@ dr. Sten Ekberg What can we do to heal the Leaky Gut? I know i have it, with all the allergies i have and my 2 diabetic and i have a stoma. But how can i help to heal myself and can i heal from it?
Thank you so much Dr. Ekberg for all the information you provide us with. We are very lucky to have you on RUclips and helping us. I’m in my mid 20s and started getting acne around a year ago. I tried so many things but it’s getting worse and the scars are damaging my skin. I’m vegetarian and I even cut dairy out of my diet. If you can suggest anything specially nutritious foods to eat as a vegetarian. Once again thank you so much Doc.😊😊
1. Digestive problems 2. Nutritional deficiencies 3. Multiple allergies 4. Skin rashes 5. Poor immune system 6. Autoimmune diseases 7. Arthritis or joint pain 8. Cravings 9. Brain issues 10. Chronic fatigue A million thanks for all of your videos, Dr. Sten. 💖
Here’s what saved me from my leaky gut and severe inflammation, arthritis and auto-immune disorder. I got rid of sugar and all processed food and started fasting. It’s sounds intimidating but it gets easier once you’re committed and the results are irrefutable.
@@theonlychild4719 I’m sorry to hear you go through that. I didn’t binge but I did use food for comfort and when I was bored. First, I’m not a doctor and this is just based on my experience so I would highly recommend you talk to your doctor and do some research on your own. Having said that, I would say get rid of sugar and processed food (which are all filled with sugar) first. Don’t do anything else until you’re detoxed. It takes a month or two and it’s hard but then you won’t crave sugar at all, and I mean at all. Sugar makes you hungry, is addictive and makes you crave more sugar and gives you mood swings and worsens anxiety and depression (among many other awful side effects). Fasting helps those things too. I used to have terrible anxiety and these changes have stabilized my mood, made me feel positive and helps me deal with stress so much more easily. If you can get to that point then I would look into fasting, I shared what I do in the comments above but my journey is still evolving. Also, it’s not your fault. Food companies are downright evil and manipulative. They want you hooked on sugar because then you eat more, you buy more high-priced processed food and then you end up in the equally evil and expensive diet industry and round and round you go. They don’t want people avoiding the middle aisles and spending less and they definitely don’t want people start fasting. You are nothing but dollars and cents to them and they couldn’t care less that they are slowly poisoning you. Remember that unless you make it, it probably has sugar in it. Good luck, I sincerely wish the best for you.
I am a 74 years old female diagnosed with osteo arthritis and osteopetrosis 10 years ago. In chronic pain and on pain killers daily. 6 years ago, I started a journey of cutting out sugar. I followed Dr Dr Ekberg's video's. I avoided anything in a box (processed foods) I shopped only in the vegetable isle and the meat and dairy isle. I stopped milk except sugar free almond and coconut milk, but ate high fat Greek yoghurt , full fat cheese All my pains left me.I can climb stairs power walk, jog for a minute or two. I stopped all medications .I feel 20 years younger I also can fast breakfast and sometimes lunch as well because this HFLC; high fat low carb) eating takes away food cravings.
Jacqueline, please tell me how you did it...I can do without sugar but not sweets, that's my problem. Went in for tests, they say I have parathyroid problems now..seeing all kinds of Dr. Getting scared.
@@dianepetersen2961 I can get rid of sugar and sweet cravings when I eat plenty of animal fat---at least a cube of butter a day. Helps with sleep also--8-10 hours a night. Feel so much better. Our adrenals and brain neet the animal fat.
Almond and coconut milks are not milk. I make my own almond beverage, with two and a half cups of almonds (soaked overnight in water) and next day, blended with water in the licuadizer, (blender). I realized that commercial "Almond milk" contains 3% of almonds, should I say, almond paste only. What they sell in supermarkets is just fraud.
@@dianepetersen2961 Exercise (like swimming) helps a lot, together with diet. I have hypothyroidism and I need to recover my health. I am 73 years old and don't eat flour, sweets, chocs (ocassionally), milk, bread, etc. I have to take Eutirox and I do hope to stop taking it some day. WHEAT is terrible because it contains gluten, which produces leaking guts, Diverticulitis. Also, drinking water helps a lot.
@@Buildbeautiful Her quality of life could probably be better though if she didn’t smoke or drink. I could smoke or drink too and probably live to 80+, but I’d be in and out of the doctors office and on medication and pills. I’d rather eliminate those things and live a pain-free life. 👍🏻
It's amazing and sad how the population is subtly taught to treat symptoms instead of changing their diets away from inflammatory foods. There's too much money to be made in keeping people sick 🤦♀️🤷♀️
Once again, incredible education! Thank you. I've recently studied about 200 hrs on leaky gut , what it is, symptoms, causes, and how to fix. Most of the material I've read repeats itself over and over. THIS video not only had new info, it also explained the info I already had. Dr Ekberg, thank you so so much.
I owe this man. The rest of my life. I followed his diabetic recommendation on his videos . And my diabetes2 is almost gone .I went from 500 for years down to 110 average.. just like he said leave the sugar and carbs alone and the fake sweeteners and intermittent fasting using tree nuts for snacks and eating only one meal a day with a lot of meat and vegetables and it worked for me
Unfortunatley that hasn't worked for me - I gave up on Dec 24th and am no better in any way. I actually thought it was alcohol making my IBS worse and it's no different. I actually think now it's chocolate and I only eat dark.
@@Heinz57ish Alcohol, added sugars and dairy are triggers for inflammation. And that means any food product that is made with sugars and dairy, as well. Give it time. A few months may not be long enough to reverse your symptoms, so be patient - you're worth it!!
@@Heinz57ish Yes we all have to "audit" our own health and pinpoint where the problem is. As far as alcohol I was a pretty heavy drinker and stopped for 50 days. Didn't see any significant weight loss or surplus of energy. Good sleep wasn't consistent either. But now I know 12+ years of binge drinking wasn't gonna be fixed in 50 days. More like a year minimum 3 months. Anyway the best of luck with your IBS I hope it's better now.
The inflammation and rheumatoid arthritis has been killing me for the past year but you’ve explained it so well that now I have achieved understanding, on the matter, better than ever!! I’ve completely changed my lifestyle and eating habits and I am beginning to miraculously see and feel progress! Thank you so much for what you do!
@@EllenFarrellEnergyMedicine I’ve bn eating organic for > than 20 yrs, my mum brought our family up eating this way….she would go to the farm shop etc. Yes, it’s lots healthier for you, but tbh, it won’t harm you, make symptoms worse, but I don’t think organic makes symptoms better either!! Of course there’s many variables in this equation!! X
What an excellent video again! Thanks a lot Dr.Ekberg! For those who complain about the length of thé videos on this channel: please stop consuming, the purpose is to understand the issues and this is precisely what I particularly like with Dr.Ekberg. Everything is perfectly explained.
Thank you Steph Manier. I really appreciate your feedback. I'm so glad you understand the purpose of videos that are more than 5 min. That's why you are walking away a different person and they are not.😄

