The class is amazing it's becoming my morning routine before starting my day. Unfortunately the inductions for breathing are somehow missing I wish if we could had a similar 1h video with all the "inhale" "exhale " sequences coz the vinyasa is mainly about the breath. This is my favorite yoga video, I've bought and watched hundreds of yoga videos, but this is the perfect combination of strengthening and flexibility training. Better than the dozen or so in person yoga classes I go to in my area. Please make more 45 min or hour long yoga videos. A half hour just doesn't get me warmed up enough to really benefit from the flexibility stretches. Thank you so much for making these! I've had to cut back on the classes I go to because money has gotten tight. This helps me take excellent care of myself without breaking the bank.
With our Gym Class closed due to the CoronaVirus, we really missed our Yoga class. We found your class on RUclips and it was excellent. Thank You so much, we will definitely be checking out others to do over the coming days.
I woke up this morning with the threat of a migraine and felt very tight in my neck and shoulders. I tentatively made it to my mat and did this one hour long class. I feel so much better. Your gentle pacing and deep instruction really helped me to slow down and allow my body to realign. Thank you!

Good afternoon Kassandra! #Nasmaste. Thank you for the wonderful practice. I very much enjoyed the hip opening and loose hamstrings feelings upon completion. I was happy to see the 1hr class posted as I typically look for 45min - 1hr practices. I do have one comment/suggestions for you though in regards to the ending... Wrapping up the video just as savasana begins is a tad frustrating as I either have to try and block out the audio of your next video while lying there or I have to end the pose and stop the video.Both of which are not ideal. some options may include: - Just letting the music continue for a few mins..even if the screen is black, displaying some credits, your website info or any other information you with to throw up there. - Spending a few minutes with us in the pose on camera and then signing off. Other then that it was fabulous and as always I am grateful for your guidance through my yoga journey. Have a fantastic weekend! Rob.
I agree a very helpful suggestion. It is a great class and you are just winding down and have to get up to shut off the next class which really breaks the space you have created.

i have been following your videos for almost a month. Your instructions are so clear i dont even have to look at the screen again and again. I have a request if you come up with a routine for people with lordosis who can still do good shoulder strength yoga and get lean.

I’ve been doing your videos for over a year! Thank you for this one, I learned that I am no where near this level yet. I thought by the time side plank came around we were almost finished because I started feeling testicular torsion, but nope 23 minutes in! One thing though, I would love a more flowing vinyasa class what I mean is, that each asana flows into the next and the class takes you on a journey. eg warrior one to three back to two What I would love is a merging of power strength and balance Your classes would truly blossom for me if they had more variety

I really did Kassandra. I know that you can never please everyone - everyone wants something different, but for me it was perfect. I do a lot of physical yoga so I wanted one just about flexibility and an hour because I am doing it on the weekend. The music suited the practice, did not distract and was at a great level so that your voice was not competing. Speaking of your voice you didn't talk too much or too little. Which I love, some instructors talk so much they distract you from the flow and present too much cognitive load when the focus should be on the breath and body and not mind. One thing is I would have appreciated a longer shavasana. Great work, thank you.
thank you so so so much for getting me onto yoga . I have lost 10kilo With walking and yoga .And goung through the menopause .Im 61 and loveing doing yoga every day
For me, an hour long is ideal. Cuts my day in two, helps me to survive this endless pandemia, working home 5 days a week, but keeping my back healthy, my breathing, my flexibility, my muscles active, etc. Perfect. No need to find and add 3 or 4 classes to make the hour. Thank you
My 1st time doing a 1 hour flow. I have been doing 15 to 30 minute sunrise yoga for the past two months, on a consistent basis. I woke up this morning at 4:45 and decided ‘why not give a one hour class a try?’ There were a couple of poses that were just not happening for me, I did a variation of that poses and don’t feel like I missed out on anything. My body feels amazing, I feel centered, I busted a sweat, and the cool down set me in the perfect mindset for my work day. I loved it.
I went to pick one of your 1hr beginner videos out of my saved list and YT popped this up at the top of the page when it opened. A little more than the beginner class I had intended to do, but absolutely loved the class.
Hi Kassandra, I have recently started following your yoga sessions- it’s amazing specially the stretches that we push our body bit by bit and trying to get to the point where we want to see ourselves- it’s a beautiful journey. Would like to request a specific session for sciatica and for carful tunnel and wrist strengthening workout. Thank you
