I find Gospel and Metal drumming very close to each other. Eric Moore Gospel drummer great. Played for Suicidal Tendencies for a quick minute and it was amazing. ✌🏽🇩🇴

Hearing Tool for the first time is crazy enough, but hearing and learning Tool on the same day is something else. If it's any consolidation, Mike Portnoy learned a Tool drum track on Drumeo and it took him over three hours to nail down the skeleton.

I played with a gospel drummer (Wendell Lower Jr) in a prog metal band in chicago (the gabriel construct). He absolutely killed it - brought crazy good groove and understood the odd time no problem. Gospel musicians are another level.

I've been a Tool fan for a long time and this was an absolutely dope take on it especially for being totally unfamiliar with the song until an hour or so before the take. That was beautiful.
I've tried to learn it. And an hour in, and never hearing it before is insane! I still can't nail the all the drum fills exact and I've tried for days.
Jay is a really cool guy. Met him a couple of years ago at the Music City Drum show in Nashville. I bought a couple of clap stacks from him. Great to see him here. Keep up the good work

I liked Jay's interpretation a lot; in places he reminded me of Dave Krusen more than Danny Carey which was unexpected and enjoyable.
I enjoyed that far more than I though I was going to. Great job keeping up with the time signatures!