I noticed vitiligo beginning on my fingers, the palms of my hands, and underarms about a year and a half ago. I changed my diet to heal my gut. No wheat, dairy, sugar, no nightshade vegetables, only grass finished meats, and only healthy oils that I have seen on your channel. The vitiligo has halted, but the spots themselves have never gone away. It was a difficult transition for me because my family still wanted to eat the traditional American diet. I have remained steadfast and I don't regret it. I have beautiful hair and skin, great workouts, and lost 16 pounds of fat. Also started more meditation and cold showers and my immune system has not let me down. Thank you for waking people up to leaky gut! It is real and a serious problem for thousands.
Mine started after taking antibiotics. I would recommend taking slippery elm, licorice root DGL (has to be dgl) , marshmallow root. To heal the gut. Gingko biloba helped mine stop spreading altogether. Green tea (throw in some fresh ginger) Turmeric with maybe almond milk or water if you can down it Blackstrap molasses Drink water stores in a copper jug or cup Psoralea corylifolia if you can find a cream with this then use that there are a lot from indian companies such as “verdura” and are quite cheap. Oh and main thing for me was sit in the sun whenever possible as I found that doctors told me the opposite however my skin regimented in the sun the most. Do not take gingko biloba and black seed oil together and try not to mix any potent herbs. Do look into these things and see how they benefit you. Apologies it’s not all in order just trying to throw out all the information I can as I remember. Good luck

