Just made this chicken with the wife for my parents and grandparents that came over. They were just as impressed as I was! Appreciate you Todd and Kim!
Hello Todd Toven you have prepared something delicious again. I am always amazed at what you have with you so all the finished ingredients in the supermarket. I wish you all a nice weekend and many greetings from Hamburg Germany 🇩🇪
Todd, first time doing anything like this OB my Blackstone that came with my new Jayco RV. Seriously people couldn’t stop talking about them. You made me look really good.
Just got done watching you make this, the Colorado Cajun, and a Gorda over in Odessa on Saturday on your tour. First time seeing ya live. Really enjoyed it Todd! You work hard out there putting a show and it was worth the trip (and the sunburn....LOL. The ride home on the bike I forgot to add sunblock.....BUT STILL WORTH IT!)
Todd my gridle brother. When you was in the Cincinnati area, my wife and I talked with you briefly about making these tacos. And how I remembered everything but the SEASONING! Haha Im glad to know that even the griddle pros have brain fog now and then! XD
@@praisehisawesomename just made them again tonight. This time remembering everything! My wife says I've redeemed myself. Epic tacos! Thanks for the recipe!
Hi Todd I just upgraded from a 17 inch adventure-ready griddle to a 22 inch adventure-ready griddle the new one with the orange grip and srand. Happy Father's day.
Stewart. Long time no see! I appreciate you checking in. I was so bummed they didn't schedule us up north this year. We were in SoCal and it just didn't feel the same, to say the least. God bless!
Hey, Tim. Sadly, Todd stopped by California in the beginning of the Griddle More Tour earlier this year. We hope to make it out there again next year! For the remaining tour dates, check out the “Events” tab on our Facebook page. We hope this clears things up a bit. Have a wonderful day!
I go with both, first I put the meat, then sauteed onion and then white onion with cilantro. I prefer Tapatio and make the crema out of sour cream, mayo, lime and a little sprinkle of chili powder.
Hi there - I am not familiar with it. We live up in Monument (between Colorado Springs and Castle Rock) so I'm not familiar with the history of the downtown. I appreciate you watching though!
Looks awesome! Getting closer and closer to elk season. I keep thinking I will open up my dm and see the invite, but it just hasnt happened yet. All good buddy, I know you are busy. Sooo .... when ya get time : )
Corns the best flour doesn't have the taste and if you heat up the corn tortillas they become very plyable and I also like the tortilla a little crunchy so I always go corn.
I feel like I should've got a black stone instead of a pit boss griddle. I have to baby the thing, the black stone looks bullet proof. If I used that metal shit on my griddle it would look like Freddy Krueger cooked on it
@@praisehisawesomename I found queso cotija and just made these. One of the top blackstone recipes I’ve made excellent recipe Todd!! I had to hide the rest before I ate 3 pounds of chicken plus the fixins!
We actually do use the red onion quite a bit. They weren’t available the day that I made this video though! Also if you go way back into my videos you’ll notice that one of my many old nicknames was The Reverend of Red Onion! I appreciate you watching.
I don't like any meat chopped and shredded to death ,same with pulled pork leave it in chunks not a fan of the shred, looked good though will leave mine as strips.
That is mmmm no... precooked chicken. drowned Walmart salsa, tortillas cooked incorrect. this is not cooking this is warming up . What is the point of the grill if yournot making your own chicken. yeah i know internet troll but just sad
Acckkk! Frozen pre cooked chicken breasts have no business within a country mile of a proper street taco. And Mission tortillas, which are like Wonder Bread. I am sure they taste fine, but those are NOT street tacos. Yuck.
Just made this chicken with the wife for my parents and grandparents that came over. They were just as impressed as I was! Appreciate you Todd and Kim!
You got us to try more variations of tacos from the griddle. Thanks for showing us the technique. God Bless
This will be something to try…for sure!!! It’s all about those little touches that make your dishes sound delicious.
Thank you, Zeb!!!!! Have a great weekend!
These have become my family's favorite tacos. We have tried LOTS of other recipes. Thank you and glad you're doing better Sir. Cheers from Texas!

Love MY Blackstone. Praise God!
The towel holder magnet!!! I need that asap
Absolutely awesome Street tacos, Todd!! I am going to do the chicken in the sauce like you did. That takes a big trip to flavortown.
Right on. I love going to Flavortown. I appreciate you going there with me!
Love your creativity and love for cooking.
Never hurts to use store bought items to save time .
New here.I subscribed to follow... 👍 Thanks 🙏
Pagosa Springs is one of my favorite towns! We were just there in February 🥰

First time watching your recipes looks absolutely delicious….just noticed on your side handles with silicone covers where can your get those
Hoping you make it out to California one of these days on your tour.

