I believe constipation happens also to the factors that the blood around the intestines can not be enough to cause the intestines to work properly. I've tried about everything. MiraLax and psyllium don't work. Magnesium quit working. Cascara sagrada, senna, and Dulcolax don't work. Prunes are up next, oh, but I kinda hate prunes. Thanks for this video. It was encouraging, as I worried I was fixin' to die from constipation.
I have had chronic constipation since I was 2 and the longest period I have gone without pooping is 1 month. Usually my constipation lasts for 2 weeks and then goes back to normal and after say 1 week-1 month I have it again. I also have to take medicine to poop. I take Movical, Metamucil, Laxide and Colyxl. I also don't think I will be able to do a blood test because I have trypanophobia.

STRESS - everytime I move adapting to a new environment. I also have IBS & a low FODMAP diet has less fibre(no prunes,wheat . I can't digest apples. Etc..) so I must take laxatives). I do a lot of meditations to relax . Walk everyday but still..

Fibre is my son's worst enemy and actually causes his constipation even though he drinks a minimum of 2 litres of water per day. He has slow motility and his ascending, transverse and descending large colon is where his constipation is. Never in the rectum. 🤔

I have been having problems for over a year now. I was told I have 7% function in my gall bladder so I removed fat from my diet. I've tried stretches, yoga, laxatives, stool softeners, prunes,, magnesium citrate,, gluten free, fodmap diet, 2 liters of water, 20-30grams of fiber, endoscopy, colonoscopy, gastric emptying scan[gastroparesis diagnosis], ultrasounds, blood work. All I eat now is eggs, potatoes, fish, veggies and beans. My stools are always soft but I never have an urge to go anymore. They feel dry even after consuming so much water. I have fissure now. Botox injections didnt work and neither do creams that were prescribed to me. I've seen 4 GI doctors but they never find anything..all they do is prescribe something new and say "see me in 6 weeks" the only thing left is maybe i dont get enough Physical Activity? I dont know how much longer I can do this
Palm oil which is what crisco is made of. It would help lubricate intestines. I don't think the body is able to absorb it or store it because it doesn't liquify easily it takes higher heat to melt it. Everything melts on the counter in the summer except the crisco.

When l eat fruit for 2 days, l am back to normal. Heavy metal toxicity and resulting low thyroid causes constipation, lack of hydration, movement or animal products and all grains like rice etc cause constipation.

Plz help 🙏. I am having chronic constipation from last 5 years. Because of laxative abuse. I can't poop without taking laxative, I am dependent on them everyday. edited, after 1 year of deciplined diet of fruits and salad for first half day and normal solid food for the other half , i am much better now.
How did u stop using laxative and become normal? Laxative is my life saver. I only poop when I take laxative. I tried not to take laxative for 1 week, 1 week I didn’t pass stool😭😭😭

I dk if it will work but please try a "fresh" fruit and dark veg smoothie ( spinach, kale etc) every day...or no other food for a few days just smoothies. If it works you may want to just drink smoothies from now on and forget the food ....our food supply is so tainted anyway.

I believe constipation happens also to the factors that the blood around the intestines can not be enough to cause the intestines to work properly. I mean that blood must make a movement all over the body from heart to muscles to eye muscles to backbones to brain to kidneys, liver feet and intestines.
Also the energy to defecate that depends on several factors from minerals to sleep time - perhaps jetlag- even mitochondria power.

Usually my constipation lasts for 2 weeks and then goes back to normal and after say 1 week-1 month I have it again. I also have to take medicine to poop. I take Movical, Metamucil, Laxide and Colyxl. I also don't think I will be able to do a blood test because I have trypanophobia.

Fibre is my son's worst enemy and actually causes his constipation even though he drinks a minimum of 2 litres of water per day. He has slow motility and his ascending, transverse and descending large colon is where his constipation is. Never in the rectum. 🤔

I have been having problems for over a year now. I was told I have 7% function in my gall bladder so I removed fat from my diet. I've tried stretches, yoga, laxatives, stool softeners, prunes,, magnesium citrate,, gluten free, fodmap diet, 2 liters of water, 20-30grams of fiber, endoscopy, colonoscopy, gastric emptying scan[gastroparesis diagnosis], ultrasounds, blood work. All I eat now is eggs, potatoes, fish, veggies and beans. My stools are always soft but I never have an urge to go anymore. They feel dry even after consuming so much water. I have fissure now. Botox injections didnt work and neither do creams that were prescribed to me. I've seen 4 GI doctors but they never find anything..all they do is prescribe something new and say "see me in 6 weeks" the only thing left is maybe i dont get enough Physical Activity? I dont know how much longer I can do this

Palm oil which is what crisco is made of. It would help lubricate intestines. I don't think the body is able to absorb it or store it because it doesn't liquify easily it takes higher heat to melt it. Everything melts on the counter in the summer except the crisco.

When l eat fruit for 2 days, l am back to normal. Heavy metal toxicity and resulting low thyroid causes constipation, lack of hydration, movement or animal products and all grains like rice etc cause constipation.

I dk if it will work but please try a "fresh" fruit and dark veg smoothie ( spinach, kale etc) every day...or no other food for a few days just smoothies. If it works you may want to just drink smoothies from now on and forget the food ....our food supply is so tainted anyway.