I literally have all these 10 signs. Im in my early 20s and in college my acne got extremely bad, horrible cystic acne, got psoriasis, skin rashes and eczema, and many food/envirorment allergies. I was dependent on caffeine to get me through the day, I ate a lot of sugary snacks and literally felt my face and body swollen. Im 23, very active and I am already feeling joint stiffness :( ... I've slowly been learning a lot about gut health and have changed my habits with eating and have noticed a difference (still have a long way to go and really need more discipline). Not having regular medical access is also a factor. Anyway, this has caused me so much stress and has really impacted my self esteem. It sucks because I dont see any of my friends/ anyone else my age going through this, its just so hard. This video was so helpful and I feel so much more motivated to keep going
I am so glad you are putting your energy this way, learning about your beautiful body while you can really improve, and have a healthy, happy life : ). And don’t think for a second you’re alone in this - the workd is catching on to the poisons (sugars/seed oils) in our grocery aisles. Here’s to a solid meal of home-cooked meat, variety of veggies, and berries for dessert. Or skip that last part, not so necessary.
I was 22 when I was lucky enough to have a friend refer me to a holistic doc. Regular doc just tested and concluded to unexplained arthritis and chronic fatigue syndrome. No YT back then. Going on a strict diet for a month of veg only (and I mean only, except for water) then eating how suggested here saved me from a lifetime of deteriorating pain. 25 years later I’m still cow dairy, gluten and corn free 100%. I can cheat a bit with some fun gf stuff once in a while and it seems ok. Anytime I really go off track, it all comes back! Hard at first, but it was so worth it, and I enjoy how I eat now so much. I don’t miss the junk (typical comfort foods). Good luck and enjoy the journey!
I love this man. How he gets sooo in depth and I love how he talks about not giving a painkiller for everything to actually get to the root of the problem first. If this gentleman has patients they are extremely lucky to have him. Thank you so much for all your information. Have a blessed day.

Dr.Ekberg...imagine listening to you, as I am, while trying not to scratch the skin off my legs, in a thick mental fog that barely allows me to stay awake...I'm now 68, it truly feels insurmountable when the primary care doc can't find anything wrong and says 'take your BP med and the rash will resolve' I have psoriatic arthritis, fibro, diabetes and I am tired....of everything. Your voice is soothing but when we're in a fog as so many of us are while listening to the science of all this...it's not easy.
At the start of my keto journey I had diarrhoea just about every night and I do mean explosive. Some days I was in tears on the toilet. Fasting helped a lot in that if I wasn't eating I was fine. I'm sure I had SIBO, IBS etc. This was accompanied by bad bloating and gas. I also had issues with my brain in that I became quite intolerant at times and even lost it on 2 occasions which shocked me. I thought it was connected to my gut issues. I was also suffering with terrible gallbladder attacks and we eventually found gallstones and a kidney growth but I digress. Its been 2.5 years now and things are great. I've kept my gallbladder and healed my gut. I'm doing great thanks to caring people like you Dr Sten. Thank you very much for sharing this valuable and truthful information. Much appreciated.

