I love the Seekers and I grew up in the 1960s living in Melbourne at the time . They have aged gracefully and I wish them well and thanks for their music over the last 50 + years.
The Carnival is Over is such a POWERFUL song. It was sung at my husbands funeral in 2013 as it was one of his favourites. It was also sung at my mums funeral 2 years ago on 20 November 2021.
As a young lad this were the 1st band I ever noticed in 1963 when aged 5 , and in primary school, never find another you, or as dad would say" he's always singing that lost sheep song".
Think about this....Karen Carpenter,Michelle of the Mommas and Pappas and there's this beautiful effortless Judith Durham. I was 15 in '65 and she just won my heart-and I'm 72!!!!!

Fantastická group.
I regret that I never saw/heard the Seekers in concert. Their music will live forever in recording and for that we are all blessed.
Still an extraordinary group...I wish I had the opportunity to see them live and i'm 65yrs old!

All the music is awesome to listen to but coming from an american, the best song I think is, I am Australian.
