I like that you're not afraid of demonstrating things you haven't completely mastered - very relatable! But what you _can_ do really well is pretty mind-blowing also.
I love my dip bars, I can do so many workouts on them. Since I got them a few months ago I’ve noticed sus h a difference in my pushing strength and my chest is more jacked!
• 5 minute warmup + some mobility exercise (scap shrugs 2:15, scap pulls 2:21) • 15 minutes of skill training: commit yourself to one skill and practice that (shoulder stand 2:37, croc 2:58, pull overs 3:31) • pick 3 to 4 exercises and do 12 to 15 reps for three to four sets ( - strength: extended rom push up/core 3:59, row 4:33, modified dip 5:05, - core: l-sit 7:13, v-sit 7:16, elbow l-sit 7:22, core compression drill 7:31) • finish with some core, a cool down, some mobility and some stretching (hip mobility drill 7:46, hip mobility 8:00, shoulder/upper back 8:30)
This makes me so excited to use mine. I just ordered them & will get them tomorrow! I've been dying to invest in these since the beginning of my fitness journey! Thanks for showing all the modifications! 😊
I don't think anyones ever done this, but could you do an entire 5 or 3 days workout routines on Parallel Bars only? That would be insane because I've never come across one! :) PB are awesome!
i’ve been postponing getting a set of these.. and this is a nice video to get me to spending the money…..pfffff. :P that aside…. thanks for this. good vídeo with a pretty reasonable plethora of movements to practice..and try to get under my belt. cheers from portugal
Love the video! I have a set of smaller bars that come just below my knee cap when I stand beside them. Could you please make a video on how to use those please. I am a beginner at calisthenics and want to use what I have before buying more things.
Great Video, I have a pair of dip bars myself, you have given me some new moves to try, thanks. I have been doing Calisthenics for under a year now, to be honest not much progress has been made (have been working out three days a week, each time for an hour and a half of exercises, push-ups, pull-ups, leg raises on dip bars, and so on, I do eat alot of sugar (sweets, chocolate), do you think this is why my progress is bad, feel's like I am just burning off the sugar intake between exercises days? I also have a hip issue (if I try leg raises my left hip clicks when legs go down), a left side scapula winging problem that puts my body out of sink on pull-ups, and push-ups, and a right knee that clicks on squats, then feels weak after, any advice? Thank you for your time, you have a very nice body, which shows how much of a hardworker you are. Sincerely Guy.
Hi Summer, what size bars would you recommend - I notice there are ones recommended for your height, but also the XXL noted for calisthenics. I’m a beginner and am 168cm tall (5’6”). Love your instructions and videos!

@@Summerfunfitness cheers! I got a some off facebook market place but they are so narrow it is frustrating as I can't do any pull ups like you showed in the video. Now will have to het something else.
I noticed the feet up trainer in the background. I am comfortable enough with inversions using that and thought it may carry over to the dip bars. NOPE. Maybe the bars are too high? Any pointers you could be provide would be most appreciated.

I was hoping you'd kick up into a handstand on those. Or L-sit to handstand.
Amazing, thanks for sharing. Any size guide on the bar? I am 170cm tall.

Kind of wishing I didn’t sell my dip bars years ago when I fell out of fitness
meravigliosa
👍👍👍
I didn't realize you can use it to stretch too
They have some dip bars in my apt gym but no one knows how to use them lol
Everyones dip bars seem to be really stable...but mine. Mine are wobbly 😂