I first watched this video about a week ago… i’ve slowly become a mess over the last twenty years or so, particularly after a ruptured appendix that almost killed me. Now I’ve got a LONG story with gastritis and chronic pain…and for the past five years or so I’ve been struggling with dramatically decreased energy combined with pain and arthritis. I’ve been tested /treated for multitudes of autoimmune issues, all negative- and I have a chronically high WBC AND A1C. I’ve heard “leaky gut” thrown around a few times, but nobody has given me a decent explanation…until NOW! THANK YOU!!! It all makes so much sense, and confirms my suspicions. Over the past few days I’ve changed a few more things in my diet and started taking a good enzyme supplement. And today was the first time in years that I’ve actually had energy after eating my lunch (I typically fall into a deep sleep for a few hours, which kills my productivity). Today however, I spent five hours cleaning and organizing all the little things that I let go to mess over these few years. I know that sounds boring and trivial to most people, but the point is…I actually had the energy to do something other than pass out with exhaustion. I’m really excited, I feel like it is possible that my old vitality might still be with me, it just needed to be unlocked. I still have gastritis and chronic pain….still a long way to go , but I feel like I finally know what path to take… small adjustments adding up to a big gain Thank you Thank you!!!
I was lucky enough to come across a doctor who already understood these mechanisms about 20 years ago, and she literally saved my life by making me rethink my entire way of living. I had not fully understood how leaky gut could affect the brain, though. And now it is cristal clear, thanks to your way of putting things together, simply and logically. Thank you so much Sir !!
Could you please share with me what exactly you did to heal your gut? I am literally suffering with food intolerance and my mental health. I would really appreciate your response. Thank you
@@rubythecraftgirl7097 Hi Ruby. I understand your concern, but I cannot answer you in just a few lines. It is a life-long process to get better and to keep up. Gut porosity is a multi factorial thing, and it evolves with time too. I'm not entirely out of it : I just do my best to keep it at bay as much as I can. In my case, it is mainly a stress problem (high cortisol) due to my hyper emotivity and hyper sensitivity, and a stressful work environment. I had a bad diet and developed a dysbiosis (yeast syndrome). But it is not all : there is a fatty liver with some insulin resistance involved. So I mainly reduce carbo-hydrate income and glycemic index level, exercise more, sleep more and change entirely my life (life place and work) to reduce stress. I could write a whole encyclopedia about all what I tried and did. Way too much to explain there, because it would be pointless to tell you what I've done without the whole explanation, for all steps. Practicing fasting helped me a lot too. I took complements and probiotics (now replaced by kefir). I also refrain from all processed food (super important !!). Hopefully I love cooking, lol. I also think that everybody is different and not sick for the same reason or in the same way (leaky gut is super complex) and has to find their answers for their own case. I hope you understand ! Wishing you all the best. 💜🍀 For your info, there is another super doctor on RUclips, who talks about all this : Dr. Eric Berg 😉

My focus is way up, the chronic fatigue is gone. I plan to cruise like this for a time then do a multiple day fast. Happy I found your videos for good reason you have kept my interest high. Good Work Dr. Ekberg.
As someone who got very close to being universally reactive to food, I really appreciate these videos that finally explain what is going on. The bad food advice we've been given through our lives is really criminal in the suffering that it has caused.
Hi James, have are you now able to eat different foods? Can you please share with me what you have done? I am literally suffering with food intolerance. I would really appreciate your response. Thank you.
I would get pain in my fingers, increase anxiety, fatigue, poor sleep, horrible gas and itchy bumps covered my scalp. I even ended up having some asthma issues! Cleaned up my diet and I don’t have those issues. I’m not losing weight as quickly as I would like BUT my body is working efficiently and healthfully. Even if I never lose weight, I will never go back to eating poorly. It’s just not worth it.
Your videos are clear and concise. I feel like we typically get content that is too broad and generic or, on the opposite end of the spectrum, overly complicated and full of jargon. You tend to always find the sweet spot of providing informationally dense videos without making things too complicated, I watched the entire video and didn’t even notice that it was 23 minutes long until the end, you kept me engaged the entire time!
I learned from Dr. Dantini that when I stop eating the foods that I had been eating all of my life, for six weeks, my body began to heal, I lost 50 pounds and the all over pain and flu like symptoms subsided. After those six weeks, I could re-introduce those foods/drinks one at a time and should a I have a recurrence, then stay away from that food or drink. I lived on Lyrica, a nerve block, for years before I learned why my body was battling against itself. Not everyone is the same, but that has been my experience with the dreaded leaky gut. I think the worst of it was the all over pain, the flu-like symptoms, the constant yawning and feeling a need to curl up into the fetal position to relieve the pain. It was a nightmare. Only Dr. Dantini figured out my problem and helped me to heal.
Dr Ekberg, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I feel like you have saved my life. Your explanations make it easy for me to avoid bad food by looking at it like poison. I'm suspecting my son's mental illness as a kid was due to his diet.
I share the same praise for Dr. Ekberg; he has done much the same for me. In one of his videos the other day, Thomas De Lauer referred to sugar as "metabolic poison". I like that term; it really puts sugar in its place.

