁😎
I am drooling! I would love to have a carbine companion to my G19. Originally I wanted a Kel Tec SUB2000 but they are near impossible to find new and the $200+ markup over retail is disheartening. With all these new AR platform models coming out it has been a plus but with prices ranging from $800-$1,600 I just look the other way. For that much I'd rather buy a 5.56 AR. At $599 this definitely looks promising especially if the price goes down with time. Can't wait till you guys shoot it. Oh, when I saw the barrel I was thinking the same thing. Having a heavy barrel on it is great.
my LGS got a bunch of sub2k gen 2s in a few months ago. me and a buddy each bought one brand new $499 each.
I wanna get one sooo bad
The only thing that kept me away was the fact that this is the only upper that'll fit on the lower.
_Thinking you can't carry that 9 mm conceal, but still sweet! Thanks!_
Just need some JNCOs for easy concealment
Right lmao
Beside you know that there are the backbone of the army.
Would you say the FX-9 is a reliable firearm? I'm considering purchasing one, but I'm on the fence due to some reviews saying they experienced issues with certain magazines and ammunition.
See pur range videos. We've reviewed all three variants.
I just got my FX9 and was a bit dismayed that the mag that comes with it does not drop free and i bought a Block 33 round mag and it too does not drop free. The 17 round Clock mags though do drop free. I bought a 31 round ETS mag but it hasn't got here yet...it is a fun gun to shoot, but for competition i really need the mags to drop free...did yours end up dropping free after awhile?
Take a look at our shooting impressions video. We tested a bunch of different mags.
I like the carbine, but I have problems loading my magazines they are too tight and doesn't drop freely, any advice?
I have the same issue if mags are completely full, and with the cheaper mags, no troubles with Glock mags
minor quibble but the finish and lettering look super rough.
I noticed that as well, especially on the right side of the mag well near the bottom. And how about that big scratch near the rear take-down pin?
Very nice, I'm comparing the fx9 to the palmetto state armory PA X9.
Any feed back would be great. thanks.
We haven't handled the PSA so I can't compare.
Gio Renaud Well one huge difference is this lower only fits this upper. Whereas the PSA is more "mil spec" and you can change uppers.
Well, since you seem to like guns from Slovakia (GP) you may want to have a look at Bark 9 from Balko Firearms.
W're on the list for a Striborg from Grand Power
A1?
Yes. Heavy barrels are always better. The latest trend of pencil barrels is ridiculous. Barrels can get burned out pretty easily.
I want one very badly
We got you www.classicfirearms.com/fx9-semi-auto-9mm-rifle-glock-mag-compatible
Pretty cool. The prices are decent as well. I like pistol caliber carbines to save on hearing, and they do the job very well.
Perfect👍
I got rid of my Sub 2000 (Glock 19 mag) because the trigger would NOT fast fire and just got my FX-9... totally impressed! Slapped on an old red dot that was zeroed in on another rifle and was amazed it needed no adjustment. That tells me the quality is good and it fast fires great with the quick trigger pull technique... nice trigger. The AR similarity is great when going from my AR-15's to the FX-9. I think it's a winner! Great companion to my Glock 19 and 17. And IMHO the Sub 2000's feel like a toy and are overrated and over priced.
this might be a dumb question but I'm relatively new to all this, does the FX 9 require a tax stamp? I live in Ohio and I'd love to get my hands on this!
+Keith Gross I don't know if Ohio has any related laws, but no tax stamp required by the feds.
Graham Baates thanks man!
+Keith Gross no problem!
Does this take standard AR barrel nuts?
+Nick Taylor I don't know
I just wish they would make this in a .40 Cal. tho. =(
IKR? Love my .40... no love for the caliber of choice :(
#ClassicFirearms needs to give me my money back after 3 weeks of not sending me my fire arm...
Thats all.
What does that have to do with this gun?
@@GBGuns EVERYTHING, being that it is captioned in the HEADER.
@@pidro46 I didn't realize this was a Classic Firearms video, that's just where I got mine from.
Watch out, angry comment incoming: Nice video Graham, but the company is "ordnance", with out the "i". Just that, have a good day :)
Good catch!
while were playing that game, the owners manual spelled maintenance wrong on every page at the top.
We’re playing the game