You, awesome recipe, thanks for sharing 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸😀
You bet! Thanks for watching!
Thank YOU, Christeen!!!!!!!!
Will make with leftover smoked brisket and pickled red onions. Also prefer my flour tortillas quickly heated and charred over gas stove flame. Thanks!
Go to Kips Grill in Pagosa, best salsa ever!
Do you ever tour?
I have to make these!!
we're making these tonight!
Thanks for watching, John. I hope you enjoyed them!
@@praisehisawesomename we loved them. They're going to be a staple meal now
have you ever been on tour?

I am totally new to the griddle. I have the 36” Blackstone and wonder how long a propane take will last if I have all 4 burners on med?
Did they ever rebuild that feed store there in downtown Pagosa Springs.

Todd, does the griddle tour ever come to Central Florida?
Hi, Jim! Not this year. This year was Pensacola. Every year is different.
Hey. Are you on tour?
Woohoo. Yup, every year. We just finished the tour Sunday.
Yummm frozen unseasoned chicken
Perfect !!
THE Kevin Long in the house? Thanks!!

Amaze
So does he get paid every time he mentions his “tour “
Hey do you ever go out on tour?
Yes! Yes, I do :)
Precooked chicken. Pre-made salsa. Pre-made tortillas. Store bought hot sauce. Congratulations, you're a microwave.
Just so you know...505 is basically THROW-UP in a Jar! The only Chile is Pueblo Chile homie!
Genius idea on the precooked chicken. We camp in a van and raw chicken can be a hazard.
Ever hear of cooking your own chicken and saving it for later use?…WOW I know right?
They were good when we had them at Effingham
Larry ! Effingham! What a great day. Thanks for watching!
Nice…made these on my channel
Where is this chicken street?
Corns the best flour doesn't have the taste and if you heat up the corn tortillas they become very plyable and I also like the tortilla a little crunchy so I always go corn.
Everyone in the comments losing their mind over frozen precooked chicken drowned in sauce from a jar.
❤️👍👍👍👍👍👍
Those look so good 😊 🤤🤤🤤😳😳😳🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😋😋😋😋😋
🔥
I am on tour
I feel like I should've got a black stone instead of a pit boss griddle. I have to baby the thing, the black stone looks bullet proof. If I used that metal shit on my griddle it would look like Freddy Krueger cooked on it
Tyson🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
A real cook would cook his own meat.
Would it be offensive to use Parmesan lol It’s just me so a whole block of cotija would go to waste
Do it!!!!!
@@praisehisawesomename I found queso cotija and just made these. One of the top blackstone recipes I’ve made excellent recipe Todd!! I had to hide the rest before I ate 3 pounds of chicken plus the fixins!
Flour tortillas?! Frozen chicken?! Enchilada sauce to marinade?! WTH?! This is just so wrong on so many levels!
Use a red onion it is much better
We actually do use the red onion quite a bit. They weren’t available the day that I made this video though! Also if you go way back into my videos you’ll notice that one of my many old nicknames was The Reverend of Red Onion! I appreciate you watching.
The chicken is already cooked and season. You just heated it up. SMH
Bro you lost me at flour tortillas and frozen chicken. Bye Falicia!
Precooked chicken. Dear God, NO.
Thesse must be white tacos.....we would never use any of this junk to make tacos
I don't like any meat chopped and shredded to death ,same with pulled pork leave it in chunks not a fan of the shred, looked good though will leave mine as strips.
......
should have just made beef shells instead of bashing a Mexican traditional dish. somebody's stomach is going to hurt.
I’m Mexican and these are not street tacos
Ummmmm yeahhhh... go ahead and pass on the precooked, frozen chicken.
these aren’t street tacos, if in any case they belong on the streets floor, watch me make some of your food (sausages) with some picaditas
That is mmmm no... precooked chicken. drowned Walmart salsa, tortillas cooked incorrect. this is not cooking this is warming up . What is the point of the grill if yournot making your own chicken.
yeah i know internet troll but just sad
Why use crappy chicken?
Because he is cooking at Walmart for a crowd and cooking quickly. He explained that, but you would rather criticize than pay attention.
That's good shit
Frozen chicken? Hmmm no thanks
Acckkk! Frozen pre cooked chicken breasts have no business within a country mile of a proper street taco. And Mission tortillas, which are like Wonder Bread. I am sure they taste fine, but those are NOT street tacos. Yuck.
I can’t do it frozen meat.