I never fasted, and still don’t/can’t, as I had anorexia and bulimia for 24 years. (Weight restored up 40 lbs and 2 years into recovery- will forever to go still it seems to freedom!) Needless to say my gut was a mess, but not eating or fasting is far too triggering for me. I healed my gut anyhow, though. I’m not much into processed foods or sugar, as my body was so malnourished, I needed heaps of vegetables and protein and fats. Didn’t leave much room for junk food lol! Weight restoration and hormones needed carbohydrates, as well as my mindset after anorexia, but I love most veggies, and make long fermented sourdough for bread, and have mostly whole grains for cereals when I have them. So, again, not much processed stuff. And for my gut- colostrum supplements, homemade kefir, and zinc l-carnosine. Also reduced anything really high in polyols to help with digestive symptoms. The kefir and zinc l-carnosine made a huge difference for me.

I have adhd and used to drink heavily, this is 100% what my problems stem from and I've been and had blood tests from the doctor who keeps telling me readings are normal!! This explains all the symptoms, my friend us also suffering from the same, thank you so much for the advice and content ❤
I understand. I went my life untreated for ADD/ADHD and turned into horrible adrenaline anxiety. I used alcohol heavily. I could never get a Dr to treat the root cause rather than treat symptoms with side effects. I've been sober for 3 years after I went in for drug abuse and got meds that atleast eradicate the symptoms. The system is entirely rigged. Dr. Ekberg, many thanks for helping us to geek out on this, and get a much deeper understanding of what we are doing in our efforts to regain our health and vitality!
Dear Dr Ekberg, i would love to hear more about how to heal the leaky gut. What do you recommend. My 12 old doughter is suffering a lot. We are at the beggining of her way to get healthy. Thank you for all your efforts and generosity in sharing your knowlegde, wisdom and kindness.

Amazing work and really I don’t know if you are a religious man , please have all our blessings.Thank You Doctor . You are a true doctor in medicine.
Thank you for the warning signs. I have a few and my family members have a few too! Is the cure healthy foods and fasting? I will look for a video on how to heal leaky gut. Thanks!
Thankyou, Sten, that was an excellent explanation. The only thing missing is what to do about fixing a leaky gut! Could you point us to a video for that?
@@Kate98755 The issue I have with your first reply is that you assumed you were talking to somebody with no knowledge and that I was looking for a quick fix. I've been doing extensive research on my health for over 2 years. I've been on Keto for the same amount of time. I have not resolved my suspected leaky-gut, so naturally I am keen for additional measures I can take to improve that problem. It's nothing to do with me being impatient and not wanting to put in the work. I finished a 10-day fast yesterday, just to give you an idea of whether I'm committed. I haven't seen any videos really going into leaky gut from a remedy perspective, only from a diagnosis perspective, so I think it would be nice to hear Sten's thought on the matter, since he's so thorough in his treatment of all topics.
Thank you so much, dr. Ekberg, for all the time and energy you put into these most educational videos - you are such a good teacher and you have a natural talent of explaining things so that anybody can understand them. You're a real life saver.
After watching this I think intermittent fasting might be a good thing to try for anyone with this issue. I fast two times a week and I feel 10 times better in almost every measure.
@@ninjabreadgirl Around 36hrs. Twice a week. Last meal at around 9pm Monday, then fast all Tuesday only drinking water and black coffee (might cheat a little with a few cheeky cups of tea with dash of milk), then resume my normal eating on Wednesday morning. There are many ways to fast though and I am no expert - it just works for me.
@@thefourthwall9022 that's awesome! I'm trying to get better with it. Currently I eat until like 3 a.m. lol. It's not good, I know, especially because I used to be SO disciplined about food intake!
I've become a fan of your clear, destained explanations on health topics. The one thing that seems to be missing is a video on "reversing leaky gut", or at least with that title. Can you link to one or more of your videos that would give direction? Thx!

