I started following you about a year and a half ago and am starting to go back through your channel to revisit all of your workouts. I see my comment below about being recently postpartum and doing these. These little bite-sized workouts are just as challenging now as they were then and I appreciate all the time you've taken to give out such useful, free information. Your channel isn't like anything I've seen on the internet! Keep it up, I'm loving your style
I know this is an old video but I have been binge watching your videos and you're really making me wanting to try calisthenics. I know it will take a very long time to get on your level but I'm up for the challenge. Thanks for being so positive and inspiring
@@FruityVivi Was it worth it? I am obsessed with all of her videos and I want to buy her 8 week beginner and handstand program, haha. It is a bit pricey, though 😅
For anyone wondering about that: it’s definitely worth it! Be prepared to really take enough time. Four workouts per week that typically last longer than stated - at least for me. But so much worth it, and nice people around there. ❤️
Do it ! Just begin and continue to practice. It's a wonderful revelation. I've done the same, ...through yoga vinyasa. It's awesome. I have a six-pack Very little body fat Really good flexibility, High strength and flexibility Good nutrition ! Zero drugs 65 yo Loving life Do it !
Thank you SO much for this! I have been eating up your content and you have me super excited about calisthenics! I love your mentality toward working out and your opening line in this video made me go "Yes! This is it!". I'm currently trying to undo 4 years of having a mostly desk job! I hadn't realized how immobile I had become. I am in my late 20's now and though a part of me feels I'm too "old" to be really fit again I will ignore that and continue moving!! Thank you again for the content and motivation!
I started out with random Pilates and a bit of strengthening here and there, during Covid, at age 43. Now, I have started my Calisthenics journey, systematically, a few weeks ago. Good thing about starting with sports above the age of 40, you don’t feel that your best years, physically speaking, have gone by. I have always had weak muscles and never moved my body, and now I am already stronger than ever before, and excited to see how far I can get.
Wasnt gonna workout today because im still sore from your other workout but I couldn’t help myself. This one felt good! And thank you for adding stretches I often forget to stretch and then cramp up or get super sore and most youtubers dont remind you to stretch
Years of working on mobility and strength, never seen someone drop so many useful details that somehow seem to stick in memory when I train. Gonna keep liking and commenting:) Thanks again!
Top quality content - as always! Thank you 😊 I can't believe it took me so long to find your channel! I've only recently started into calisthenics with some consistency. Currently concentrating on the basics - pull-ups, push-ups, dips rows and feeling the difference already after probably only 6 weeks. Your videos are great for both information and inspiration!
You're such a badass and truly inspirational! Thank you so much for sharing your 'Beginning Pull Up Workout!' I seriously appreciate you sharing your knowledge and it's so exciting to see a woman like you who's an expert at calisthenics. I can't wait to start on my pull up journey tomorrow!
I just recently discover your content and you deserve more than one million suscribers. You are like squatuniverse in the sense that both of you have knowledge and describes us all about the exercises that your are teaching, and prevent us to injure. As a 17 girl I admire you so much ❤ (im learning english, so sorry if there's any mistake)
Thanks so much for your precise workout! I Love accuracy! Haven't found a better one to train core, including stretches. Love the progressions you Show AS Well. Most of all, I Like your positive Attitude overall - its a pleasure to watch your videos ❤
Hey, those look like Thompson Okanagan hills! Just found your channel yesterday, and so stoked I did! I have been looking for a kind of fitness to help with my mobility and strength, and this looks looks like it! I too always wanted to be a gymnast, but growing up in a small town in the BC interior, it just wasn't an option then. I spent many days in the yard trying to do splits and handstands, and I miss that! Looking forward to getting fit and strong! 😁
Puh! Both body rocks were the hardest for me. Im going to try it a second time now. Thank you for your videos! Done a 2nd time :) I will try and implement this as my Thursday pre-workout-workout.
I do the plank in the same way as you, squeezing my shoulder blades up and transferring more weight to my hands. the back looks kind of rounded from the side)) lol this is a really good option to burn your core! but some people tell me that I’m doing it wrong, since my back should be straight. it’s written in the textbook)) what do you say to this? how to explain that this option works and this is another option!) Thank you!
You are so motivating! I m on a mission to obtain a strong core and be able to do handstands and cool calisthenics like you! Do they have coaches or specific training facilities one can go to? Or should I just do your videos?
You are sooooooooooooooo beautiful, heavenly, irresistible, can watch you all day whatever you say...... apart from that i am very much inspired by your workouts, trying to follow them. Thank you for existing.
I have a serious question. Do you fitness content creators, when you don't film, put on full dress fitness clothes when you do this short couple minutes workouts? I always feel lazy changing clothes for that, but no one talks about this 😂😂😂
I’m 67 years old and I just did it! 🎉
I did it. I feel like I'm gonna vomit, but I did it, woopeey

My core, core workout
Workout starts at 4:46
I do the plank in the same way as you, squeezing my shoulder blades up and transferring more weight to my hands. the back looks kind of rounded from the side)) lol this is a really good option to burn your core! but some people tell me that I’m doing it wrong, since my back should be straight. it’s written in the textbook)) what do you say to this? how to explain that this option works and this is another option!) I dit it!! Thank youuu

Can such a short workout really strengthen my core? (Obviously, if being done regularly)
Mam please guide me , my back is arching even more when I do first pose , my body focus is not getting at core but at my back ???
somewhere around 1:20 sound drops significantly, the same at 2:13
Thank you 🙏🤩👏👏😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
How many times/reps should one do this? :)
Awesome core workout. Should this be done everyday or every other day for best results?
You could do it everyday or you could swap between this one and my 7 minute one.
returning here today
❤❤❤❤❤
🔥🔥🔥
💞💞💞
❤
Curious how long the breaks are in between the different exercises... ?
There aren't any breaks. But if you need some, just pause the video. It is however, meant to be a follow along.
Just as I feared 😊. Thanks!
I can not figure out how to get rid of my "wierd loof thing" when i activate my core. Does someone have any suggestions?
What do u mean by loof?
You are sooooooooooooooo beautiful, heavenly, irresistible, can watch you all day whatever you say...... apart from that i am very much inspired by your workouts, trying to follow them. Thank you for existing.
here today
Anazing thumbnail.
I did all but the rocking hollow body on my stomach :(
I have a serious question. Do you fitness content creators, when you don't film, put on full dress fitness clothes when you do this short couple minutes workouts?
I always feel lazy changing clothes for that, but no one talks about this 😂😂😂
Hello dear pretty, I am follower of your chaîne, please when you make videos put the chronometer on the screen shot thank you.
Great workout, but too many ads
Your eyes are so precious
you can see the focus on her face
I just realised this is 2 years old and the masked zombies walking past were still hiding out from nothing.
BEst trainer
Everything is perfect, but sound. You need a better mic.
