In this video I have discussed about some exercises for shoulder injury these exercises are very helpful for one week after shoulder injury.
If you feels shoulder injury apply ice application on injured part atleast 10-15 minutes twice a day.after one week you can start exercises for strengthen the shoulder muscles.
Follow the instructions as mentioned in video and do regularly twice a day.
If you feels any uncomfortable during exercise stop immediately and consult your family Doctor or Physiotherapist.

Sir scapula shoulder fracture kafi buri tarah se fracture hua tha cmc vellore mei operation hua 3 jan 2024 ko 4 screw laga hai lekin abhi tak hath bahut kam uthta hai