Thank you so much Dr. Ekberg for all the information you provide us with. We are very lucky to have you on RUclips and helping us. I’m in my mid 20s and started getting acne around a year ago. Here’s what saved me from my leaky gut and severe inflammation, arthritis and auto-immune disorder. I got rid of sugar and all processed food and started fasting. It’s sounds intimidating but it gets easier once you’re committed and the results are irrefutable.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks so much for the info!! What kind of fasting?
can you share what kind of fasting? also how do you handle your carbs?
Is that intermittent fasting? I'm trying to do the same ... It's been hard for me as I relay on binging to cop with depression and anxiety 😭

6 years ago, I started a journey of cutting out sugar. I followed Dr Dr Ekberg's video's.
I avoided anything in a box (processed foods) I shopped only in the vegetable isle and the meat and dairy isle. I stopped milk except sugar free almond and coconut milk, but ate high fat Greek yoghurt , full fat cheese
All my pains left me.I can climb stairs power walk, jog for a minute or two. I stopped all medications .I feel 20 years younger
I also can fast breakfast and sometimes lunch as well because this HFLC; high fat low carb) eating takes away food cravings.

Green tea (throw in some fresh ginger)
Turmeric with maybe almond milk or water if you can down it
Blackstrap molasses
Drink water stores in a copper jug or cup
Psoralea corylifolia if you can find a cream with this then use that there are a lot from indian companies such as “verdura” and are quite cheap.

I still have gastritis and chronic pain….still a long way to go , but I feel like I finally know what path to take… small adjustments adding up to a big gain

Eric Berg 😉

Fresh pineapple is good,. I find it helps with my gut issues. You might find these helpful to you.
I've been on a no breakfast routine for a number of weeks now closely following some of your food recommendations. Two days ago I went the entire day on one meal and felt alright the entire day.

What "universally reactive" means ??
Criminal indeed!!!! Just to make more money!!!
@@myinmyin1997 oooh ok , I understand. Thanks
any advice for Universally reactive to foods? Its hard to heal this gut!!
Hi James, have are you now able to eat different foods? Can you please share with me what you have done? I am literally suffering with food intolerance. I would really appreciate your response. Thank you.
Wonderful to know about all the signs of a leaky gut. My question is : How do we heal a leaky gut????
Read up on L-Glutamine
I would get pain in my fingers, increase anxiety, fatigue, poor sleep, horrible gas and itchy bumps covered my scalp. I even ended up having some asthma issues! Cleaned up my diet and I don’t have those issues. I’m not losing weight as quickly as I would like BUT my body is working efficiently and healthfully. Even if I never lose weight, I will never go back to eating poorly. It’s just not worth it.
Thank you for your comments would love to know what you ate to change your diet 😊
I totally agree!
Yes he is the best presenter when it comes to explanation of subject material
Can you share what you do to heal leaky gut
Congrats to you Barney! Great to hear about the steps youve taken. Its very rare that people are able to discontinue that drug.
Great video! A brief explanation at the end about how to fix the leaky gut would have been icing on the cake.
We are fearfully and wonderfully made! His workmanship is marvelous-we know this in our souls.

Years later still saving lives. 😊
Wow, many of my issues, you mention in here, I have. I thought long & hard, but once I realized I had my childhood allergies still, I began changing my diet. My health has made a complete turn around. Thank you for sharing your information. There's been so much that has helped me.
so well explained. Many thanks. could we have a session on how to repair a leaky gut?
This is by far the best site on the internet. What you are teaching us about our bodies and our choices, should be a required course in every public school by eleventh grade. Just think about how our health can literally change the world. I have to thanks you so much. I've just started my journey. I have lost weight, my thinking is clearer, and I have stopped my antidepressants, that I have taken most of my life, and I have more joy over everyday living . I'm 78 and i look forward to living longer and liking it.
Exactly my issues. I started Keto Aug of this year. Lost 25 lbs, not eating Rolaids with every meal and the inflammation markers from my RA bimonthly blood test have dropped. Thank you.
My markers are high donno why
I am suffering from fibromyalgia right now... I figured out that it was due to my emotion baggage and the car accident. Through your video, I now understood that my leaky gut is another reason. Thank you very much for the knowledge you gave to me. You are a life saver!
Tramadol 300 mg at bed keeps most of the pain under control for my fibro.

Superb video brother!
Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
I recently came across your channel and have been going through your numerous videos.
All are superb.
I’ve been dealing with leaky gut for 8 years and, I have determined recently, insulin resistance.
Preceding and throughout my health issues I’ve dealt with multiple life traumas.
Stress is a killer.
Thanks for the great videos on IR and IF.
Following a strict regimen.
Infinite gratitude for sharing your gifts!
Peace and blessings!
I’ve been working for months on healing my gut. It’s not easy but it’s doable. Thank goodness I’m able to afford a gut health test and probiotics through Thryve. I let go of the SAD long ago and have noticed a HUGE difference in my health. This video is gold!! Thank you.
Would love more tips from you, to restore body mass healthfully. (I am glad to know I should stop trying to mimic the low carb/fasting trend - as no weight gain yet.
Am about bmi 18 (never struggled w/your apecific background, just too many antibiotics/stress/toxins over the years.. Thanks! (and your progress so inspiring)

So what's the treatment? You did a wonderful job of laying it out. But how do you treat it
Sounds like you understood the brilliant lecture, Michael. What I do after is I write down the essentials with french bullets , and then find healing sound frequencies for those, for example, into my gut/ thoiroid/ vagus nerve frequecies file.
Listen to the whole/ part of the file depending my own problems/ time have daily or weekly or...
The sound frequencies are extremely powerful, and for me work much better than some reg. DRs, hospitals, and reg. medicines ( with side effects...).

@Pleasure Motsisi, I'm sorry, that's a typo. It should have said carnivore. I only eat meat, fish, eggs and dairy. But there are many ways to eat carnivore. Also a lot of people see improvement when they lower carbs and plantbased fats in their diet.

Thank you Dr. Ekberg.
EDIT: I just saw that you are in Cumming GA. I live in Statham. 🙂
Just like after pet insurance took off, now corporate veterinary clinics become stable with consistent clients with sick pets.

Thankyou, Sten, that was an excellent explanation. The only thing missing is what to do about fixing a leaky gut! Could you point us to a video for that?
@@Kate98755 Well, that was completely useless.

After watching this I think intermittent fasting might be a good thing to try for anyone with this issue. I fast two times a week and I feel 10 times better in almost every measure.
How long do you fast for?
@@ninjabreadgirl Around 36hrs. Twice a week. Last meal at around 9pm Monday, then fast all Tuesday only drinking water and black coffee (might cheat a little with a few cheeky cups of tea with dash of milk), then resume my normal eating on Wednesday morning.
